Grammar police! The go-to place for internet trolls and when there are no legs to stand on for initial differences. Since I’m now an elitist, I’ll join you in this troll past-time so I can fit in here too. Because everyone always proof reads their posts on internet forums and edits them accordingly.
You challenged my command of the language. I was merely pointing out the hypocrisy. Now it seems you’re just angry.
PS: I’d love it if you shared your experiences about puppies being axed, and how you know what it sounds like.
You don’t use a comma before and if you’re not listing.
This is a compound sentence, so the comma is fine. The question still stands, by the way.
Next up he’ll complain that you didn’t put your high school graduation photo on your profile so he can accuse you of photoshopping out a freckle or making yourself 2 millimeters taller.
You also don’t use numerals unless the number is 10 or greater than 10. Or you’re referencing two numerals in the same sentence.
This one’s on me. I’m going to enjoy seeing how you use this to show my lack of command at the English language.
Also, your (edited) post contains fails on hyphen/dash usage, run-on sentences, many missing commas, extra periods, capitalization inconsistencies, and whatever else I might have missed since English is my second language.
You also don’t reference someone using run-on sentences when you do it yourself through excessive listing. Overshot that quota by three. You should have known that professor!
Actually, my mistake there was not using a semicolon after “missed”. This is another compound sentence, and the comma separating the sentences is upgraded to semicolon because of the preceding list. A for effort!
Hopefully through editing and trying to live up to your expectations. I think I might have this one nailed. You be the judge. How about we go back and edit all of our mistakes together?
Keep trying! You’ll provide a lot of entertainment as you keep coming up short figure it out someday!
Finally,
Even if I told you what I did for a living, you wouldn’t believe it so why would I even waste my time.
Weird, I didn’t know welfare was given out for 20 years for public service. I’ll have to look into that.
The consistency is amazing. So is the fury.
Point out any fails. I’d love to see it English professor. Oh wai…
And in the case of your level of understanding inference, you’d apply the same understanding resulting in “you’re ad idiot, because you don’t know what inference actually is.”. Rather than than the main theme. That you’re an idiot.
I understand if English is not your primary language.

You forgot the two periods around the right quotation mark!
As people were not brought to this world by their own will, I agree that everyone has the universal right to basic living. Enjoy your welfare checks pension. I’m happy to contribute to this cause (edit: and I hope others come to understand this viewpoint as well)

Quite literally the only failure perpetrated was on your behalf with regards to your previous post. Whatever quasi-clever thought you had at demeaning me turned out into a butchered mess.
I very plainly wrote that he should have someone older narrate for him (it’s true, he should. No 28 yr old should sound like a puppy being axed).
Obviously you two dim-wits, in a harmonious lights-out moment took it instantly at a shot about his age all because of that little distracting word “older”. Somewhere it was lost on you, the problem is with the deepness of his voice – lack thereof.
So when I type: “DaveGan you are an idiot, you don’t know what inference actually is”. Something as simple as that can leave you inferring that you are an idiot because you don’t know what inference is, or that you’re just an idiot, but not necessarily because you don’t know what inference is. And in the case of your level of understanding inference, you’d apply the same understanding resulting in “you’re ad idiot, because you don’t know what inference actually is.”. Rather than than the main theme. That you’re an idiot.
I understand if English is not your primary language.
Is it possible to write any more to say any less?
Also, your (edited) post contains fails on hyphen/dash usage, run-on sentences, many missing commas, extra periods, capitalization inconsistencies, and whatever else I might have missed since English is my second language. It certainly gives off the air of supreme credibility as you try to slam someone else’s understanding of English.
Finally, that you claim you would understand demonstrates that you don’t; reasoning, logic, and inference are not unique to just the English language.
PS: I’d love it if you shared your experiences about puppies being axed, and how you know what it sounds like.
Someone who spams “reading comprehension”, yet fails to understand the value of inference…the irony

I’ll be stalking it too for when he “realizes” your credit card numbers aren’t listed either
Excluding the bad because nobody has helped them yet is elitist. Excluding the bad because they insist on being stubborn and ignorant seems pretty rational. In game it’s the difference between requiring experience and requiring a brain.
Nobody is a rifle warrior or greatsword warrior. They are all just warriors. The smarter ones won’t cripple their potential by limiting the skills (flexible weapon and utility slots) and resources (potentially useful advice and suggestions) available to them.
