Are you sure? They all look the same to me… I assumed they all use the same model like the Quivers do.

Some of them are definitely different skins. Tome Of The Rubicon, for example, has its details in silver instead of gold.

Symon’s may or may not be different, there’s no image for it on the wiki at all.

I don’t remember which one it is, but there is one other different one in the game, where the design on the book itself is different. I’ll have to look it up later when I get the chance. I think the image on the wiki for one of them may just be wrong.

Just looked at them again… can you take pics for me and maybe even draw circles around the differnces?

Something I noticed last night was that the Warrior starter helms aren’t linked to skins. For some reason, they’re not in the API, so I can’t get an item_id that way.

I still remember this scavenger hunt and how fun it was, but I seem to have misplaced my Mad Memoires copy due to lack of inventory space and prefering the higher stats on the upgraded version…

Would it be possible to unlock the Mad Memoires skin in the wardrobe of anyone that has the Mad Memoires: Complete Edition unlocked, since the first step was a requirement to get the upgraded version?
Or present a way to reaquire the skin if it was “misplaced”?

• Koss on Koss / Book of Secrets / Symon’s History of Ascalon / Tome of Rubicon
  The items Koss on Koss, Book of Secrets, Symon’s History of Ascalon and Tome of Rubicon share the same skin but are four different items in the wardrobe. This means four times the cost to fill up the wardrobe with four same skins. Please change all four items to unlock one skin (see item: There with Yakkington: A Traveler’s Tale (itemID 37003)). That way all five book items would unlock one wardrobe skin. Also, that way all four would count for the Style Guide Collection.

• Marauder armor
  If you try searching for, say, level 78 rare armor, you’ll see the “bug” at first glance. Both light and heavy armor have an entire unique armor set (conjurer and banded), but medium has a mix of three different sets: marauder (1 piece), rogue (4 pieces), and privateer (1 piece). Rogue and privateer are already available by other means, which probably means 5 of those pieces are bugged and should be marauder.

• Spiked Club
  Spiked Club is a skin used exclusively by the exotic weapon Berserker’s Mace.
  This weapon doesn’t have a unique name, despite it being the only weapon in the game that uses this skin. Spiked Club was named for its PvP variant (PvP Spiked Club). I suggest renaming Berserkers Mace ([&AgF3ZQAA]) to Spiked Club.

• Etched Short Bow
  There are two versions of this bow ingame. One of them has the Short Bow skin and drops regularly, the other one has the skin of the Longbow and is only available from the Shiverpeak Mountains Weapon Skin Box (PvP Reward Track).
  • #5112 – Etched Short Bow – [&C/gTAAA=] – Short Bow Skin
  • #5040 – Etched Short Bow – [&C7ATAAA=] – Longbow Skin

• Flame Trident

• Warden Harpoon Gun
  The Sylvari cultural T3 Harpoon Gun is using the rifle model instead of the Harpoon Gun model. There are two separate items listed in the Wardrobe Storage, Warden’s Speargun and Wardens Harpoon Gun.
  Warden’s Speargun: Available in-game, uses the incorrect Rifle model
  Warden’s Harpoon Gun: Uses the correct Harpoon Gun model, can be previewed through wardrobe storage but is not available in game.

• Godskull Harpoon Gun
  The original skin was removed from the game with the April Feature Patch and replaced with the Godskull Musket (Rifle) skin.
  • Detailed Bug report with images.

• Rime-Rimmed Mariner’s Rebreather
  While the Aquabreather has the same skin as the default one, it has a special effect currently tied to the item rather than the skin. By making it a new skin in the wardrobe we would have the ability to use it across all characters instead of only one who has the item.

• WvW Karma Trader [Equipment Trader] / WvW Weapon Master [Weaponsmith]
  This NPC offers most Bandit Weapons for Karma. The three underwater weapons Bandit Trident ([&C0EPAAA=]), Bandit Harpoon Gun ([&C1sPAAA=]) and Bandit Spear ([&C7IPAAA=]) are missing. Instead, he is selling different underwater weapons.

• WvW Weapon Embosser
  This NPC does not offer the Guild Speargun (was added to other Guild Weapon Merchants a few updates ago).

They are normal back items without any additional features

Elementalists created after the Feature Patch (April 15th) do have a bigger AoE indicator with the Blasting Staff trait. Old characters do not have that bigger indicator.

edit: Old characters do have bigger indicators in PvP, but not in PvE and WvW.

The mossman exploit is the only one that I can think of off the top of my head. I don’t know of any other ones unless you count blink/lightningflash/shadowstep to skip through tons of terrain.

Last time I checked you could also skip the entire dolphin section of the underwater fractal. Also, you can skip the last timegated walk of rox and braham in the molten fractal. (The one from where they first see the boss room to the boss room itself)

When Blasting Staff is active, the AoE circle itself does not increase in size on the EU/NA Client. The Chinese Version does increase in size. Can we please have this too?

Easy solution: Add a vendor to the pvp lobby that gives you 5 charges of every finisher. That way you can preview him 5 times and then decide. (They already have the tech in place to only sell an Item once per account (→Laurel Vendor One-Time Purchase))

Just a wild guess. Have you tried Dye Remover – Accept the changes – remove the equipment – close the Hero Panel – open Hero Panel – re-equip – re-Dye- Accept changes?

Can you also tell us how many AP each tier gives for the first time completing it and why those achievements don’t shop up in the Achievement panel?

Opening your Hero Panel (H) or previewing any item while being transformed into a bear from the Lornar Pass Guild Rush will result in a crash.

Edit: Guild Mate told me that this also affects the Chicken Run Guild Rush
