Sometimes when I am helping several people build a ram I get stuck after it is built. I am not the driver and I cannot move for a few seconds.

I looked on the Armour Master and Black Lion Merchant but I dont see Dire Armour for Sale. I would like to get a full set of lvl 80 exotic.

I am not sure that the sigil is working as well as it could.

The tooltip does not mention a cool down of any sort and yet I never see the proc happen twice at the same time like the superior sigil of fire for instance or in quick succession, one after another. I have seen the fire one proc twice on the same hit when I have 2 sigils equipped on two weapons.

When I have two Earth sigils equipped I never see a jump of 2 bleed or in other words I never see it proc twice where I have clearly seen this with the Fire sigil.

And there is no mention of cool down. I think the Earth sigil should be looked at.

Hmm it must have been x4 Perplexity then. Does that apply 3 stacks on one hit?

So,

I was tooling around in EBG yesterday like I always do and I came across a P/D thief like myself who was messing with people.

He hit me a couple times from stealth with his sneak attack and I noticed that he applied 3 stacks of confusion on me as he hit me with sneak attack.

I have never seen this before. I assure you he was not interrupting me. How did he do that? I want to do it too

So I have been using guildwarstemple.com to search for timers on world events but I dont think it is very accurate. Does anybody know of a really good one?

Sometimes, not very often, when I enter stealth my auto fire on my pistol goes off even though the game mechanic is to stop shooting upon stealth.

So I know this is the WvW section of the forums and my question is placed here becuase I spend 99% of my time playing WvW.

Everybody knows dragonite drops are scarce in WvW so I want to know what EASY venues people have been breaking off to do in order to farm dragonite.

Right now I have been farming The Scatterer once a day. That gets me a little bit but I was hoping to find out some more EASY venues.

I say easy becuase I dont want to sit around looking for groups to do temples or guest on a higher population server, etc.

I want to continue to do WvW the vast majority of the time and hit up any EASY venues once in a while to get some dragonite.

I am am a P/D Thief and I have noticed that if I try to land Sneak Attack while an opposing thief is in “Dagger Storm Mode” that my attack just does not land.

I stay in stealth and my guy just keeps trying to land Sneak Attack but cannot.

Is this working as intended?

I always thought adding stat bonuses to outnumbered buff would be too much but then came bloodlust.

Rather than to find out after you get there. I would rather not have even ported in the first place.

Do you have to do fractals to craft an ascended back piece? Every recipie I have been able to find needs at least some drops in fractals that I cannot buy on the TP.

So I was fighting with these two people on Sea of Sorrows “Better Luck Next Time” guild tonight and I have never seen this thief spec this thief was. Somehow she would stack confusion on me. I had 8 stacks of it really quickly. I cannot figure out how she was doing it. As a thief how can you pump confusion? She would also burst me down with attacks and the only thing that was showing up was headshot and vital shot. no unloads ever in any of the fights. Im not sure wtf build it was but it was very powerful. First time I have lost a good fight in a long time. I am a wvw rank 165 thief myself.

She only hit me with vital shot, head shot, dagger storm in my registry the entire time and never for much dmg either. dagger storm wakittenting for 500 to 600 and the others for less than 300.

Not to mention the elementalist was impossible to do dmg to and was burst o matic too.

Crazy.

What is better the 2 Krait, 2 Centaur, 2 Afflicted or … 6 Undead?

Im also very curious if anybody else is using something else besides those two.

“Going Stealth Blinds Nearby Opponents”

I have been running this trait in my build for a very long time. I was wondering about other people’s thoughts on it. I was thinking about changing it out tonight and see what happens.

I only play solo, small man as a P/D thief in WvW.

Any thoughts?

Seriously, what a joke of a buff you guys are giving us when we are outnumbered. You need to buff the buff.

Ultimately, you need people to see the Outnumbered Buff and say “Cool!” instead of “Dang it!”

Why? Because people are leaving your game because it sucks being outnumbered all the time. If you want this game to last, buff the buff.

I dont have the patience to sift through any more websites looking for the best back piece for a condi build thief. I was hoping you folks could help me out.

1. Is there an “omni” back piece? One with all the stats on it?
2. Is there a “carrion” back piece?
3. If I cannot get either of those … what would you suggest for condi build thief?

He may have used Haste so he could have gotten off 3 full Pistol Whips on you in the time it would only take to do 1.5. Pistol Whip appears in the combat log as several attacks per each Pistol Whip.

Thank you again! What does a player appear to be doing during the 4 second cast time? Does it look like they are throwing a box down or anything like that?

Thanks for the info. So once you are hit by the trap you have a 30 second reveal debuff that will not go away? I didn’t know that. That should help a lot!

Sorry about the double post my browser was frozen.

So I was out in EB yesterday and two enemy players started in my direction. I figured I would give it a go and engaged them. I worked one down to about half health and went to stealth and noticed I was “immune” I figured I probably tried to enter stealth too early because I was fighting so intensely so I continued to fight hoping to get into stealth in just a couple more seconds. I then took a big hit I wasn’t expecting so I popped Shadow Refuge hoping to gain some health and a little advantage because this 1v2 fight was now unfavorable. One of the two players must have dropped a stealth disruptor trap because my Shadow Refuge didn’t work and they finished me off.

That all being said, I was wondering if anybody would share any tips or knowledge they may have regarding these new Stealth Disruptor Traps and how to know if you are the victim of one. Is there anything you have learned to tip you off that a trap is in the area before it’s too late?

I am new to the fight in EB and I noticed that once in a while SM resets to neutral. Can anyone tell me when that happens, or post a link to information regarding resets and such please?

I dont want to spend hard earned gold and karma upgrading things in EB right before a reset.

I am a noob and wanted to find out more about a warrior build I have seen out in WvW.

I have gone toe to toe with warriors on three different occasions now where they knock me down repeatedly and do tremendous damage as well.

I have to say this is one of the most formidable builds of any class that I have fought out there and wanted to know:

What do you guys call this build?

Do you have a link for me to see the traits, skills, etc?

I havent tested this but I think I am poping out of steath when Last Refuge kicks in and then I throw down a Shadow Refuge.

So I have been playing around with pain inverter in WvW and it doesnt seem to work at all. I am still taking dmg while its active. Am I missing something? Thank You.