I should start using my block list to add people not worth my time partying with. This thread has a few names to start that list.

Why is it that the only exotic cavalier (toughness/power/crit damage) armors/weapons/amulets/accessories in the game are account bound and rare RNG drops from fractals?
I’m starting to get tired of seeing cavalier heavy armors and greatswords going to thieves and eles who have no use for them. I’m also sure they’re tired of getting these items that they can’t use or sell either. Please remove account-bound on these items, or at least provide a non-RNG way to obtain them
wall of text
(warning: another wall of text here)
Um, no. Rifle has one CC skill with the same recharge as mace 3. And unlike mace 5, it happens to be melee range. Also the damage coefficients on the rifle are pretty horrid except on kill shot and volley. If your party is lacking CC at the dredge powersuit, mace/mace and mace/shield will run circles around your rifle. Combine that with lack of comboing potential (projectile finishers are terrible), and I honestly see the rifle as a selfish weapon mostly used by players who are bad at dodging/blocking and/or have little idea of aggro mechanics. (Yes I’d have one in inventory, but really would only use it in a wvw zergfest sniping situation)
Warhorn is meant to move people between combat mostly. One prominent example that comes to mind is the spider cave in TA (did I mention that they cripple, or that mesmers have terrible access to swiftness and condition removal?). Weakness/vigor are also incredibly useful if your party does not have a good source of protection. The argument that your party doesn’t praise everything you do is absurd. Just because they don’t notice the extra dodging they get, or where they might have been from, does not mean it did not help with the battle. Not enough damage on your 2nd weaponset? Then l2dodge, lose the overkill toughness (emerald/sapphire trinkets) that steals aggro from your guardian, get on the opposite side of the boss as said guardian, and mash 1/2/3 on that greatsword. The utility will be there when you need it.
Everyone else has the exact same access to weapons and skills as people at fractals 20+ right now (except for the RNG exotic cavalier gear). If they’re incapable of making it to 20, it’s every bit a l2play issue (with the exception of disconnects). Biggest things I see are eles/mesmers/guardians not pulling out swirling winds/feedback/wall/shield of the avenger in parts of the grawl/asura fractals.
Progress-blocking mechanics aside (cliffside I’m looking at you), everything else can be overcome (or made a lot easier) by people swapping weapons and utilities midway. Just because you or others don’t notice it does not mean it doesn’t exist or isn’t helpful (vital).
(edited by Dave.2536)
That sword, warhorn, and mace are going to do him no good in any situation.
The warhorn is party speed/vigor and area weakness. Weakness and vigor may not be as key, but there are plenty of times where party speed boost comes in handy (helps even more that it removes slowing conditions too).
Maces is always good for removing defiant stacks quickly (F1, 3, and 5).
Sword I can’t think of a use for off the top of my head, but just the fact that two of the three weapons you listed definitely have their niche uses in potentially unusual group/build compositions is an indication that people are undervaluing having more weapons in inventory.
I think part of the reason we got these bugs was because we did not go back to Lion’s Arch to completely reset the dungeon. This was done because we were playing at such a time that made overflows very rare to find (it was brought up during the fractals run that this issue did not seem to be addressed in the upcoming fractals fixes). After the first cliffside bug, we went to LA to reset the dungeon and took about 30 minutes to find an overflow.
Looking at it from that angle, I’m not sure auto-suicide would have helped there even. Wiping did not help us with the first issue, and the cages would have remained friendly on the second one.
Twice today we had Cliffside (at lvl 28/29) as the third fractal, and twice something broke and prevented us from progressing.
The first time we were at the arms. Broke one seal, other down to 5%. No more chanters spawning anywhere. Wiping didn’t work (we tried twice).
Second time (very short while later) we make it to the last boss, who proceeds to throw 4 of us friendly cages (cannot attack/exit) while our thief is lying defeated on the floor (killed because 2-3 were already bugged). There’s no waypoint, no leaving/rejoining, and no self-suicide.
There are some bugs that are acceptable and some that are not. We could have dealt with wiping to reset arms and have two large mobs on either side. As difficult as that would have been, at least it still would have been possible. Neither of these scenarios allowed for progress to be made, and resulted in a combined two hours wasted.
I’m not going to ask for progress to be added, or anything like that. I’m just going to ask that something be done so nobody else has to go through what we went through anymore.
