the point is they finish you, killing you, and you can’t do anything since they are dopwned too

Ok, this has been here since the START OF THE GAME, so it may aswell be put into the list of things never going to be fixed while HoT is within the decade,

They finish even when downed, which is completely f***** up
we can’t do that.

Don’t give them something if they are supposed to be our trainers, the only ones who can LIVE such a finish are thieves with 2 or 3, ele with 2, mes with 2 ( luck in movement distance)

GUILD WARS 2 TEAM! Please can you after 5 months of this FIX this bug, multiple people cannot access the ascended amulets of Nomad Stats in the game despite having all living story season 2 achievements and talkign to every laurel vendor, it’s completely ridiculous, so many patches bringing out new things that we don’t need like that living world season 2 unlock that was bugged, and yet nomad amulets are STILL BUGGED.
It’s very disheartening that i have recieved replies to tickets saying we are lookign into it, and NOTHING has even been mentioned, there have also been bugs i rea don the forum about GW2 Wraith mask or something not being fixed after a year.

I know this sounds rude~ish, but wouldn’t it be more sensible to make sure there are as little bugs a spossible before introducing things related to the expansion such a sthe stronghold beta thing?

Yes, new thign sin games do somwetimes have their fare share of bugs, but so many things have been unfixed for months. As I continue to browse the forumsand patch notes about problems, I hope you read this and please give us SOME information into these bugs.

Bump, Clearly no-one cares about my lack of Nomad Amulets D;

they used spectral grasp just before they jumped off, but spectral walk can be activated in air, one purpose of it is to almost nullify fall damage, which is quite fun i must say ^^

it could be you have finished sai dstory, but need ot be e.g. lvl 40? to continue

Yes I am aware….. I have been for 4 Months…..

It’s Been 4 months or more, and I still cannot purchase Nomad Amulets despite having all the Living Story Season 2 Achievements and all Nomad Accessories other than that, the Two rings and Two Accessories, One of my friends claims to be able to Purchase them, while another is the same as me, unable to, and ther eis no difference in the achievements from what we gather, all hav ethe nomad rings etc.

Does anybody know if this’ll be fixed anytime soon? or if i will never be able to have ascended amulets available?

I have for a LONG time complained to the GW2 Support about how many many people have not unlocked them despite completing everything imaginable, They replied that they are working on it at some point ( the general gist of the message not sure exactly but it wasn’t a flat answer). It’s So Stupid, It has been over 4 months now I think, and they STILL haven’t fixed it and instead they bring out a Camera Patch that made tons of bugs, and they fix THEM instead of the ones that have been bugged for MONTHS.

ARENANET AND/OR SUPPORT PLEASE REPLY.

Number 1 Issue Regarding this: It has claimed ot have been answered, however nowhere have I received such an Answer, only a Mail stating I had not replied to their answer ( no where to be found) within 48 hours, Plus there is no End to the mail like "From <support member> it doesn’t even say from anyone.

I would like to Post My View of Revenant, it isn’t that long but I’ll give it a go.
1st off, Ritualist is NOT Engineer,
Turrets are NOT spirits, they may act similar, but they are not, and ashes are no where NEAR kits., and engineers don’t have weapon spells.
2nd) I Believe Revenant is Ritulaist/Dervish ( this order) due to I have been able to make a GW1 rit have 80 armour, a melee weapon and 750 health, which cannot be removed, whereas on a dervish the enchantments can, The Blindfold was also the Trademark of the Ritualist ( being blindfolded), and they fought with their eyes closed.
On The Wiki it also States that the weapons Known ( predicited I assume) are Sword ( rytlock) and then Staff and Dagger.
Staff is something Ritualists can use, dervishes don’t typically though, and Daggers can be used in ceremonial reasons, hence the necromancer.
and Ritualist skills are based on Past Heroes, such as in EotN a ritualist Bundle ( not specific to only rit profs it’s a pick-up) is related to Saidra, someone who gave their life to save their allies in Prophecies. This means that since a Dervish uses GODS and Mysticism, it isn’t so much Heroes as it is a Religion-based thing, devoted to the gods.

As a Ritualist You could hold Ashes of someone, and then gain a buff based on you channeling them through their ashes, and dropping them releases their spirit causing an effect such as Generous was Tsungrai, Which gave a health increase, but dropping it heals you.

