It should be easy to implement.
We already have the chapters in our Hero Tab.
Just make a button that lets us retrigger the instance at its proper place.
Choices we make then have no impact and no rewards are given.
But it would be also nice for the understanding of the story to relive crucial parts.

I completely agree.
Some of the story elements are extremely fun!
It would be wonderful to replay them just to see them again.
Example: The pirate mission with Tybalt.
The voice acting is wonderful, the dialogues were very funny. I’d play that mission at least once a week if you gave me the chance. Even without any loot or Exp, just for fun. The cutscenes are reward enough for me.
So much effort has been put into these stories and I appreciate them very much. Please please pleeaase give me a chance to enjoy that content again.
With normal quests, you can usually do whatever the quest asks of you even after you finished. So why not for the story quests?