I would hope they don’t play WvW. If you’re an ele in WvW and you don’t have a focus in your inventory for swirling winds, you’re wrong.
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Swirling_Winds 6 seconds of projectile nullification is not enough to justify the weapon by itself.
From The Wiki Page You LinkedThis spell can be used to nullify catapult and trebuchet projectiles
IIRC it’s also the only skill that can do this.
Could be useful to see the “account level” (highest level by characters on that account) as well.
Lvl 3 warrior on account with a lvl 30 guardian who farmed all the agony resist the warrior needs will probably be able to carry his weight even at lvl 30
This is really getting out of hand.
Had one guy DC near end of second fractal (he was the friend of another party member but that’s another story). Fine, 4-man the rest of it, even as we roll grawl fractal. Another DC at the very last boss of the third fractal.
Pretty sure the community wants a fix soon (soon, not “soon”), or at least some more informative/less evasive answers about this issue.
Whirling wrath will not increase damage over autoattack unless you disable melee assist and whirl while inside your target.
Power/precision/crit damage will affect all skills equally (condition damage will favor whirling wrath due to passive virtue of justice). There will also be some bias if/when you take the critical hit numbers for your autoattacks and compare them to whirling wrath, because less than half of your WW hits are expected to crit with your current setup.
Finally, symbol of wrath itself does not do a huge amount of damage, but since you can do other things while the symbol is ticking, it’s actually a very significant boost in your DPS as long as the target stands in it.
Yes I do want my group to be as optimal as “reasonably” possible. We may differ on how we define “reasonably”.
Dodging is a loss of DPS if it could have been prevented. It may also throw aggro on someone not expecting it. If a sigil of blood saves a few dodges it’s absolutely doing its job.
Maybe filtering for suboptimal gameplay and/or build/traits is not out of the question, but unlike MF it is harder to spot, especially before we start the run.
Again though, I’m more focused on effort than results. I would fully expect the guy who can solo Lupicus to contribute more in Arah than a first time PUG, even if both were in my group together.
Also, I would probably be more lenient towards people like you who seem to have a non-MF set just in case. /kick would still be swiftly and mercilessly used, though, if they didn’t swap at Lupicus.
Warning: big wall of text ahead
Not the first time I’ve heard this but I don’t follow the logic. You don’t care about people being less effective in combat, just less effective and getting more loot. If you aren’t also booting people for using low-level gear, bad utilities, less effective trait builds, or just being bad players (admittedly harder to gauge up-front), why kick people for using MF gear?
It’s more about the attitude than the results. People with magic find are intentionally gimping themselves (significantly as well, partially due to magic find being the major stat, and partially because power/precision and power/condition damage may not even be good stats for their builds). People with other subpar gear may not be able to attain anything better, but if I see that they are trying, I will also try to help them.
I probably should have been a bit more clear. Green items can basically be “rented” for a few coppers (sold to merchant for little more than initial price when something better is found), so I would set level 80 greens as a bare minimum to my group. Of course, some lower level rare and exotic gear will have stats better than green lvl 80 stuff, and I’m perfectly fine with that.
Do you kick people using MF food?
I don’t have much problem with it, especially if it has a useful secondary stat (i.e., peach tarts), but if anyone else in my group objects to it, I will definitely side with him. When using food and potions becomes more widespread, and content difficulty adjusts accordingly, my opinion on this could very well change.
How about no food (which is weaker even for combat than MF food)?
How is this worse for combat than omnomberry bars? On the other hand, I generally carry around a large stack of blackberry pies (and often potions in dungeons) that I do not mind passing out.
How about for using stacking MF sigils? How about for using no sigils at all?
Magic find sigils are a big no. It is also the most obvious tell that someone is using magic find. I’m not going to apply overwhelming pressure to people to ping their gear, but if a PUG shows a magic find sigil during a run, I will have no remorse kicking/leaving.
All I’m really getting is “I’d rather my groupmates be half-naked and half-AFK than be able to trade combat effectiveness for better rewards”.
Either you’re trying to optimize your group to be better or you don’t care.
And this is where I see that you’re not trying to understand this viewpoint, and trying to find fault with my views. I’m not an elitist in that I’ll kick people for not being 80 with full exotics, but I am proudly an elitist in that I expect my group to put as much effort into the run as I do. Limited resources is an acceptable bottleneck; laziness/cheapness/greediness are not.
