Anet doesn’t make those numbers public, so it’s all just guess work.
I hope this helps. I’ve done this collection before and you need the exotic version of this ring. The only place it drops is in the mini dungeon of Rhand. Best bet is to get a Mesmer to port you in. The boss at the end drops it rarely. So best to kill him at least once a day. He drops a chest as well as a champ chest but the champ chest only spawns once a day. It’s an under water fight so best bring a toon that is good at fighting under water. You’ll also get the chalice for the collection to drop here. The chalice drops far quicker though.
I think your mistaking the piece needed. That ring is also part of the collection, but so is the ascended ring being discussed.
Generally after putting in a bug report about certain things not showing up in collections, they appear there. I had a problem with certain fractal weapon skins not appearing in collections, while others did. I think a bug report/trouble ticket will be best idea here.

You may have started playing before fully downloading. If it did not finish when you cam back I’m certain it would try again.
I suspect that would push the boundaries of pay to win, since you can basically buy luck.

Rangers can go ranged all the time, unless you got people yelling stack at you. I like the ranger over the warrior for the solo nature in pve.
SoR is always looking for more PvE’ers. We don’t do much in PvP or WvW, but we have no strict rep rules, meaning you can find multiple guilds to support your needs. We are casual and laid back, running fractals night on monday, guild missions on wen and looking to get raiding of fri nights. If your interested hit me up on pm/in game whispers.
We do a lot of guild stuff starting around 7 - 8 pm cst. Not sure what time zone your in, just wondering if that’s to early for you.

If its not profitable anet doesn’t do it. Look at the new content every couple weeks goal, under water, dungeons.... when something isn’t cost effective vs gain a company who has a bottom line of profit, isn’t going to sink time and effort into something not profitable. We don’t get publicly released numbers, and others guess and feud about profit reports that are public, but the bottom line is anet sees a profit margin in ti, or more than likely wouldn’t pursue it.
Not at all. We all know you have to build a viable group and 10 healers isn’t going to cut it... Don’t dodge the issue. Raids have been very successful with "snowflake" builds as you put it. Meta is NOT the only way to get something done.
Travelers runes do not stack with other speed bonuses. They are significantly cheaper now than a while back, and their is some benefit to them. I don’t think I would waste gold on them though.
I get that people want to finish things ASAP. However why would i make a level 80 character in full ascended with a build + stats, That i don’t even like just so i can do a raid once in a while. :/

You don’t have too, it’s purely optional.
However, don’t expect 9 other people to be willing to work with you, if you want to run whatever special snowflake build instead of working with them to complete the encounter.
The only reason for these requirements on meta groups with ascended armor is such bad play skills you rely on min/maxing on people to carry you through the game. Don’t be rude and derogatory to a build you don’t know and can’t understand because it’s not explained on meta sites. It may be great it may be bad, its the way some of us choose to play.
The problem here is actually communication. Everyone needs to be more clear on what they are looking for and people also need to be aware of the groups they are joining.

If your looking for wvw guild, then check if your server has its own web site with a lf guild server. Make sure you post your EU and Server Name in your topic to be scouted quickly. Also don’t be afraid to mention what your looking for in a guild. You will get some standard recruitment walls of text, but there will be genuine responses as well.
They obviously have the number and found developing raids profitable....
Well for one, there is custom jp’s in guild halls.

I don’t care about rushing into raids... if you want a solid group to raid with build a team that is looking for the same thing instead of people who are trying to race through content first.
Fractals is not that bad. I pugged 1 - 100 to get my achievements. A time or 2 I had a friend but every level I turned to lfg for people. I never once ran into your issues. Not one singe time was I kicked from a group for not being meta.
Dungeons: Learn to read lfg. If it says 80 only then don’t join if your not 80. If the description says meta only and your not meta, your not meeting the group requirements and thus you should be kicked. I constantly kick non lev 80’s in dungeons, but I also advertise 80 only.
I think you just need to find the right group of people to run with and learn to read lfg before just joining randomly because you want to do the content. There is a lot of people who don’t care about meta builds out there and if you join a guild your more likely to find groups on par with what you want, instead of meta nuts trying to race content on day 1.
Were in for a stunning amount of QQ, can’t you just jump on one of the other 6 million threads that complain about raids instead of creating a new one. Seriously some people like raids others hate them and enough are indifferent. Just let it go and wait, more stuff is coming, this is not the last patch ever going to be released by anet.
SoR has a few jp’s in our guild hall as well. If I am on and not busy, I am happy to let people try our work.
Well there is the mention of using beta isolation on live game. Maybe they are testing more stuff than what we get access to.
They can add as many raids as they like. Doesn’t bother me at all. It would be nice though if they’d add something I like some day soon.
^this. Where is the content for everyone else? There has been nothing new to do since HoT, that was 5 month’s ago. I don’t count a revamp and festivals(which didn’t really add anything new)
Every day we add content here, enjoy and make the most of it.
Yes, there has been a horrendous history of anet nerfing any event in the past used to farm linen.

