I think that both aquatic combat and downed skills need serious balance.
No, I would not remove it. However, some classes need it buffed. Or more utility.
Also, stealth killing downed people needs to go…and I play a thief.

New tactic popping up as of late. 4-5+ dagger/dagger eles using the dagger 5 earth skills (earthquake) then teleporting into the enemy zerg with the air cantrip.
Teleporting does not interrupt the charge. The result is 5x earthquakes instantly going off inside the enemy team at the same time, killing 30+ people instantaneously.
Seeing this more and more, its near impossible to counter and the range is massive. Anyone having any luck against these teams?
How can 4 or 5 Eles kill 30+ people?
4×5 (AoE limit) = 20
5×5 = 25
Thief Shadowstep -> Dagger Storm deals way more damage than that and you can always shadow return

Basically now we have less DPS, Regeneration and Cond. Removal due to the 1 sec increase in the Revealed debuff.

Giving a 25% movement sig to mesmers doesn’t make any sense unless you truly believe that every class should have one.
ANet has said that Thieves should be the kings of mobility with rangers close behind, but it doesn’t make sense for mesmers to be the sprinters (they are, after all, a class dressed in ball room dresses and suits). Mesmer mobility is best illustrated by cunning, not pure physical prowess.
I’m not saying that every class needs a 25% Mov. Signet, what I’m saying is that Mesmers need an easier access to movement speed, wich all other classes already have, they will not be faster than these classes so I don’t see why are you calling them sprinters.
In a game where everything needs to be balanced, this is a small thing that is simply not balanced.
Are you saying that mesmers should be as mobile as thieves? In combat, we’re about as mobile with teleports and blinks and are only slower in terms of travel.
I was just suggesting a easier access to movement speed, something that is lacking to Mesmers, and you are already imagining a Mesmer vs Thief duel in your head.

My sugestion is to rework Signet of Midnight:
Passive: Grants a 25% increase in movement speed.
Active: Blind nearby foes.
Blind: 3 s
Radius: 360
Range: 360
- Withdraw and Roll for Initiative are no longer evading the thief backwards. Instead, they let you evade in the direction you run. If standing still, you evade backwards like before.
This would be a good change, right now a few people play with them because they are very situational.
I think it’s fair, and it will give thieves another stun-breaker to use, because right now the only being used is Shadowstep
With 2 Lv80 Berserker Swords you get 1 more Power and Crit. Damage than a Berseker Greatsword, the same thing happens with 2 Daggers vs 1 Shortbow. It’s not a big diference.
Burst:
– Thoughness
– Stun-breaker
Permastealth:
– Block
– Blind
– AoE
– CC
Now stop complaining about it.
Realy, I’m tired of seeing people who don’t know the class complaining in the foruns and asking for nerfs.
The problem is that I can’t get a balance between damage and survivability.
Also the attunement swaps confuse me, I have more skills than all other classes but I don’t know when/how to use them.
I realy don’t understand this class… any tips/builds?
I’m also interested in finding this dagger, now that Final Rest was found I would like to know if this dagger exists/where can be found.
A Dev answer would be great 
Sickle is a sword skin, not a dagger skin and isn’t available too.

I was in WvW, but then the game client lost connection. Now I can’t stay logged in for more than 30 seconds before the game client loses it connection again.

You won’t get hit 2-3 times. You’ll get hit maybe once.
You’re invincible 80% of the time versus slave driver.
Oh and each pistol whip will heal you for 2,700 health with your signet of malice. So if you do get hit you’ll heal up pretty much instantly.
Well, your build is viable for CoF Path 1, but I think that’s the only dungeon you can you, because playing full Berserker makes you realy squishy.

Take a look.
Use this build and the Slave Driver will kill you with 2-3 hits.
You can run a Warrior full Berserker because they have Heavy Armor and 18k HP.
EDIT: I’m not saying that it’s not possible with a Thief, but it’s not easy.
