More like 10 if us salvaging over 100 lv77+ rares with black lion chests only to get 10 ectos… and that was just one mass salvage. We’ve done others with the same result recently as well, while before our average evened out the ectos to a 1:1 ratio after that.

Pets need to be able to ignore AoE skills, and instead of a 50-50 split of damage it should be more like 30 pet 70 ranger. Still a decent chunk, but not a kitten handicap if the pet goes down.

I wish there was a ingame chatroom just for Roleplay only a well, to make it easier to find RPers in the game. I really want to RP more, but in SF there is no one around that cares it seems. =(

For every fractals run I seem to get an exotic (so one a dayish), and if not including fractals then about 1-3 a week from random play.

Myself and everyone in the our guild noticed that some time ago ecto salvage drops have been nerfed to the ground. Any reason for this? It was unlisted as well in patch updates, and I am doubting it’s just a coincidence that 100+ people are seeing less ectoes for mass salvaging lv80 rares after dungeon/farming/fractal runs.

I’m really annoyed that my main downed ability only works 50% of the time, because if I am on a slight incline or odd angle, BAM! No pet heal. He just stands over me humping my dying body, without a single care given.

Same goes for Search and Rescue- if the person is on a bit of an angle, the pet just stands over them and refuses to heal. it’s really annoying and there needs to be more leeway given in terrain abnormalities and these skills.

I also like the 5% damage change up idea others posted, by removing 5% of the pets damage and giving that back to the ranger. It’s a small change, but would do a great service in figuring out where the issue truly stands.

At least SF in T8 and curbstomping the others means it’s easier for my alts to get map completion these days.

Seriously, every week we go against FC and ET, and every week we dominate. Can we get some new servers on this match up before SF goes crazy? =P

+1 for this, as it is completely true. The more convoluted you make things, the less enjoyable they become.

Guild events and laurels are fine. I play casually and can still enjoy the game- you don’t need to do every little thing. No one is forcing you to do anything… Only complaint is the AC overhaul that makes non lv80’s useless in there.

People always overreact to updates. =P

I agree with this- they said there would be balances for rangers, and never delivered. While I like the direction of these new updates, I kinda want my ranger to be viable here.

Pierce by default makes the skill tree trait useless then. =/

5000g should be safe.

I agree that there needs to be a % system for “next lowest sale” On items. With low cost items that would still amount to only 1c, but as you get higher and into the 25s+ the % really will becoming more noticeable.

We tried that, but they all pull then reset way to fast, and all at once every time. It never works.

Full 80 group, all exotic equipped, can’t beat this idiot. His swords men all perma stun and kill tank builds in 30 seconds (or anyone for that matter.)
Can’t pull just one, as whole group comes and if you back up whole group loses intrest at same time even WHILE attacking one still. Always all at once or nothing.

WTF. Waste of 2.5 hours trying over and over, all vent run and coordinated. This is coming from a group who can run other dungeons without single repair. WTF is with TA path Forward-farward?

Actually this wasn’t that hard of a puzzle. I’ve completed it 10 times now- Those skritt AOE attacks at the end are the hardest I would say.

The Hunt Signet says it increases movement speed by 25% passive, but the tool tip on the actually active effect only says 10% (And feels like it as well). So what is it?

Seeing as my first character was Sylvari and Trahearne played a big part in my early plot, I actually found him to be my favorite character in GW2. I really like him, his original “un-obtainable Wyld hunt” turning into one that may just be within grasp and all that. (The Trahearne groupy in the Mallyk quest was awesome as well.) So I don’t hate him in the least.

It makes sense he was called on to help the pact as he spent more face time with Orrians then other Sylvari and knew the most about them- as well as surviving an encounter with Zaitan and being the eldest Sylvari currently alive.

Also, I want to make love to his voice. Seriously- As a female I find his voice sexy as hell.

Because I played a Sylvari character at the start, I saw all of Trahearnes back stuff before hand and learnt of his research to restore Orr before the whole “pact” thing. Maybe it’s jaded me, but Trahearne is one of my favorite characters in this game. =/

Me nor my 100+ person guild has seen this type yet. =/

I get the feeling we’re being ignored.

I haven’t heard anything recently about the lost shores rewards and those that were unable to get their chest due to DCing and was wondering if it was still being looked into, or just being ignored?

I am seeing that as a jewler I need iron ingots for a few recipes, but I can’t refine iron ore? am I stuck with either learning a whole new trade to just be able to refine this or buying them only, or is there a way to refine iron that I can’t see? I’m lv 200 in jewel crafting here.

Noll- sorrows forge

None of the guild adds on here seem to be on sorrows furnace, and I’m having a hard time finding one! I am a newer casual player, lv 17 Sylvari ranger, with lv 50 in Leather working and Jewel crafting. (working on it!)

Anyone have something that isn’t heavily PvP oriented? I may get into WvWvW eventually, and I like participating and helping out where I can. 18+ (or 21+) is a prefrence, but this is case by case.
I also enjoy in character chatting, but that’s optional. =P

I only jut started playing this game yesterday, and would like an In character RP styled guild that has some active players on my server. (Sorrow’s furnace)
Lv14 Sylvari Ranger, Fresh from the pod and naive as one can be.
I’m a noob here, so RPing a race without a childhood that may not have been told much in the dream seems to work for that “Inexperienced” aspect.

I seem to be concentrating more on crafting and exploring then anything else right now, but would be interested in WvWvW as well. Not really a standard PvP person.