I’m of the opinion that not using MF is a poor investment in most PvE content, particularly content that isn’t really challenging, and I’d urge my groupmates to run at least some MF.
I have no issue with MFers who openly and actively encourage the rest of their group to run MF. I have a big problem with MFers who hide behind teammates with real gear and expect to be carried.
Finally, I do believe MF is a terrible mechanic that should either be removed or changed to be less parasitic.
Were these guardians in a party with 4 warriors autocasting fgj and spamming omm on everything?
On another note I use knight armor/weapons and ruby trinkets.
Opportunity cost of crit damage (other stat points that are lost with crit dmg stat) is too expensive on armor/weapons for me to justify.
On the other hand, on my warrior with easy access to fury, precision becomes worth much less and I sm waiting on fractals RNG to swap a lit of that gear to cavalier
That’s another error with the tooltip (edit: it says 9 hits but means 14) Try it with a steady weapon against heavy golem and add them up. Autoattack, mighty blow, symbol of wrath are just a few points lower (24 instead of 25, etc). WW is off by a lot more. Add in the 5 missing hits and it’ll be very close.
I would like this bubble to have the same mechanics as a guardian’s ring of warding.
I don’t care which way it gets changed, but I dodge to either work or not work on both
Tooltips are way off (or meaningless since aftercast delay isn’t included)
Hammer chain is very close to 0.8/0.8/2.0.
On the other hand GS is also about 0.8/0.8/0.8.
These tooltip issues also apply to all other skills, including ww/mb/sow.
Finally noteworthy is that ww only comes close to tooltip damage if you turn off melee assist and ww inside the target. Else about 5 of the 7 projectiles miss.
I’ve started asking my groups if anyone is running MF (food I can deal with, gear not so much). I will not boot/leave if people have green/rare/lvl 75 stuff, but parasite suits and leech sticks are another story.
So what you’re saying, is that there ARE other replacements then….
Are you seriously saying it’s difficult to get the WvW rings? People are moaning that the items would be better if they were obtained with tokens, here’s an example of where an equivalent is. I still don’t see the problem beyond crying because someone is making money that you are not.
Way to cherrypick a single example. I’ve made over 2000 badges, so no, it would not be an issue for me. On the other hand, I have no use for that ring. The other ring, for which there is no supply, on the other hand…
I honestly don’t know why I’m still bothering with you.
You did it with 5 warriors. From what i hear spamming warriors and bursting her down is the only way to do it.
Our team composition was definitely not optimal. A guardian (reflects/blocks/protection) and/or mesmer (time warp) would have made things much easier. We all happened to join the party as warriors and decided to stay that way for kittens n giggles. The other four were complete first-timers to path 4 and I was a second-timer (gave up at Simin last weekend).
One of the warriors was running full condition sword build. Hammer warrior was in full cleric gear. I was on knight armor/weapon (edit: I just remembered I still need to throw a sigil in that sword) with ruby trinkets. Other two had full glass gear for the fight. The three greatsword warriors were all running something like 20-20-0-10-20.
Main damage was me and one of the glass warriors. The hammer was on tear duty. Sword was the main runner, joined by the other glass most of the time. There is a DPS check, but we failed it pretty spectacularly and had to repeatedly run sparks like most other groups that attempt this. Luck or an unfamiliar mechanic may have possibly played a role when we finally triumphed, but definitely not overpowering DPS. Again, for the record, I also agree that the sparks need to be made more responsive.
Have you actually seen any of the trinkets in question? they are ALL the same stats as any other exotic trinket of that type (eg carrion stats) with the exception that they have no upgrade installed in them. Tell me more about how there is no statistical replacement….
Nightmare Coil is selling for 23g with buy orders at 18.5g. Exotic or better Power/Vitality/Toughness rings can only also be obtained in WvW or fractals+RNG.
Plague has zero supply and buy orders at 22 gold. Exotic or better Precision/Toughness/Condition Damage rings are only obtainable though fractals RNG.
This was done about 20 mins ago (this was a pug formed in LA. if not for four other warriors I would have gone guardian myself). It’s messy/buggy but definitely possible. My group was having a much harder time with sparks than what I feel is intended. I do agree that something needs to be done.
We used the method described in the post above. We couldn’t dps her down all the way from ~55% so we had to send 2 to run sparks. We eventually managed to get her back at 25%, and called everyone back over to finish it up.
