I use to run that build!! but my daggers where knights.

Yes, the build i posted is quite popular. There are various shades of this build, some more offensive and others even more defensive(i dont see the point in more def in this build esp with the WvW rank Guard fortitude +2500hp).

As this build caters for WvW i am not sure about spvp or pve. But i know its a real group friendly build due to all the aura buffs and that you can use it for GvG,Dueling or Small Man fun.

Its a complete build for the all rounder, but its also a good build for anyone to modify to their liking. It is not howeverm a fresh air build and is a classic dnd build.

These are very interesting suggestions. It may very well be suitable as alt Armour when dueling a necro. Otherwise , for the classic dnd, boon duration with lemongrass is useful for most cases in wvw.

They made some buffs to the support aspect of Ele with staff and auras. Aside from that , Anet has, and i repeat , said many many times , that the ele is meant to be the jack of all trades and master of none.

The original description of the class (the one on which the choice of players majority was based) is nowhere near “jack of all trades” type.
So what about no, the class is not “balanced” and definitely not working as intended (lot of bugged/glitched traits/skills etc.). And tell me, why Eles are the only class which has nerfed healing in PvP? I seriously doubt that the class was so strong when compared to others (you know which classes I have in mind) that it deserved the heal + ridiculous mobility nerf….
I rather say that it was because of players, Eles are mainly played by skilled people, because the class allows the skill usage due to the mechanics. But why we have to be punished for this? It’s a standard “more skill, more reward” type of class, not “more skill, more nerfs”, don’t you think?

Hence why i said “as far as anet is concerned”

You need to be in close proximity and at the same time having your health reduced to i think like 33% for there to be any real healing. Earth elite is a good choice if u are fighting as a dnd ele against a tank.

So as far as Anet is concerned, both in wvw, pvp and PvE, the ele is quite balanced. Which i will say is 85% the truth. DnD ele could use some buffs and so does the fire trait and arcane line.

Add +40% Condi food/etc with those runes and stacks and Necro is easily beyond nasty.

Under edit profile i have the show signature by default ticked on and it has been working for 16 months. But now its gone.

Usually moving 5-6 pixels to the right or left of where the tonic people are heading allows you to avoid 100% of the damage.

SO in the latest episode of the avatar , it was shown that the first avatar was granted fire and first trained in fire. Perhaps this why our fire attunement is the most powerful in terms of dnd raw damage.

Another thing, when we call an elite to help us, then we are spirit bending. Because the avatar can bend the spirits. Hmmm

All of these things/suggestions have been discussed before.

And no love for [TOM], while funny seeing your antics – don’t think its really needed on a light humourous night. And the one S/D ele who felt the need to take out the cata’s – really? Did you have any intent on holding it … whatsoever? Whats’ the point?
