I will soon be approaching high level fractals and I keep hearing that instabilities are pretty difficult. What should I be expecting?

RNG gods will ask another 3000 gems before I get anything else good lol but for now I’ll gracefully accept this gift

I’m just starting to get into low level fractals (15 atm) to get ascended rings. I bought the red ring and was saving now for the crystalline band (I’m zerk obv)

Guess what dropped last night at daily fractal chest? crystalline band!

I rarely get good drops so this is a big deal for me. I finally feel like I got a small reward for my playtime

Ah ok and 1 other question is, can you get the 10 achievement point every day for every jumping puzzle?

Will I still get the achievement for them?

Is the min-maxing worth it in this case for the versatile infusions? Or is the dps increase too minor for the price?

The thing is, I could understand let’s say if offensive and defensive could only be bought with relics, would make more sense. But it’s another huge gold sink. I would love to do high level fractals but it’s too expensive to do so I could spend that gold more wisely.

I’m trying to get the dungeon master title yet I have no idea which paths I’ve done at which dungeons already.

I was trying to come up with some color schemes for the full set if this armor since I love the detail and wish to keep it. What are some color schemes you guys have come up with and post a pic if you can. The abyss and celestial combo looks good but it’s so overused

Yes Anet is busy and understandably so. Especially with the china release I hope they do an excellent launch and wish it well, and they are under some pressure.

But the FACT that not ONE staff member can take 2 minutes to type something like “We have read and considered the feedback about the feature patch, we will work something out after the china release” is ridiculous and almost insulting that they can’t spare 2 MINUTES to at least HINT at us that we exist and our feedback matters to them. We deserve some sort of answer.

And if they did people would still complain about them not doing enough, or just giving empty promises or answering the wrong issues and so on.

Either way people will complain until it’s fixed yes, but the fact that people would know Anet will do something about it may calm a lot of people down + stop the flow of players leaving to a trickle

I feel that while yes it does take a measure of intelligence and patience and risk, it’s a little overkill getting 55k gold and monopolizing certain areas of the market.

Hi I was hoping to find a small friendly guild but large enough to do guild bounties and such and are good at endgame that gw2 offers. I’m social which is why I like the idea of a smaller guild rather than 200+ players who never talk to each other.

I’m 23, work full time. So I usually play when I get home from work a bit. I main warrior lvl 80. Full ascended and 1 legendary so far except some ascended trinkets I’m trying to work on and also starting to get into fractals. Hope to see some good guild offers

Well I skinned the t3 over my ascended after patch, I thought it was still transmuting since the armor says transmuted on the bottom. Was wondering how to restore the original ascended skin. I just use more charges and apply the ascended skin again?

Yes but I transmuted post patch. Now there’s no way to reverse it?

And I feel like my warrior #3 skill is shorter now that I’m a female. Is it in my head?

How would I split the transmutations now with the wardrobe system so I get both armors back?

I’m tired of seeing ppl getting rich from playing the TP like this is Wall Street Wars 2.
In reality I’m just jealous I don’t know how to invest. But still it’s ridiculous.

There’s too much for Anet to do at the moment to worry about Eternity visuals. I would like a re-work done as well.

I would say use a transmutation charge and downgrade it to sunrise to avoid the ugliness of it.

I have twilight and don’t intend on making eternity. Useless waste of a legendary for bigger footfalls? I’ll pass

For PvE group content you will generally want a phantasm build, so 4-6 points in Inspiration.
Put the rest in Domination and Dueling for a reasonably easy to play, high damage phantasm build. Domination III and Dueling II are the key traits here.
Some people put 4 points in Illusions instead of dumping the rest in Dom/Dueling, but this is mostly for special encounters that require high reflect uptime.

Focus offhand is great for PvE because it can be traited for projectile reflect and dumb PvE mobs don’t move away from the massive stationary damage of the phantasm (iWarden). Kind of like how you faceroll PvE with a warrior with 100blades because the mobs just stand there and eat it.
Mantras are good for group support (Aoe Cleanse, AoE stability, can be traited to AoE heal on charge).
Swords, both main and offhand offer great power damage. For ranged power damage, the Greatsword is the go-to weapon (observe how the skills are weird mirror versions of the warrior’s GS, it’s quite fun)

Dueling X (Deceptive Evasion) is a great trait for many builds, but in a PvE group context it’s not important unless you’re playing shatter.

For exploring, map completion etc. honestly anything works. Condi PU is very easy/forgiving to play and can solo most things, but the damage is kind of slow in PvE.
I think power PU is more fun, but you need to keep on your toes against champion mobs.

As for gear, most people will tell you to go full zerker. Since you are moving from a beefy soldier class to a semi-squishy scholar class (decent health pool though), I would recommend you start by borrowing your warrior’s ascended zerker trinkets (assuming you have ascended) and fool around with some rare knight/cavalier/zerker armor until you find a good balance.

Sounds interesting. So zerk still stands for mesmers mostly too. Yeah I’ll most likely give him my ascended trinkets to test some stuff out but I’ll prob be starting off full zerk since it’ll help me avoid damage better for less room for error.

Will it be worth giving my Mesmer my twilight or Is GS terrible? I see mesmers all the time mashing 1 on bosses with gs

Just want to start off saying I main warrior and I’m looking for something new to interest me in gameplay and figure Mesmer would fill that void. Since I run zerk warrior I was looking for a good Mesmer build that can deal decent damage but also be able to help my team greatly and be valuable in parties. Strictly PvE perspective for now. Are there any meta builds for mesmers I should look at? What are mostly run for mesmers in pve right now? Not just traits but also armor and runes and sigils, and weapon set ups?

I thought I read somewhere that Anet said you can transmute an item, and then swap between the 2 skins freely. Did that feature get scrapped? Cus it still costs charges to switch the skin back
