Majority of the personal story is bad, simply because most of the missions are terrible.

Apperently, throwing hordes of enemies at the player is both fun and challenging. Like many have stated, allies during missions are pointless, because they don’t do much, so this just leaves the player fighting through waves of enemies.

I have experienced no lag at all.

15 fps? You must be a saint to put up with that. It would drive me crazy.

One simply does not talk about the “trinity” here. Talking of such things is not tolerated.

Removing the Trinity wasn’t a bad move on Anets part.
Not replacing it with anything however was.
It’s like saying “We want to be different so bad, that we are going to remove the ability for players to hit mobs. So now you can all just stand around and look intensely at them and hope for the best”

Random aggro and subpar healing just makes for a big cluster-F during fights. Which also means no fight is ever going to be truly challenging. They will just add another million HPs so the fight takes another 10 minutes of boring gameplay.

I am not talking about the small groups spamming for Fractals in LA, I am talking about EVERY OTHER MAP. Dead. On one of the Always FULL servers.

This is currently what i’ve been experiencing for the past 3 – 4 weeks. Alot of the zones are simply dead. Chain events not being done. No-one to group with to kill a champion. Even asking in map chat, i get no response.

Problem with GW2 dungeons is they lack any sense of mechanics, its just overtuned mobs and spammy burst spells, every single pack. And since theres no trinity, chaos format takes over for you, essentially making it so that any trap or mob burst can 1 shot you regardless of class.

Still unable to purchase gems. I missed the weekend deals because i keep getting the same error. Support claim my bank is blocking transactions. I called up my bank to check and they have done no such thing.

THIS ISSUE IS ON YOUR END ANET. I have tried 3 different cards and Paypal. If i continue to reviece this error i will simply take my custom elsewhere and stop supporting the game.

Unable to purchase gems for 6 days now. “Card approved failed”. I have tried 2 different cards and a Paypal account but i get the same error. I have purchased gems from the store before, about 6 different times. My bank has money in it, my cards are fine.

I headed back to Rift once the Storm Legion expansion came out. Since then, i’ve been back here to play the Lost Shore event, which was terrible and some WvW. The Acsended gear made me head back to Rift. Why would i play GW2 for a gear treadmill when Rift does it 1000 times better.

This is the reason i stopped playing on my alt. As a level 67, a group kicked me from an AC story run because i wasn’t 80. None of them had even done AC story, i told them i had done it plenty of times, they were not interested.

It’s been complete hell trying to get into a FotM level 5 run. 80’s constantly kicking. At level 76 i still have a hard time. The funny thing is, alot of these 80’s that are doing it accepting 80’s only, are terrible players. No wonder they require other 80’s in their group, because they need to be carried.

I also can’t purchase gems from the store. I get the same error as other “Card Approval Failed”.

I’ll end up not playing MMO’s at all. I started playing MMO’s two years ago and it’s been disappointment after disappointment. DCUO, SWTOR and now it looks like GW2 will be a disappointment too. The best MMO i have played is Rift, so i might head back to that before i hang up my MMO boots.

This event just left a sour taste in my mouth. I took part in the event 3 times and did not finish it. That’s around 6 hours, wasted. Looks like it’s back to single player games for me.

and minus 3gold 47 silver

Attempted the event 3 times now and still have not finshed it. 2 from disconnects and one from game build.

After all this and you expect people to support you by buying items in the store?

ANet have pretty much shown their true colours. VERY shoddy event overall. You won’t be getting another dime from me until you bring out content that ACTUALLY WORKS.

Same happened to me. I’m more annoyed with the event being terrible and not thought through. Too many bugs and laggy events.

I just won’t buy anything in the trade company shop with my money until i’m satisfied with the content i’m given, it’s as simple as that ANet.

Your view would be different if you got disconnected at the final battle or experienced problems. JUST because you had zero problems, doesn’t mean everyone else did.

Why not just rename the profession “Trapper”? You might aswell, it’s the only semi-viable build in PvP right now. Even traps are broken at the moment. I get the feeling ANet have no clear plan as to what the ‘Ranger’ is supposed to be.

You have completely gone against your description of the Ranger, by butchering the longbow and shortbow. The warrior is now a better ranger than the ranger. The fact that you think the longbow is in a good place right now speaks volumes. Could you be anymore out of touch with your own game?
