We would like to point out that the Princess doll in question which supposedly caused minor injuries to the Plaintiff, Jane Roe (a minor), a resident of Divinity’s Reach was not in fact manufactured by the defendant.
Though it is true that Defendant TIXX INFINIRARIUM is now, and has been in the business of inspecting, maintaining, installing, and selling at retail to members of the public various types toys. The prosecution has failed to produce evidence of purchase relevant to the case.
Further congruent we present documents referring to the Lions Arch Guard ongoing investigation into the break and enter which occurred recently at the TIXX INFINIRARIUM workshops. Missing items included stuffing various gears and frames. The suspects involved are still at large but one is believed to be one H. Wade a member of the radical organization the Inquisition and a competitor of Tixx Inc.
It is our belief that counterfeit Princess dolls tm. Are being produced in Lions arch by unskilled and untrained individuals. TIXX INFINIRARIUM INC. cannot be held accountable for the safety of said illegal copies which appear to be being produced from illicit goods.
We therefore move for a dismissal Roe vs. Tixx , humbly request the authorities investigate the possibility that Jane Roe is in receipt of stolen goods

Lots of interesting questions very few interesting answers, we had its turkey day as an excuse to stall for a week, there should have been solutions not were looking into that.
What did they manage of the desperate week of damage control…new hair styles and more things in the cash sink.

Ill continue to play but the credit card stays in the wallet till there are inprovements in communication and fixes to the mistakes already made.

The story lines follow this, join me my love, quickly becomes if i cant have you then die. The nightmare court kidnaps tortures murders and forces others along the same path removing any choice.

Infitrate the nightmare court and look at the choices set packs of hounds on frightened saplings and kick puppies. Though there may be some member who are not yet completely evil the essence of the court is.

After the reset i got a message i havent seen for months, bags full. Ok it was greens blues whites and trash but after months of filling the first two bags if i was lucky it made me realise how little now dropped even of junk.

I have the sad feeling that like others my DR reset with the servers the flood of items worth 1s will end and i will continue to be punished for logging in each day for the daily.

I want people to enjoy the game to keep the population up in a game where 90% of the time i enjoy my self.

I want people to be happy because lets face it spending your time in game with happy people is better than spending your time in a group session at a depresion clinic.

I also admit i am happy when people are unhappy about the things in game i think need fixing because if others see the same problems i do perhaps they will be fixed.

I have one toon my guardian that i want equiped in the “best” because he is the one i do group/guild things with and people will be relying on me.

The 80 ranger is in exotics and will probably stay that way.

The 80 thief is in almost full exotics and will get round to it

the others arent 80 but 8 slots 7 alts all can play the game all i can have fun on if this was any other game would people expect to be able to raid gear all their alts?

Play alts for fun and a bit of a break in play style dont try to have 8 mains you just make a game into work

Then rangers are totally realistic, i havent spent years training my pet. As a result it mauls random strangers, runs off, gets lost following me and when it does seem to obey takes a week to do so.

So the fix for rangers would be pets slightly brighter than a bush.

The fix for engineers a turret with twin chain guns and a missile launcher rather than a spit ball gun.

The fix for warriors an alt so they realise how “insane” their Pve specs are so they are prepared when the axe falls.

Short answer most people are kitten “scociety” forces them to moderate their natural behavior into some thing that doesnt get the crap beaten out of them 5 minutes after they walk out the door.

On line there is a limited ability to modify their behavior you see them as they are jerks that would rather kitten off a group because their run time is 0.005 milliseconds below optimal and waste 20minutes getting a new one .

The same number of people are doing the event they just time shift when and where they do it to add convienience.

All that means is people arent waiting, what seems to be the rub is people after so long of “bad” loot think the only way/ easiest way to get items is event chests so while 50 people would turn up for a Jormag that droped blues and greens 500 people want to be there for a Jormag that drops 1-3 rares.

i would argue rather than a degressive random chance the game has a recessive random element. If i kill a mob or run an event or event chain i have x chance of loot, due to diminishing returns if i keep running the event each time i presumably ( because no one will actualy say what the DR is doing ) have less chance. The idea of the more you play the less we reward you is just crazy.

If you have all the other parts and 600g in the bank why not.

Dont by the precourser then realise you need that 600g for t6 mats stones etc, you may well get a lucky drop grinding out those you might find the price goes down there are more for sale now than there was, you might descide on a new main and get some thing else or OMG they migh introduce the scavanger hunt and you can earn one for free

the more I am finding my desire to continue on in Tyria is waning. This is just my opinion of course, and I offer it in the hopes that someone on the Anet team will readIn the end, I feel disappointed.

