Btw anything than the current game tester team could be done much better quality work.I was a Game Master and Game Tester on private servers too and yes I know that’s not easy and sometimes not even fun to test the same area of a map over and over and I know that too for a game company is much cheaper to release something unfinished and the players will complain where the problem is then they repair.
I personally don’t watch these kind of broadcasters for own reasons but there’s many others ingame and forum who cannot even bother broadcast what are they doing and they know what are they saying.
I hope they take some of these kind of players into team even if it would be a volunteer work and listen to them.

and what about Thief?) 1 hit down,no real contribution to the team(cuz what you need to stealth many skip with run).So the only 2 suggestion what I can give to you:
1)Learn to solo(In fractals could be hard but dungeons works well)
2)Make your own team or join friends/guildm8 teams.
In rest nothing to do only accept.

I didn’t know that here exists ghost beside the ascalonian ones and they are ghosts because of Foefire.
What her role will be in all of this?How she can be a ghost?How her sister Marjory will react?

Timer is just one boring thing in a chalice of boringness.
The same mechanics are used over and over and over in every part of the game and new living content.For example:When you fight a boss near a cliff or bridge or something high be sure that boss will use something to knock you down and so on invulnerabilities at certain points etc etc.Boring.But if they keep adding content like these that means they statistics are good and ppl plays the contents so they keep it up like this.

The only part what I like is to roleplay my thief but it can be more versatile with some class specific mission but this won’t happen anytime soon.

and this is the point where I wish for a friendly fire.Add them to friendly list and nuke them on every segment of world.This is what I loved in other MMORPG,I don’t name any,when he had nothing better to do only kill the low levels of my alliance I just camped the * of him until he said Sorry or I got bored.That was all what I wished to hear.Then never see him again :-D

What demoralizes me is the monotone atmosphere what goes on since I started playing this game in december 2013 and as I saw on the forums I am not the only one and there’s much older players than me who see this too.

As a new player is nice and wonderful but very fast can turn into boringnes…after reaching lvl 80 and every day the same things you do:Dungeons,World Bosses,Chat with guild.The last new thing what was introduced if I am correct was some new healing abilities like Skelk poison to thief.I finished the LS very fast.

and there’s many topics some with over 10 pages without any reaction from devs in Classes section many good balance feedbacks and suggestions too…not implemented…threads vanish from minute to another…

This is why your opinion doesn’t really matter or be listened your wishes or anything else…they got a lot of accolades what in the gaming world means they know what are they doing.
I know these reviewers are a bunch of …. and know nothing about games just mechanics and statistics,they know nothing about how to play with feelings about a class or smthing like that but their opinion is important in the gaming world sadly.

I don’t want to offend anyone but please understand this.They won’t implement anything new soon nor later maybe very further.Now they are happy with this fragile ’’balance’’ and with the hope of giving us something in living story what pleases everyone or at least half of the playerbase.

Longbow on guardian should be good but beside Living Content and polishing actual glitches and some very minor fixes we won’t see anything good not now and not in the near future.

Accept it or check the forums for something new or wait for a new game like I do.

To be blunt: That’s a stupid question. Same as asking “Why don’t people like things that I like”.

Every class has their play style.

Heavy
Warrior for high survivability and dps mixed together, very effective in melee combat. Can die quick when their defenses drop.

Guardian for better support play style with alot of boons. Low health and limited condition removal options makes them vulnerable against attrition combat.

Medium
Ranger for variety of combat styles, and even highly mobile support. Jack of all trades and part dps reliant on pet, most skills also more selfish.

Engineer for jack of all trades, alot of options, also possess a good condition burst. Doesn’t possess strong skills, some skills are also unpredictable.

Thief for fast, stealth and high single target DPS. Low health and medium defenses limits them to hit and run style gameplay only.

Light
Elementalist for jack of all trades and alot of AoE potential. Low health and defense leaves them mostly glass cannons.

Necromancer for attrition style combat, conditions and boon/condition manipulation skills. Doesn’t possess good spike options, only attrition style most viable.

Mesmer for deception, manipulation and with support options. Should their illusions fail to deceive foes, left vulnerable that way.

InTopic:I play warrior because I like it,it’s the only class who I main in every single game what have a warrior option to be able to choose.
I like to play a plated armor class and imagine that I am that character.

But it’s hard to make it unique and not really requires much skill,especially hambow build still rocks or that bunker build.They are just good in everything.I know I should be happy for that because it’s my main class but I wish a little bit more challange.

I made a thief then but it lacks of diversity(weapons/usess) and it’s not really easy to adopt a new gameplay style after many years of ’’Plate’’.

I like to join these kind of runs and see them die in a second.
I fought many times with 1-2k achi ppl and they know better the spots,ways,etc than these with 10k+
Like many classes think they are Gods in pvp with a stolen build+easy class this happens in PvE2 they think too much of themselves and I like to see their faces in the dirt at Spider in AC :-)

It’s not hard to make gold in Gw2.It’s boring.I’ve tried many ways to make gold and there’s plenty of them but I play for fun and not for gold making.
I won’t tell any method or way because ppl learn bad much faster than good but if you are lucky and have patience+time you can buy 1 Eternity in half month.When I need gold badly and I have a free weekend I can make 100g/day from 15g or even more depends on case and I am sure that many ppl can make even double.But I say play for fun and enjoy the game and not the monotony of gold ’’making’’ options

Yes that one,with warrior on regen it’s not really h @ r d(I dunno wht mature filter got with this word) ,only patience and a good spot on that tree root nearby to not get hits from his shockwaves :P

I personally don’t care about Legendary but about rising prices yes.I know my luck well so I won’t have a precursor not in this life nor in other but without T6 mats I cannot lvl up my professions to craft what I need…and that’s annoying!

and do not forget the multiple account buyers to sell lvl 80 chars in China they are many.It’s like a job.

