Agree with this. While ascended should be difficult to make, Dragonite ore needs to have more drops.

Before I would farm bosses and temples with guesting. But now all the temples are always done, so that’s out the picture, and all the bosses like he said are 30 minz apart (that drop significant Dragonite). I used to be able to get like 250 a day just temples and bosses now it’s down to like 50 cus I can’t stand waiting for bosses to spawn. So I end up doing a couple and then logging off or doing something else.

Guess this isnt the game for you. Try something else.

Congrats. I can almost solo lupi. But every time he goes into the 3rd phase I can’t keep him on the wall right and I get bubbled or something =(. Or I just suck in the other 2 phases

Haha yeah I couldn’t keep him on the wall either so I just drew him in the middle and still just focused on staying under his character model.

As for the above statements I feel the same as regards to with enough practice and preparation you should be able to solo. The problem lies when everyone can solo a boss by mashing 1 on the keyboard then there’s no challenge.

I actually don’t care about selling arah paths or anything. It’s just a personal challenge and a change of pace from group events. I feel it keeps your skills sharp.

Likewise I’m terrible at some honor of the waves paths. Because I almost never do that dungeon. Yet I’m sure there’s players who can solo it easy. Just depends on what you wish to invest time into learning and what makes the game fun.

Oh yeah haha sometimes I would vent on guild chat bout how frustrated I was at solo-ing arah but after practice it gets easy. It’s really just for my own personal challenge i like trying to practice to solo things haha.

It was quite difficult. After about 50-80 tries of practice I got it down. I was warrior full zerk using GS axe/sw with disc banner, doylak and stamina signet. Took 12 min. I know ppl do it faster but I’m proud at just being able to solo

About time they fix that.

And every Ele I know going full zerk dies at the slightest mistake. Guess how much dps they do then?

How to go about doing this? Do I need to wait like an hour before Teq spawns so the map fills up? Cus going in 15 min before doesn’t seem to work. Will waiting an hour prior help?

Because look. Feature patch came and went. Sure there was a kitten storm about how bad megaserver was, and all they had to do was wait and hey look! Everyone likes it now and no more complaining. Now we move on to Season 2 and everybody hyped.

Now I have 2 level 4 characters i haven’t touched in awhile and created them before the patch. But they don’t have trait abilities unlocked yet. When they do unlock, will they be available or do I have to unlock them the new way even though they were created before the patch?

1. The actual skill of dropping the banner (from your utility bar) is a blast finisher. Using a blast finisher in an elemental field creates an AoE effect. In the case of a fire field (which also includes Engie FT and bomb fire fields, Guardian consecrations, and ranger fire traps) it gives 3 stacks of might in an AoE

2. If you look above your utility bar during combat there will be a small gray square with the trait number on it for EA. If you take your EA off and get into combat, and see that the gray square pops up again, someone else is running EA. There’s also Spotter, a Ranger trait, and Strength in Numbers, a Guardian trait, which behave the same way.

4. Strength runes provide an additional 45% might duration on top of the +30% boon duration by putting 6 in the tactics line. This extends the duration of PS to over 10 seconds, easily long enough to be maintained.

5. Bow F1 (fire field) + Arcing arrow (blast finisher) (3 stacks), immediately drop 3 banners (three utility) (12 stacks), swap to warhorn and use Call to Arms (blast finisher) (15), then Signet of Rage (20). If in combat sigil of battle on the horn will get you to 23 stacks. If not in combat, switch out bow to GS and enter combat, sigil of strength on GS + Forceful Greatsword (trait) and high precision will easily get you to 25 stacks.

That’s all theoretical of course, there might be better ways to do it.

Just had a few questions about Warrior I never knew but would like to:

1) I keep hearing that warriors should drop banners in ele fire fields? What purpose does this serve? Does the buff increase?

2) How would you know if another warrior is running EA so you don’t have to?

3) How do the dynamics work to keep 25 stacks of might with PS Strength runes build? How do you keep the might up exactly?

4) How much might can warriors stack by themselves without strength runes going full scholar runes?

Is this true? I always thought warriors were higher in dps and Eles are higher than warriors. How are guardians higher?

Hi I just did a Cof p1 and the guardian in my party did the gate part at the end. I saw that gates health go down almost instantly and I must ask: What the hell did that guardian do to melt that health so quick??
I don’t main guardian or have one I’m a warrior so I’m curious

You can do /sit or an emote and when you see them disappear go remove and re-equip them to see them while doing an emote

That’s the thing I’m a warrior with scholar runes, and since my party doesn’t usually have an engi (they are uncommon) and have Eles who don’t stack, I might as well buy strength runes and keep my might up by myself

I was just wondering, which professions stack might the best? Everytime I’m in a party I rarely get past 10 stacks. I know Eles can but every ele that’s in my party never does. am I just getting bad party members?

I do it because I hate scrubs that wipe every second. So I kick them.

But AP shouldn’t be the sole reason you kick someone unless 500 or less then by all means kick

I know people who farm AP by salvaging only. Doesn’t make them good in WvW or PvE

This shows actually that you are the new player, inexperienced and he was probaly the one who actually knew what he was doing.

If a team member dies, its the partys fault for not communicating proper tactics and using proper utilities. Its the classic Cleric Staff Guard saying, dude why are you guys dying as he does 0 damage or 1500 range bearbow asking why people die when the rest of the team is stacking, and he is ranged. The rest of the team is melee, and he is far out. The rest of the team is properly pulling, and he is scattering the pulls forcing bad tactics and causing the team to die.

I feel like so many players measure AP as a skill base. While yes it can determine how long someone has played for, it doesn’t measure how skilled you are. And while yes there is nothing in game to measure skill at first sight, capping LFG groups at “LFG Zerk Only 7,000+ AP Ping Gear or kick!” Is annoying at the least.

I heard some rumors about this, and I hope it isn’t true. I feel like ascended should be the final tier in armor grind. Although I feel ascended armor should have more of a significant stat increase than Exotic. New Legendary weapons, fine. But armor should stay at the current tier level

So I guess if I go to Vegas and knowingly blow all my money on casinos, I would expect them to give me my money back of I don’t win. Sounds logical.

I was wondering if the amount of fractal relics you get from the boss chest was nerfed.

On the wiki it says that at the boss chest of each fractal is a certain amount higher than the standard chests at the other fractals. Yet when I open it I get the same amount as I usually get at the end of each fractal.

I’m on fractal 19 so I should be getting 30 relics from that chest right? Instead I only see 8 in there. And then the bonus chest at the end gives me 25 I think. So the boss chest is the one short changing me. Is this normal? Or is the wiki wrong?