Also, since no one else has mentioned it, I would strongly suggest that you consider purchasing your ascended rings with pristine fractal relics and your ascended accessories with guild commendations, and save your precious laurels for things that can not be purchased with another currency.
Assuming they like or are willing to do fractals.
I dare say if they nerfed everyone’s abilities to have no traits and only an auto attack, then we would have a wonderful balance. Since its not that easy let them work on it. It’s not like every employee at anet can focus on balance... it wouldn’t work. Any ways I don’t see why they cannot continue on multiple things like the ama mentions.... oh right they are, so be patient.
If they can toggle double tap evade, why not gliding?

Well SoR only needs a couple more players and we should be able to kick off a casual raid. Atm we are shooting for Friday night’s. Unique did it for me. To be honest, a unique equip wouldn’t kill them for the extra characters.
You may have trouble finding a large WvW guild on your server. To find what your looking for, you may have to transfer servers.
I wouldn’t factor cost into the equation. Honestly if your worried about cost, I would only do the precursor thing on the new leg weapons, as the old ones, its cheaper to outright buy the pre. I find I just like a weapon and after eventually looking at the skin long enough I decide to make it.

If you notice when you mouse over them, there is a "unique" identifier on ascended trinkets and rings. There is also at least 2 of every stat when purchasing to give offensive/defensive slots.

And you might want to start with one, that is usable underwater.
Once you hit 80, find a train or some one to duo hc with and just make a mad dash through hot. Skipping the awkward guano in vb and mushroom in td you should have it very vast. (if those haven’t been nerfed since I last did them)
When we did that one, had multiple engis go toss out turrets before getting transformed... the ap was a joke.
Well honestly, there are some decent upgrades on the light end of maps, like guild portal, repair. If I remember correctly it wasn’t excessively hard to build up to scribing stations for bank access.
@ Vayne.8563: I don’t think the instance thing is to bad. We observe a behavior where our guild hall has to grow after so many people enter, we are forced to taxi to a new instance. We haven’t hit the second wall because we just don’t have the manpower, but I imagine the multiple instances are of less impact because they scale for what is needed only.
I think having mobility masteries like jumping mushrooms and lean gliding is huge in the lost precipice take down. Or larger groups that can spread out to accommodate a lack of mobility.
It makes perfect since. If you have 200 people its easier to get donations. If you have 5, well they will have to give 40 times as much. I don’t like it one bit, but its logical.
Bigger guilds will do better. The take control mission is able to be done with 5 people, its just not balanced for that. Honestly, people like to solo arah, that doesn’t mean everyone could.
Wait till you see scribe requirements, and what it cost to get guild decorations. Small guilds (like ours) are quite beaten up on this end, but you have the option of growing.
All that being said, if you would like help with the take control mission, I would think most of my guildies would be happy to help.
the rest doesn’t matter because it would be pvp in pve.... I don’t care about the details of your pvp, its is still pvp.
a player gets attackable for other player this is the definition of PvP
This is another topic that’s been done to death, and adding pvp isn’t an idea to make the game better (we will have to agree to disagree on this point), it will just drive away the pve players who refuse to pvp. No matter how you want to phrase it, your adding rewards for pvp in open pve world. Horrible idea. Now a new type of arena match or wvw event, why not suggest it there?
In pve there should be no PVP. Then bandit sw was a bug and quite quickly fixed. In the little while it was active, there was a kitten storm of QQ and complaining.
It’s been said in other threads, claiming pvp in open world would be good, its not possible. So again I say no! Absolutely no!