Anet is not a bad company, but they are not showing themselves to be great company either. Honestly, I play these games for fun, and I have gotten a lot out of this particular title… but as the time passes without a reply or any sort of real solution offered… .

communication is key lets face it it was the biggest disater in the short history of the game and we get one short half comment. That implies two things either despite the feed back Anet dont think they dropped the ball last weekend or they think if they ignore the complaining customers they will go away, well sad thing for the game they will.

Have ramparts protect the guy on the wall rather than blocking the defender while aoe fire balls sail over it like the swallows returning to Capastrano.

I feel like you still don’t understand inflation in an MMO economy. Inflation will only occur when gold taps outpace gold sinks. Players farming more is offset by players buying these “luxury” items at a higher cost (more listing fees). Rising prices of luxury goods will NOT cause inflation. You can argue until your face is blue, but you’ll be still wrong.

Our understanding is on the level of i killed 100 skrit yesterday and could afford 10 golden sheep with the drops today i kill 100 and can only afford one sheep what happened.

I see much the same with legendarys ok there is no "inflation " in the economy what do you call it when one section of an economy takes of like Usain Bolt with a habanero in his shorts while the rest of it is stable perhaps if we were all using the same terms people would be less confused.

It was garbage and it really feels like the overall nerf to quickness was done because of time warp and the CoF farm. So that they could prevent the easy grinding of money and gear. This would nerf ectoplasm gain as well from CoF token exchanges.

The sorry some people didnt get to loot doesnt cut it, Anet needs to realise it dropped the ball big time and make sure the comunity knows they realise it.
Its not just dc’s during the event.
Its the idea of having a free play during a major event then not having the hardware to handle it.
Its the idea of having an event aimed at a percentage of the player base and telling the rest of the comunity “you dont live in the US we dont care”
Its the idea of haveing an event with huge disparity from normal loot and allowing some people to run it multiple times.
Its about pulling the plug on people who with help from kind guildies managed to get an invite to the event then wer not allowed to complete it.

Yes i would love the bag and the amulet i would certainly love a chest with a few gold items or a chance at Dusk but what i really would love is for Anet to state
“yes we stuffed up on multiple levels with this event, we offer a whole harted and abject appology to our loyal community, we will learn from our mistakes this time and will not repeat them”

Pve i love sword dagger does it do .005% more or less damage than another build who gives a kitten its just fun.
Yes if im running a group i swap out for horn or if im going to be knee deep in mobs i go torch.

Today I decided to farm a bit in Frostgorge while I was waiting for the Claw to appear. I roamed all over the northern area of Frostgorge killing all kinds of stuff as I went about. Funny thing is I droped at total of 60 large and 10 vicious claws. After the event I moved to WVW and what do you know……more claws. Pretty crazy. RNG is like a box of chocolates. I only whish I had such luck with the mystic forge.

Thanks for the reply Ursan i do understand “inflation” as a term what i am missing is the term for a single item break out. As Eolirin pointed out the market as a whole is not inflated just a few items or sections of it.

The non economists here have been calling this inflation which is incorrect if we had the correct term we could avoid some of the angst and allow us to get the conversation on a more productive track.

The presents inside the box work the same way that resource nodes do. Everyone can loot them. The major difference is that they disappear shortly after they appear. This may lend to the perception that someone else has taken the present, but I can assure that this has not actually happened.

The trick or treat bags that came out of the haunted doors worked the same way, but no one complained because those doors were prone to zerging.

Is it possible to extend the time a little i found quite a few times by the time i had beaten down the toy zerg the present had gone, not a lot of people round late at night to help out and not a lot of people interested in a tough fight for an old sock as a reward, if i wasnt saving for the toy sword i probably would leave them as well.

I play a “male” sylvari who it appears pollinates as he runs, based on that during a short trip across a zone last night i pollinated “had sex” with 4 or 5 assura a charr serveral lizards a number of flowers and possibly a passing bear.
What would worry me more than the sex of another Sylvari is that we share the same mother.

all the useless foxfires and gated mats made from junk sitting round in the bank i could have sold off for a nice pile of gold. Now i have some thing that looks like a particularly agresive melanoma. thank goodness i checked dulfy for the recipe for the third stage before i wasted even more time and gold.

If only there was an alternative, make fractals the “quick” way for those that like them and give those that would contemplate root canal as a better way to spend an afternoon a alternative, say 25 exotic essences .