Pretty sure OP would settle for a compromise of making these trinkets available for tokens like armor pieces. One of the stat sets from TA, with precision/condition damage/toughness, is almost exclusive to TA, and it seems from this topic that the recipe may craft one of these rings. Special/exclusive/“lucky” drops should be limited to the cosmetic variety.
Unlike the bifrost, these rings would have no statistical replacement and be extremely subject to (short to medium term) market manipulation.
Considering this stat set is one of the best for condition builds, I completely understand the frustration here.
Fractals meets old dungeons anyone?
So the DB that are in there everyday with siege are just anomalies? Over the past two weeks when I go in the EB jumping puzzle it’s either people being friendly or a bunch of DB with siege. It’s funny watching half afk alts spamming arrow carts at one location in the room after the dark room. It’s even more funny when we stealth up their and wipe them and trash the siege.
I am not, never have, and never will defend anyone on my server building siege in the JP except to counter enemy siege. From some of the replies I’ve gotten from people on your own server in this thread, DB is not as notorious for camping as DH.
Yawn…another week of fending off DB and NSP. All too often I see NSP ignore DB completely and work with them on DH…its almost like NSP isnt even trying for second, but would rather play the kingmaker? I would say DB and DH are fairly even at this point in a straight up server v server fight. NSP must have some deep seeded grudges against DH from spankings in the past
We went into DHBL earlier today and took two keeps and multiple characters without a single DH player in sight. Servers will naturally attack whatever is easier to take, and there is nothing easier to cap away at than an empty borderland. On a side note, NSP rarely ever seems to attack DH in DBBL. However, whenever you guys attack NSP on our map and drive them off the map, we get less invaders to push back, and they’ll go somewhere else—perhaps your own borderlands…
Earlier in EB, DH was definitely the most aggressive server with the most holdings there (perhaps due to empty home borderlands…?) We finally got more people in EB and pushed into DH territory for a bit of a buffer. We noticed NSP seemingly trying to do the same thing up north, so we promptly asked everyone to stop attacking NSP so they could focus more on DH and keep you guys split. The enemy of your enemy is your friend.
But finally, along the lines of kingmaker, it seems there’s much more bad blood towards DH than DB (I can’t be the judge of whether or not it’s justified). Perhaps keeping a solid image as a server (keeping your own weeds in check) will make the kingmaker’s decision more random? Server image seems like just another aspect of WvW.
EDIT: I looked at the map just now. Clearly DB and NSP are faking fighting each others in order to create a screenshot.
(edited by Dave.2536)
Do you know what you are even talking about? I have no need to camp the JP as long as I’m not attacked. Usually, I am friendly and wave at defenders in the JP before I walk pass them. Before you pass judgement, for future reference, I only do JP on Thurs-Sat for my guild. Since we did not get to do some last week due to the same occurrence as above, I attempted to get my guild to do the JP in order to provide some competition for this week’s Wv3.
I’m going to have to return the favor now buddy.
Yes. I saw 3-5 DH camped in the starting area, including a non-80 mesmer with SE tag pulling single DB/NSP players off the starting platforms with focus4. Definitely not friendly. My one assumption was that it was you; I think most people would agree the assumption is a reasonable one.
If a DH player going through does /wave, /bow, /salute, etc, I will let him go ahead, but rather than assuming neutral-by-default, I will switch to hostile-by-default.
I myself have very little objection to PvP in the JP. I personally draw the line at camping it for hours with siege.
I would like to inform the thief from NSP in the EB JP who killed the lvl 12 mesmer. Look at your Borderland now.
Might want to look at your own borderlands. I was in the group that took two keeps on your borderland without encountering a shred of defense. Might want to get that looked at before using what amounts to “LOLSCOREBOARD” comeback against an outnumbered server.
Also,
Leader of Side Effect, [SE]
Darkhaven
Seeing as how guild leaders like you are still camping the puzzle even now, your server will now be kill-on-sight at JPs, vistas, skill points, etc.
Have a nice day.
You can get head/shoulder/hand/leg pieces in Orr for karma.
Only need to grind dungeons for chest/feet and weapons.
This is not true, Dave, and I think you didnt read the previous post.
I did. I’m not sure what I said to make you think otherwise. For the record, I don’t think HB is overpowered at all.
The last Hit of Hundred Blades does roughly 2times the damage a regular small hit of HB does. So even if it crits the damage to a HB without crits would be ((8+2*1,5)/10) 110%.
