Why even vent? I realize, if they spent all this time making the patch they won’t reverse it. While I agree it’s a horrific update, not much can be done sadly.

Main Warrior: 20/30/0/20/0 Pure Axe

In Strength you will take Dual Wielding, and Axe Mastery. The reasoning for these traits is fairly obvious and little explanation is needed as they are more or less simple DPS boosts.

In Arms, we will take Rending Strikes, Deep Strikes and Dual Agility. Rending Strikes will allow us to stack approximately 3 stacks of vulnerability against bosses and 6 stacks against trash mobs. This will increase overall team DPS, obviously. Deep Strikes will add 80 Precision to the build, which will increase it’s ability to crit significantly. At 25 in Arms we get Attack of Opportunity, which is 10% base damage modifier that is extremely Powerful. Lastly, in a Pure Axe build such as the Main Warrior is, Dual Agility is a 10% DPS boost and essential for making up the DPS potential we lose from only going 20 points into the Strength traitline.

20 in Tactics will allow for Empowered, which grants an additional 3%-8% base damage modifier. Additionally, we will have Empowered Allies, which provides 150 Power, which will go to close the gap lost personally by only having 20 in Strength, while also buffing the rest of the party by 5-10% DPS.

It’s rediculous saving up all those mats and time/effort for such a patch that alters the meta and other builds. Please Anet let us change them at least for all this crit nerf we got hit with.

Is the dual wield agility worth going into? Or are we staying 30/25/0/0/15?

Ah ok I’m looking forward to trying it out then! I see how it would be useful for Eles. I have one myself but my main is my warrior and while yes Warrior is an easy class I like to get in whatever champions face and keep constantly moving, swapping, dodging, etc. and yes I ordered the 2014 one

Hi I’m looking for a good fun guild to run with, a guild who actively participates in dungeons, fractals, etc. I don’t do voice chat much and work Mon-Fri. Usually on 4pm EST.
Level 80 warrior with full ascended/legendary I just pretty much enjoy all the game offers. I like to challenge myself as in speed running dungeons like Arah. But also wish to have a fun team to good around with while doing it. I don’t take things too seriously I like to have fun

Hi I was wondering what infusions should I get that will be optimal post patch? Should I fill my armor with precision or power infusions? Since crits getting nerfed?

Warrior will be boring now basically. Enjoy staying with axe and mace 100% of the time

I don know why everyone thinks female Norns are so cool. Just taller human females at least male Norns look more imposing

What do you think the pros and cons are for both races gameplay wise?

Im a human warrior and thinking of making a norn warrior. But i wanted to know if its a good idea. Norns being big and all having trouble with jumping puzzles and camera issues. Do they have trouble in dungeons or anything? I wanted some opinions

I don’t know a whole lot since I didn’t care about infusions till now. Those have power stats?

I thought ascended armor only has defensive infusions slots?
My thing was that why leave them empty when u can put something in them?

I’ll be making my full ascended armor finally and was wondering what are the best def infusions to put on it? I’m a zerk warrior so I know it’s not incredibly useful for dps since we should be dodging anyways but might as well fill them up if they are there right?

So thoughts? Maybe 6 vitality infusions would balance out the healing sig nerf?

My thing is, Warriors have the attention of Anet now thanks to all the complaining of scrubs in WvW who think they can go up to a warrior and go toe to toe. Thus Anet is going to keep rolling out the nerfs

My thought was, once your account acquires a specific armor, you can use the look of that armor account wide. So I can get Ascalonian dungeon armor and skin the arah armor I have over it. I love the arah set and just don’t want to run arah over and over again on my norn. Especially a huge kitten norn

It seems Anet has called target on Warriors now to begin the nerfing process. I’m sure more will come. But anyway even for now I think Mesmers are now more op then warriors. Just thinking about everyone can now switch traits OOC. Meaning they can have the perfect build for every situation and dungeon mid way. Warriors usually only roll 30/25/0/0/15 for everything. And that will get more and more nerfed as time goes on. I don’t know a whole lot about mesmers but can someone shed some light if I should be switching my main?

I was wondering with this new system, if I have let’s say Arah armor on my Human Warrior, and wanted it on my Norn Guardian, will that be possible to swap them between each other at will?

And also I’ve been reading about people being able to equip Legendary SKINS. But will you be able to swap the actual legendary?

Here’s what it actually comes down to: I have a human warrior geared up in full arah and twilight, and want to switch all that over to my norn. Not skins, the actual items. Possible?

As such then trinkets will be changed?
And trait lines?

I’m curious as to this new patch and I just wanted an explanation. Will berserker warrior still be viable after this nerfing? And will let’s say, my precision infusions on my ascended still be worth for max dps? Or should I swap them out for power infusions since crits are getting nerfed? Will the current 30/25/0/0/15 still be the best dps build?