When I farmed the world boss train for 3 days aprox 5-6 exotics in the whole 3 days(Except those paterns from Karka Queen).In boss train I mean all the bosses except Taidha,I killed her only 1 time,rest of them every single one and dungeons Ac/CM/CoF and I can count on 2 hands how many exotics I got in the whole 3 days.Yellows where somewhat better but if I say around…14/world boss -1 from Taidha so 13×3+from loot let’s say 10=49-50 but worthless almost.They ended up in mystic toilet.

It is bad enough that players have to suggest how they think things could be fixed, but it is almost unforgivable that these players, who have put a lot of work into their suggestions are being completely ignored.

It is only a matter of time before people give up and go elsewhere.

They are not ignored I can say that for sure..But there’s other reason why Anet don’t want to do or implant or use it.
They don’t give any credit to other things than they ideas?or just try to make as much money possible from Gw2 then shut it down?There’s many possible reasons to which we never get an answer.

But please forgive me for giving no credit for an update with over 2 months of development time and only a small map some useless features for time stealing and no balance fixing just polishing actual glitches…

I just don’t understand why Anet keeps with claw and teeth to their ’’Traditions’’ and not really wanna try nothing new or add something.
No game can survive long if they add nothing new.
Why is so hard to create something used by many but unique in his way?(I could give some ideas but I am not paid for this)

But one thing is sure,they like how it’s actually going and if Anet’s statistics show that everything is OK,who are we to argue about or complain?

No competition…All competition is removed from game beside PvP where the classes are unbalanced…

On-topic:Many players join guilds only for guild events and the boosts,in my guild there’s 500 members from which 50-80 plays actively and only 10-15 are able to talk,and we speak the same language.

Let Zhaitan attack the ship,hang on it,close quarter combat there’s many options much better than the actual fight.Until that 1-1-1-1-1-1 fight it’s well made.

I just wish to get what was promised from the very beginnings…and a new way of gameplay.

As I said since the last update in almost every thread I am sick of the same NPC abilities and gameplay.
First time was nice and frustrating now it’s not nice not frustrating anymore…I cannot complete any kind of this content without Stability for example because I know that there will be something that push me from a cliff,bridge,rock directly into nothing or lava,etc,etc,etc…

Jumping thing about theres a thread of 10+ pages…jumping puzzles are ok and fun…base a whole content on jumping…sux.
About lore…on wiki there’s 9 lines about Maguuma Jungle…Let the lore fans use their imagination for the rest.

I haven’t logged in since the second day of update because of these and some more boring,irritating and frustrating features which they call core mechanics…like NPC invulnerabilities,crippling,1min poisons,pushing,launching and I am sure there’s some more instant killing mechanics too…But it’s only my opinion I think

I stopped logging in and I hope with this I can send a message to the devs.I am only 1 but I hope many will follow until they see that’s not ok anymore.

I am sick of jumping,being pushed down from cliffs all the time,being instant killed or dragged into something what kills or launches and I am sick of NPC invulnerabilities at certain points. I am sick of these old boring mechanics.

I think all of them needed and less of that kind of updates what came out last time…New map more living content and in rest grafical and description polishes…This worths all the wait…Hurray.

I hate that jumping too…I finished the achievements then I left forever from the Sanctum and never look back in that hope…Now back again…I am not Spiderman nor any other superhero to run on rooftops and jump left right up down…I am a well plated warrior with at least 100KG on me…Jumping doesn’t really suits me…

I like roleplaying,this is why I have a 80 thief mainly for jumping puzzles but too much makes great problems…I am sick of jumping around,Pushed off from cliffs,getting instant killed by things,fowarding bosses who gets invulnerability on section of HPs…This is not challenging annymore…Make something new…When I approach I cliff and there are few NPC-s I am 99% sure that one have something to push me off.Or if I see a boss with other npc nearby,mainly Inquest with robots the boss will be invulnerable at sometime for something…It’s just boring from now…but that’s only my opinion through.

Sometimes I feel that too…I should have much better luck trying the Lotto than get something useful in-game…But this won’t be changed,no way yet to change or introduce randomness into games without some kind of systems or calculations…BUT it can be improved…Someone get a precursor,got a second one, got the third and weapon boxes and many rares… …NOW GTFO and let the others to get some too please…you understand what I mean :-)

Warrior for all=PvE-Greatsword build,WvW-Anything Zerg,PvP=Hambow build
Guardian=PvE-Really dunno but 1 weapon must be staff,WvW-Anything,PvP=Condi Bunker build
Necro/Thief=PvE-Not really works ’’well’’,WvW=as you wish,PvP-Necro-Condi-Mark build or well,Thief dual dagger for begginer noobs for Backstab/Heartseeker spamm or for ppl with some experience Sword-Dagger build on evade.

Mesmer/Engineer rulz all if you know how to play them well.Many you won’t defeat in 1v1 not in this life nor in the next 4-5 or more.

Welcome in Guild Wars 2 where the RNG trolls you hardly.I hope you enjoy your staying.

I already have no intention to get any Ascended,Teq,etc drops I just wish to get 1,only 1 exotic every day for running the whole world boss train and Ac/Cm/CoF dungeons…I’ve done this now 3 days the whole runs and I can count on a hand how much exotics I got :-) with 115% Magic Find and Food+Boost almost every time.

So I don’t have such a high wishes anymore but I wish you luck with it.