Why run your calculation above with 0% crit damage? You can get a considerable amount from traits, gear and food. With 50% crit damage your ratio is now 20% instead of 10. 75% crit damage and the ratio is 25%. (Admittedly though, these ratios will drop with a higher crit chance on the warrior than the ~0% in your simulation)
I confess that warrior is not my main (nor have I ever used a greatsword on one after level 10) and I did not recall how much more damage the last hit was compared to the others. I made that last post assuming it was more, so my main point about variance is a bit less relevant to HB.
Not every point of damage/health is equal in PvP (in particular, the last hit point is the most valuable). Suppose we are running 50% crit damage so that the HB damage range is 10-20k (10k if nothing crits, 20k if everything does). Target in front of us has, say, 12k health left. I would need to roll 2 crits on autoattack to finish the target down, or I could just crit on the last hit of HB and nothing else (note that any two “small attacks” critting would also kill the target). Because of the variance here, HB gives me a better chance to kill the target than autos because I don’t have to get as lucky with RNG.
Finally, to answer your initial question of why one would ever use HB aside from adrenaline, I would point to effect-on-hit/effect-on-crit items. More hits means more chances to proc, and can be incredibly useful for Forceful Greatsword (few more opportunities to get extra might), Omnomberry Pies (no internal cooldown on the pies), and Sigil of Strength (has a 2 sec cooldown, but the additional 30% chance condition keeps extra hits valuable).
Additionally, there is the PvP scenario above to highlight the potential plus side of higher variance skills. I do realize how easy HB is to evade/mitigate. I’m just moreso using it as an example of where higher variance chains have value.
One special thing about Hundred Blades is that it has a lot of damage loaded into the last hit (consequently less damage on earlier hits).
However, rolling a crit on that one hit will raise your total HB damage significantly over the sum of 6-7 autoattacks (far more consistent because the attacks are more uniform). This variability of HB is why it will have a place (especially in PvP), even if the damage over time was less than autoattacking.
People undercount the times when that last HB hit doesn’t crit, and overrepresent the cases where it does.
However, DPS calculations alone would not show that HB is/isn’t overpowered. Consider a more extreme example.
On average, you’re looking at 7000 from autos and 3400 from HB over the same span of time, but is there any doubt that it’s incredibly unbalanced, and people would still use it because the reward (1 hit KO) far outweighs the risk (averaging subpar damage)?
This was an extreme example, but I think HB is in a similar boat with the last-strike-crit.
There is no 2v1 collusion beyond the trash talk on these forums.
Many on this server (FA) don’t seem to understand how to “use” the 3rd server on TCBL/YBBL. Generally the “home server” outnumbers both of the other servers (but generally not both other servers combined), so the “away servers” need a temporary alliance to keep the home server split. TC clearly seems to understand this, and YB quite a bit better than we do as well.
Cases in point, FABL and TCBL on this map.
On TCBL, YB made multiple attempts to capture Redlake tower. Constantly they were driven back by TC defenders (who realized the importance of keeping Red off the map) and a few of our own looking for cheap kills. Our commanders then took the tower and moved on, with the intent of letting YB have it unopposed. This was thwarted again by some on our own server. The end result: Bay keep is a 25 point tower because the outer wall is constantly down, and we are slowly being starved out.
On FABL notice YB and TC both control their “natural” tower and keeps. They know better than to attack each other, other than the constant struggle for the south supply camp (lol2v1conspiracy). The result, we’re split up defending the north side of our map, and the entire south of the map (except for the south supply camp) is relatively safe.
YBBL, we actually had a decent number of people pushing the tower. Managed to turn Bluelake tower blue for all of 5-10 minutes before it was taken back, by the home server that knew it needed to keep one of the away servers wiped.
The whole thing snowballs too. What do you think happened to the YB that we pushed off TCBL? They either went to YBBL (to further push us back, as we were the server without anything pre-established), FABL (notice they have the majority of the south of the map), or EB (notice they have SMC).
TLDR version: on the enemy borderlands, the other “away server” is almost always your friend. Do whatever you can to keep them on the map (at the very least: do not go out of your way to push them off the map). On it, they will help split the home server for you. Off it, they will be your true enemy.
EDIT: We just lost the Bay on TCBL. Kinda hard to hold against the home server on their map when they have no other distractions