And This Channeling and Weapon spells is why I believe it is Ritualist/Dervish, alongside Engineers are not Ritualists.

My case was I logged on after 4:00pm 15th dec, stayed on until like 02:00 am 16th, then logged out, I logged back on after 4:00 pm 16th no daily yet my friend who had logge dout before 00:00 am got a day 1 (( all this is GMT), in PDT I am unsure the times but I assume 4 hours behind? 4 pm ther eis 8pm here? anyway). then at 00:00 ( entering the 17th) I got the day 1 chest where others got day 2 chest, and same for today day 3, wher ei got day 2. HOWEVER Itr seems the game does recognize me on at all during the 16th since that is not only no loot but also on the calendar that popped up, only 2 of the days were recognized one ( day 1 ) darkened, and one (day 2) lit. but I wa son 16th because I did the thing that took 3 days to get. 16 → 17→ 18 = 3 days ( technically, 16th being 1st, 17th beign 2nd, 18th beign 3rd)

Neither am I, although I now have definitive proof I was on during 16th,17th and 18th because I have the wintersday gift tree in my home instance, meaning that I needed to be on for 3 days in a row, since this is the 3rd day, I should have it however I only have my 2nd login reward! again I have PROOF via a screenshot and confirmation of the date

my way is still a bug because I did not receive my log in at all on ther 16th, I logged out after 4:00 pm 15th, and did not get my log in reward past the 4:00pm time on 16th or at all on the 16th, and it didn’t count me as having been on the 16th despite me having witnesses and screenshots proving my existence on the 16th< it was bugged for me, and I do hope that it will be fixed.

Edit: I should make a point that I did not log out until like 02:00 am or later on the 16th ( from the 15th), making it a very weird predicament for me since I was bother after 4:00 pm, but also on the day the patch came out, yet it didn’t count as me playing AT ALL on that day, my calendar literally only gave me recognition on the 17th at 00:00 am (all GMT), either way regarding times, I did not at all receive a daily log in reward on the 16th, ONLY on the 17th at 00:00 when daily reset.

EXACTLY!, why should we not get our 1st day chest for playing long durations past the time limit or for logging in befor eothers, I suggest that anet just make it so everyone receives their 3rd calendar reward on the 18th, SUGGEST meaning it does not have to be this way, but it may help because then everyone would be at the same point, and I hope this doesn’t happen again, should I just take a picture of each day I play gw2 incase of a discrepancy? xD

yes, I didn’t get mine after 4:00pm incase you missed what I typed.

Same for me, I usually play past 00:00am GMT, and that happened on 15th →16th, no login when I came on after 4:00 pm later on, I got my 1st chest on 17th at 00:00, and it said I only got the 1st day only. And I know I was on 16th since i got the 11/11 on 16th… and I have a screenshot of the minipet skritt thing I got on 16th. I am also a Day behind by this fact, and am sad because this would have been a nice change since i come on every day. but now I am as I say, a day behind, so people shall get things before the people including myself this was bugged for.

As you can see in my screenshot, I received the 17th day chest, at 00:00, and the calendar shows only day 1 unlocked, HOWEVER I am infact in Tixx’s Infinirarium with 3 friends meaning that I could not base don times get into the area from not loggin on at all, and only logging on at 00:00 to enter the instance and complete it withing 1 minute, it infact took us like an hour to do so.

ok I sent a reply, changed my asura from Omadd to Snans ( from what I searched there is nothing wrong with it, its random palindromic letters) and I sent 4 replies to CS because I kept forgetting something I APOLOGISE FOR MULTIPLE REPLIES, I am quite forgetful

The GW2 launcher is what I isolated the problem to.
Any idea how to fix it? after this patch the launcher just isn’t working, my account is fine as I checked with a friend, but my launcher just isn’t working, anyone have any idea how to fix the launcher as it constantly says “Connection Errors Detected”.

I shall first try uninstalling gw2 and re-installing (probably take a long time) but maybe it’ll work.

Ok, this is getting to be extremely frustration and just stupid, since the patch came in I have not been able to access the game and form hours and hours of searching forums, I am the ONLY ONE with this problem of “Connection Errors Detected” due t this patch, can someone PLEASE help me, I have already posted on this forum, but with 68 views and 0 replies, posted before the “0KBs stuck” post, which now has 92 replies and over 1500 views, what am I supposed to do, I can connect to the internet, I have tried EVERYTHING, the forums are recommending, such as deleting loacal.dat, adding a line to the hosts pad HOW DO I FIX THIS STUPID PROBLEM?

