So they give us 2 auto attacks and use slot 1 and 2? Under water is a hot mess. And for the damage I knew those numbers were farce considering the damage numbers not making the mob melt instantly. I do not do under water too much but I rather have them fix these issues so I don’t panic every time I step into any water over my waist height (and I am a Asura)

I love the underwater combat of Rev (though I do wish I could at least use Glint.)
You realize that RA is the melee auto attack for Revenant spear, right? And that the skill hits quite fast after itself, so the damage stacks up and up. But you don’t actually deal 46k damage…
It’s like the (correct me if I’m wrong here) ele scepter lightning auto that just keeps zapping and zapping or the mes greatsword auto.
I am more sad on Trahearne’s death, he’s an under appreciated character. The man fought along me since Claw Island, he’s around me longer than any other NPC.

You have to actually complete the event yourself. It even says so in the description that you had to protect her from the Risen King and then after that talk to her.
Well, for one Glint, Ventari and Jalis have no underwater skills…
That aside, Shiro and Mallyx still have their unchanged terrestial skills. Shiro’s elite has no cooldown instead of the 5 second cooldown on land and, while I haven’t played enough with Mayllx on land, I know the underwater Mallyx still has a displacement field.

With the changes coming in HoT, there will only be one fractal shard per difficulty, so you can pick which ones you like to run and which ones not. For the most part, at least.
Oh nice. Do you have a link to that? I missed wherever that was posted. So you just do 1 fractal per run? And reroll till you get the one you want, or can you actually pick it?
CPC is pretty powerful atm and I kind of like the weakness on it. Though I pseronally would prefer a health cost instead…
Imo the biggest change CPC needs is visually.
I mean, I’d love pulls, but I don’t think it fits on Axe, and it’d cause Axe to lose potential power from its damage/other stuff. At 900 range pretty much the only person who would be outranging you is Mesmer and Ranger, and at that point a single pull doesn’t really accomplish much.
What about longbow warrior? Or is it impractical for them to stay at such a range?
Yup! Which is why we’re taking a different approach in raids. Play the beta if you can. You’ll see what I mean.
As the raids have been taken offline and won’t be active this weekend anymore. (I pray there will be an unannounced extra BWE for Druid, Scrapper and Raids), is there a chance you could enlighten us about the new way of storytelling (in raids at least) ?
There are rumours going around that ascended gear will have the “stat change” like legendaries. so having multiple gear sets might not be needed, maybe only if you need rune swapping.
Those rumors seem to stem from people forgetting that “stat selectable ascended gear” means you can only select it once, just like how you can select the stats on the Dwayna, Grenth, Lyssa, Mawdrey, and Spinal Blade ascended backpieces before you equip it.
I just feel with the new raid content becoming the new PvE endgame. It’s time to lift the elitist status off the fractal content. Make it more accessible and more fun to run.
Didn’t Colin say they wanted raids as end-game for 10-man groups and fractals for 5-man?

With the current information we’ve been provided about Raids all players will be considered in combat through the entire instance. Thus, we’re be locked out of re-slotting anything.
You don’t get a slot for pre-purchasing the standard edition. You get one for prepurchasing deluxe or ultimate and one for having an account registered prior to January 23rd.
