Seems like with the increased damage, Zerker is just waiting to be paired with a dedicated support Druid in PvP.
This pet used to be so awesome. I am struggling to find a replacement right now.
You have your smokescale back. Don’t pretend to speak for everyone. A lot of people enjoyed more it with smoke assault as the F2.

BOOO, terrible change Anet. You killed a great pet by giving into forum warriors that DO NOT represent the vast majority of players in this game.
Bristleback burst would be fine if it worked. Literally none of the HoT pets are worth a kitten now.
IMO revert this change, its horrible.
Completely ruined a great pet, especially to the more casual of GW2’s player base. Most casuals probably don’t even know what a smoke field is.
I really liked smokescale as it was. It had great burst and amazing synergy with WHaO. Sadly forum warriors got their way.

Very annoying bug. Was wondering why my quickness stomps were being weird.
I am not sure if this intended or not, but it seems unhealthy for the game to me.
Had a SH game last night where a single scrapper was able to make their lord invisible (and thus untargetable) for 10 solid seconds. We lost the lord race by about 1 or 2 seconds so this lost us the game.
It seems like Sneak Gyro should not affect the lord.
I for one really like SH. I never liked just fighting over circles in conquest. SH needs tweaking but it’s a good concept. I love the moba inspired theme. If anything, they need to embrace the moba genetics a bit more.
My shout Druid applies 500-700 boons to allies per game. It heals too.
Imo they should give players a channeled ability to teleport back to base like league. Death timers should also increase as they games progresses. Finally, remove trebuchet. Stupid artillery getting in the way of fun.
I have really been enjoying Stronghold and was wondering if there is going to a ranked stronghold option. I would love to get a team together for this. Imo there should be separate queue and ranking for stronghold.
Ally health bars in PvP would be awesome. Been bothering me last couple of days playing Stronghold. I have to keep mousing over stuff to see its health which is really tedious.
I really like the current way it is. Please do not change it back. It is perfect now.

SoW removes you from CAF immediately. Nothing in tool tips suggests this interaction and it had me very confused for awhile. Also makes enlargement trait unusable.
No. Anet needs to keep their hands off for a bit and let the meta settle.
I haven’t felt the same about anything you mentioned. Guess it is just your opinion.

Imo Arenanet just needs to look to Riot for a good community involved balance process.
Public service announcement:
Do not use SoW with Druid as it is bugged and will immediately remove you from CAF. This is especially true with the Enlargement trait.
I kept randomly getting popped out of CAF ladt night until I realized it was Enlargement triggering SoW.
I really like stronghold as well. Mostly because I’m guaranteed not to get a map I hate.
Lol. This trait is the only viable druid gm pvp trait. Its not overpowered and all you whiners should learn to relax a bit.
Btw: you can auto attack the vines to break the immobilized in 1-2 seconds.

Druids are fine in pvp. I’ve been doing well with mine.
Rather than whine about nerfs we should try and get bugs fixed. for example SoW doesnt work with druid for some reason.
Heavy imobilize/daze druid with burst healing in CAF still works great.
No one’s stopping you from playing Mesmer.
I didn’t see anyone else report this one, but it makes SoW unusable with Druid.
Signet of the Wild removes you from Celestial Avatar immediately. There is nothing in either ability’s tool tip that suggests this interaction.
This interaction also makes the trait “enlargement” the Marksman tree unusable.
It took me awhile to realize what was going on. I couldn’t understand why CAF kept failing and only after testing on target dummies did I realize this interaction was taking place.
None of the other signets disable CAF.
Give em a break. They are at least trying to balance. IMO they could learn a thing or two from Riot about balancing through gradual buffs/nerfs.

Imo open world random mobs are a little much at times. Event scaling is fine (though not always for smaller groups) and could maybe even be made more difficult for large groups.
Doesn’t seem overpowered to me.
Auric basin events still bugged. The one where you have to destroy vines blocking your path, the vine destroying things stop working after the first barrier. Stopped the event cold.
I should also note, that this computer literally only has Windows 7 + Guildwars on it. It has no other extraneous programs. I had no trouble downloading and running Gw2 before the HoT release.

Thank you. I really like this change. Such a core part of the expansion should not be balanced around the part of the population that can play all day. Some of us working folks want to be able to access our elites too.

6/10 pre patch —> 9/10 post patch.
People need to chill out. The change gives average players a chance to play through the new maps as your elite spec. I work long days as an attorney and this change has made it much more accessible for me to actually use my elite spec in my limited playtime.
What they should have done in the first place was require 250 or 300 pts to unlock the spec and then allocate the last 100+ points to unlocking a special skin or something.
The Druid feels MUCH better after this change. Sooo much smoother. I can actually use CAF in normal PvE now.
Update.
Still no real improvement. Managed to download about 400 mb today before first crash. After that just crashed constantly. My fiancé is getting seriously bummed about not being able to play.
After paying close attention to this issue during my play yesterday, I can honestly say I think Druid will be in a pretty good place with this change.
Degeneration is just a frustrating mechanic and makes the Druid rather clunky to play, especially running around in PvE where you are constantly dropping in and out of combat. In PvP too it makes you incredibly weak at the start of a fight.
Really hope to see this change, Druid will be a lot more fun with it.
The gating in PvE is real. CAF only usable when there is zero downtime between engagements. Large events this is ok but open world doesn’t work at all.
Still unable to download GW2 on my fiance’s computer. As of today, I am no longer getting error messages. Rather, the launcher just stops responding after about 10-20 seconds of downloading.
I am getting pretty frustrated with this. We were hoping to play HoT together.
I had one idea. Would I be able to copy the folder containing the game files, fully updated, from my computer to an external drive and then onto my fiance’s computer?
If they leave astral form ( 15 sec and dissipates ooc) like this I dont see myself sticking with it.
Astral Force generation is clearly bugged, because CAF is unusable currently.
Agreed. Mostly the force somehow leaving me as soon as I get out of combat. Not sure how that works. Come back force!
I’d get it. New zones look pretty cool, if a little confusing.
