People have told me this build looks like its good but it has no idea what it really wants so it ends up being nothing. I havent tried it but i dont want to waste my money on it if this isn’t that great of a build

I’m also told this build isnt viable and you’ll die in seconds in WvW because this isnt the meta anymore

haha, i am having this problem too, also sometimes i hit them with the leap then teleport back to when i started the leap.

I missed SAB so i really hope i get to play it. Please bring it back

Only thing we can do is wait it out. If you don’t enjoy the events, don’t play them. I for one love the socializing during those big events and then when its over with, i might chat with the guild until the next event, or go do all the dungeons or wvw and never do the event again.
Also, bi-weekly updates are creating new players and a larger playerbase, and when they come out i get so hyped up i cancel all my plans that day and sit on my computer and play it.

But yes, dragons should have new loot or champs less loot like only rare bags or larger timers.

Commando guardian! go for it. Sentinel can be switched for soldier or zerk if you want to be more squishy. I’d recommend soldier

I enjoy healway

But that’s just because i’m a fanboy of healing people to full health with a virtue and staff 4 and being a boon dispenser.

Also healway works in dungeons. I just used it in Ac, cof, se, cm, and Arah. Only 1 wipe in total with pugs.

It’s a stacking issue. If you already have Swiftness applied, and you apply it again with Symbol of Swiftness, it only adds an additional 1 second instead of the full duration you would ordinarily get if you had none on you already.

Ah that does happen BUT only sometimes. which makes me think this is a bug.

did you try restarting the whole game after this happened and trying again?

have you tried it on mobs or players?

whenever i use symbol of swiftness, I get my 12 seconds of swiftness right? Then when i pop it again 7 times out of 10, i get only 1 second of swiftness while everyone else around me gets the usual 12.
this happens a lot and its a little annoying when running away from people in WvW because sometimes it only gives me 1-2 seconds of swiftness when i was told 12.

…no, its really specifically sm. you see we had all these pvers/noobs/clueless/eb fans who just scream sm sm sm sm SMSMSM every once in a while. so wed dedicate our entire servers efforts to taking and holding sm. some of the same people wondered why we lose later in the week, when our bl keeps are paper and constantly flipping… while not-our-color keeps (and sm) mostly have wps. the other servers dont suffer from morale drops (read: fairweather losses), so while we may be able to golem rush wipe several structures, the attrition rate on our forces is just too high to really go far between upgrades and morale… and the inevitable counterpush will kick us off the entire map.

I found this oddly sarcastic. We only got SM to have some fights. which were AWESOME by the way. Yes we eventually lost SM but it was fun to hold off from GoM for a while.

If you want to zerg move to t5 and ^ and stay there.
also, someone once said VLK does small man roaming, all I’ve seen are VLK in huge zergs with the rest of your fairweather PvE’rs

We said the same thing about Kaineng, and I can asnwer that statement:

PvE’ers and Fairweather players make up 70% of HoD’s WvW population.

THey’re farming the tower lords, karma, and silver. They don’t give a kitten about 1 or 2 red names. You’re just Karka to them.

However, VLK is full of roamers. We’ll gladly have some small skirmishes with you guys. Time and place.

Same with GoM. We had an AMAZEBALLS match against Kain and YB where we ended 2nd, and since we weren’t first the fairweathers then left and decried our commander saying we all suck etc.

Then we had IoJ and SF, and a few trolls came and ruined morals of the few fairweathers that did come.

Now… our EB is just the few dedicated WvW players we have and trolls. It makes me want to cry when we have momentum and some troll starts in about how XYZ commander “is kitten and can’t play offense for kitten” and kills a the momentum. Because 20 minutes later we’re outmanned because everybody goes to Crown pavilion or whatever asinine PvE thing there is going on. I think hard about crying; and then I don’t because I’m a man.

We’ll finish second again this week, because AR, much love but you are a fail.

Oh, AR doesnt do organized skirmishes. theres no fun in stacking, building might, veil, then 1 spam to most of us. Wheres the war in that?