It is just so frustrating and I am doing my best not to type a swear because if I did, that’d be all that is seen as again, looking on forums I am the ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM. I downloaded the patch fine I think, because after I got kicked form the game due to the patch, the launcher flashed up for a bit looking like it was downloading files, then suddenly it closed re-opened and is now on connection error(s) detected… HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? it isn’t my end, and I was playing perfectly fine before the patch, thus the ONLY CAUSE of this is the patch itself. and because I can no longer connect gw2 to the internet, I can’t update it to fix it. Arenanet what the hell did you do to my launcher.

I cannot get into the game since the patch was downloaded, it downloaded and suddenly I cannot access the game whatsoever “Connection Errors Detected, retrying” has been on my launcher for ages and I have restarted my computer twice, please help me, still I can’t log into the game

oh and it takes one second to activate form when turret is placed to shield formation

The reflective shield doesn’t reflect a LOT of things that it should, I believe it to be bugged, such as every other reflect in the game stops the wurms in frostgorge boulders they spit, and yet this doesn’t, and I have tested all reflects, warrior shield, wall of reflection feedback etc etc, and they do, so why does this not. it’s EXTREMELY lack luster in this case and should be fixed. A.S.A.P

edit: just tried the magnetic inversion and the toss elixir u I think for wall of reflection, neither reflect, can you no-longer reflect the wurm things? my ele’s magnetixc aura can, yet engineers can’t.

I suggest that gw2 implement a Bard Profession, mechanics
F1-F4 are melodies like
F1-Damage Melody, your skills 1-2-3-4-5 do damage and cause vulnerability.
F2-Healing Melody, your skills 1-2-3-4-5 do small damage, but heal more.
F3-Support Melody, your skills 1-2-3-4-5 do small damage, and cast boons to allies.
F4-Putrid Melody, your skills 1-2-3-4-5 do damage and cause conditions like poison.

you can only equip a Lute and a Flute, these are both 2 handed weapons,
your main heal would be "Rehearsal- all of your Melodies Recharge, and you gain health, along with a buff base don which Melody you are playing.

your main utilities would be based around extending boons, conditions and more damage, with your elite, being "Electrospeaker – your skills have a larger radius (+500 radius) and do 50% more damage, you naturally regen health (10% base health every 3 seconds for duration).

something along those lines, but like you have to play specific “Melodies” to do more damage, like in “Super adventure box” how playing 133133 wkittentering serenade, playing that as a Bard would cause an internal recharge of 20 seconds, cause 10 seconds of vulnerability, do Damage based on your current level (800 per note at lvl 80) and if you play another melody after, you get healed and do extra damage, but putting both on a total of 30 second internal cooldown.

something random like this would make gw2 more fun in my opinion ^^ running around playing songs.

Feel free to add FEASIBLE things to this, like more skills, or more defined F1-F4 skills that are not like an elementalist’s attunements ^^

i hate this, I followed every guide I found every step, and my friend followed me exactly, he got the achievement and I didn’t I garuntee we got all the baubles otherwise he wouldn’t have gotten it, thus it’s a bug that arenanet failed to fix and I expect then to compensate with an apology and the achievement to me as I have run through this level twice, with proof I collected every bauble because of my friend, we NEVER left eachother’s sides, we waited for eachother and told eachother where baubles were, and it didn’t count for me. so Arenanet or game developers or whoever reads this, I deserve that achievement, two-fold, an apology for it not working in the first place, and to be please notified why it didn’t count for me specifically. I followed EVERY BAUBLE as I have mentioned in my E-mail, and I mentioned my friend never leaving eachothers sides, we followed every tep, etc. so what happened?

idn’t either and i’m furious, because I was SOOOOOOOOOO careful, and now I don’t get it, my friend didn’t get it either, so it can only be bugged,

i got to 80 on my elementalist with no deaths, now he’s dying every where:(

80 ~ Elementalist 176 hours 18 minutes over the last 2 months, and died 35 times.
80~ Warrior (my 1st) 1606 deaths, and played 824 hours 51 minutes over the past 2 months.

1,790 hours 6 minutes over all characters over 10 months :P
