Well I clearly remember that one of the devs (the one who actually created the statue) said that it is not gone, it will be back, soon, but the place is empty since then. Also he stated that they put a lot of work in this staue and its details, afaik, and it will be back in Lion’s Arch?! This is what I remember…

Arenaner, u should make it so we need to grind several dungeons, then the same dungeons but on expert or something difficulty, and then when we are ready, we should start grinding RAIDS! 40 man raids, oldschool baby. And through those raids we can have the best gear stats-wise.

Also u can make the best gear obtainable thourgh pvp, but RANKED pvp!

This is going to be something completly NEW and INTERESTING, something that we have never experienced before! xD gogo!

Hello, I recently changed my server to a higher populated one, and since then I have some lag and ability delay (for 1-2 seconds, which is quite anoying). I changed my server yday, and the lag is from today.

Is it because of my new server, or is the same for everyone (blame the event)?!

Well, it’s official, I no longer have an active GW2 account.

Following up my original statement (it’s well buried now I’m sure), but my refund just went through. I pre-ordered in June, and didn’t expect it to be approved after so long, but there it is anyway. Props to Anet for, at least, supporting their product to that level.

For the record, Anet, if you are reading, I will buy the game right back if you remove/fix this stat inflation.

Leveling is about killing stuff fast and dodging the lethal blows. Now warrior can do this good. Now can I have a question on u – ever tried to lvl elementalist or necromancer? Try, and u will apriciate ur warrior, pve wise.

Guardian is also good.

If u dont pvp at all, u struggle to complete ur story quests and u like dungeons and pve, just go for the warrior. But beware, it is really boring. Effective, but borring.

Hm so with every single patch they can decide to add some additional thing in some random map, and how am I supposed to know this? Run around the world like crazy?
Please, do not add additional vista/POI/whatever from now on….It is really stupid. Especially if it is on a random map, that u are never going to visit again. It killes the feel of achievment, if u do this for every patch.

These changes are being added for a reason, they listened to player feedback, they looked at how fast people were getting Exotics and Legendarys and acted.

If I wanted to hunt for gear, and “work” for my power items, I would be playing Rift or WoW, and with a better success. I thought GW2 is not going to be about gear and farming pve content all day every day.

I can see they introduce now 2 rings and a back piece. But there are plans for a full set of Ascended gear. And I for sure am not going to farm those items, because I dont play this game to FARM my items, in order to be more powerful.

I thought u guys have different philosophy about this game and its future. But I see it will be the same old gear farm (and I am not talking about farm for better look, but for more powerful items, which is against ur first statement).

And my friends are really mad and are already leaving the game.

@nergoza.6387, It is a big deal, because u actually need to farm PVE content, and in a group! for those items. What is next, 40 man raid?! Exotics u can obtain from the TP for gold, gold u can get by farming mats, crafting, doing dungeons, or whatever u want. U can get exotic from the drops in dungeon. So u can get exotics by so many different ways – SOLO or by GROUPING, ur choice. But how can u get those new ascended items? By farming a specific dungeon in a group, no solo option. Well no thanks >_>

I saw this post from the Anet guy, and he said that the fix is ready and tested. But why do we ned to wait till the next major content update? It is really frustrating, and I’d lik to continue my lvling parallel with my stry quests.

It is still broken. I came to this quest just yday and thought I am doing soemthing wrong. Then, after 3 tries, I decided to check in google. Can we expect a fix anytime soon? It is really anoying, because we are not able to continue with our Story line?!

Very stupid imo to compare with WoW. I think WoW mounts has a terrible design, and not only that, but they can FLY! I dont want flying mounts, they are bad. But am sure GW2 designers can make awesome looking, and aesthetic looking good mounts!

U can not be serious on this one. GW2 is all about fluffyness, hunting costumes, hunting cosmetic items, hunting for pets even (we dont have pets, are u sure abt that? think again please).

U have concerns about the devs work, really? U do care that much? I am sure they will get paid very well for their work u dont need to worry about that.

Saying it breaks immersion is not a good reason; we have asura gates and instant teleportation at our fingertips.
Saying it’d bring people back into lower level zones is not a good reason; the zones are already small. If you’re not there now, how would a mount -feasibly- change that?
Saying it’d be another grind for glory is not a good reason; we already have those in weapons and armor—we don’t need mounts cluttering up an already taxed system in the cities. Plenty of people already have it hard enough with the load times in LA without additional memory being devoted to extra animations/particle effects/etc.

Because saying why u are AGAINST the mounts is too mainstream i see.

+1 Fotr mounts. As some1 mentione alrdy, i would buy coins to get a mount. I dont think mounts would be in any way gamebreaking. They can disable them in WvW and spvp, i dont mind.

but with the great arts and graphics of GW2, i am sure they could make AWESOME mounts. And i am going to use less waypoints, and discover a lot more of the world.

No, it was not fun. This is ur personal opinion, OP. Clocktower was awful design and a bad idea for a jumping “puzzle” in a holiday event. Worst idea ever.

As I can see every1 is adressing their messages to this guy Josh, yes, Josh, please make more jumping “puzzles”, they are so fun and chalenging, I can play MMO full of only jumping “puzzles”, omg so much fun…I recomend ur next expansion to be The Madness of Josh: Jumping Puzzles. Make a whole continent only with jumping puzzles.

Mini dungeon, dull jumping “puzzle” as they call it and bags of candies. Yes, I am in shock. For half of this content u had to either waste several hours of ur life jumping over a same thing, or google things and follow step 1 to 6, 7 to 10 (the mad king story with the book for instance). AAhhhhhhh joy!

My quess: Island full of jumping puzzles.

OP, u dont understand. Jumping is a huge part of the gw2 content, is like a milestone! Do u want a content? Jumping puzzles! Do u want more conten? More jumping puzzles!

Completing a jumping puzzle shows ur real skills, and u can officially call urself "kitten"on the forums. An important note – Jumping puzzles are NOT for everyone to complete (it is a quote from an unknown fanboy on the forums). Only selected ones can complete a jumping puzzle! Also u should know that they are GREAT FUN, and u MUST enjoy them.

Saying Clock Tower is skill based is the same to say PvP in WoW is skill based. U just need to spend hours of frustration in both to accomplish something,. So ur exampe sux big time, my friend. l2argue.

Just don’t do it if you don’t like it! Why must optional content others really enjoy be removed because you don’t like it? No-one is forcing you to do it.

Altho i think the clock tower si the worst kitten ever, i would never give my acc to some1 else to pass it for me. Not cuz i care so much for my acc, but because there will be no sense of achievment.

Worst frustration ever. Hate it with passion. I fail to see what is to apriciate there? And no, I am not going to spend 2 hours jumping like a headless chicken on some broken stairs surrounded by some big fat norns and charrs, I even cant see my character in the crowd. A weird understanding of fun. (My opinion)
