Whenever a in-game cinematic is playing (in dungeons for example) my game gets randomly stuck. I see my char standing and other players moving but the cinematic is not starting. Cant move, interface is not visible and sometimes it lasts for 20s before cinematic even starts.

Communal defenses has no limit for granting aegis to allies. You can be surrounded by 20 ppl and all of them would get aegis while strength in numbers only applies to your teammates.
Symbolic Avenger: Increases damage done to enemies standing in your symbols by 10% and has a 33% chance to cause cripple for 2 seconds to targets taking damage from your symbols.
How about 10% and symbol generating abilities recharge 33% faster?
+20% seems right to me. It’s a situational GM trait.
How about something more simple and class-appropriate?

6th bonus has kitten cooldown so no, it doesnt work well with FMW.
It doesn’t fit a consecration that well because it doesn’t do what consecrations do. That is, it doesn’t provide some kind of AoE supportive effect around the guardian

Pretty clear it is meant for pve, dogged march would be nice if warrior’s sprint didnt break immobil and if Anet didnt already stated that movement type conditions and swiftness will no longer shorten your movement skills . I’d rather take this additional power (you want regen you can take it from Inspiring battle standards trait in discipline).
For pvp i guess LB/x will be meta no matter what, (dat fire field). As for a condi cleanse (bane of warriors as you called it) you have cleansing ire and weapon swap. Throw in berserker stance and you have the answer to that one.
Anyway, it is meant to run at dungeons with gs + axe/x (burst mastery, berserker’s power). The new traits are just completely obvious.
So… back in core specializations livestream it was noted that healing signet will get nerfer Hps but increased active healing. Also many healing and elite skills will get additional category (at the guardian -healing breeze -> shout, shelter -> probably consecration) we might have a better option to use heal (lets say mending will be physical and healing surge-> physical).
With that being said, there is also a big change to GM traits- berserker’s power and forceful greatswod.
BP will now give you damage buff for certain amount of time depening on how much adrenaline you will SPEND. Yup, finally viable cleansing ire builds coming.
FGs is merged with slashing power and is now in strength line.

Arms line supports mainly 1h sword (not best zerk weapon) and condition damage so it is not good choice now (maybe if condi will be new meta, and i doubt it will be).
Tactics is too supportive and rezzing based (only good trait is phalanx) so its also out of the way.
What do you think ? We will finally get some solid condi removal (healing, weapon swap, burst) while pumping a s**tload of damage.

It’s been 2 years after release so you really thought there will be no updates after installation ? Never had any kind of online game before ? Many maps were added, many were changed, storyline was expanded and with it, characters, skins, skills, gearsets, even the game settings like recent new camera options.
You knew what you were buying i guess.
Ok, i get the fact that they screwed everything again, but that does not explain rollback. Edge was fine, everything worked as it should. I got punished for no reason because they are trying to fix something that is not an exploit and is happening on different area. (yes, i feel punished and robbed)
While running EoTM i suddenly got a connection issue and was sent to characted selection screen. When i returned to the game (0,5-1 minute) all my progress from last 20 minutes was lost. 3 champion bags, exotic light chest with rabid stats and rank up disappeared. Like they were never there.
And its not like the servers didnt catch them. We capped red keep, i got rank up and exo, we took wurm and then dc. So the game had quite a big amount of time to save my character’s progress. What the hell ?
Actually all there is to do is implement more non-critable mobs and boost scaling for healing power. They already are removing the 25cap of condiitons as was tested in demo.

Actually i have a few more ideas but this one i think would make a biggest difference. I would also increase fury duration on two only traits that grant this powerful boon (dont remember names, one that gives fury if u have burning condition and other that grants fury when casting meditation skill). Both are laughable (3-4s duration) and need to be changed.
Other idiotic trait is Glacial Heart. Chill on crit when using hammer sounds awesome. But on (!)15s(!) cooldown… WHAIT WHAT?! WHY?!
But enough of criticism. Lets think about something new…

This is exactly what im talking about. Imagine all complains if all blue parts of zodiac were covered in juggernaut effect. It just ruins all experience.
Fortunately, zodiac works great with juggy. Unfortunately Balth. outfit does NOT.
The only thing i was curious about was “how does it look like with juggernaut aura” and it looks… still awesome, but not as awesome as expected.
All glowing parts stop glowing, even though these parts are orange the juggernaut uses color of your 1st slot dye. It just look cold and empty. Even worse on charr… the head under the helmet look like a silver muppet
Probably because most of the voice cast left after the release. They couldnt make additional recordings.
So… in the cinematic at the end of living story (Spoiler alert) we saw that all sylvari who were on the pact ships turned against everybody else. Their eyes started glowing red and they were possesed by Mordremoth’s will. Some say it was because they were not protected by the pale tree’s influence since she was wounded and weak.
Now connect those facts:
1.All sylvari on pact ships are corrupted.
2.After that there is no return- you cannot go back to normal, you are a mordrem now forever.
3.Traeherne was also on one of these ships

Ok, somehow i managed to fix that by… deleting google chrome. No issues on firefox. No idea if that was the real issue, but everything works fine now
Im playing on laptop, Dell XPS and never had this kind of issue. After last update my keyboard started to freeze, mostly after alt+tabbing. (that issue with wp was just my bad habit of switching to chrome while loading screen is running).
I’ve searched on google and found only some issues with logitech keyboards.
Baically sometimes after using any waypoint my keyboard just stops responding. Keys are working, caps, numlock are activating, i can type on chat etc. but ingame, im stuck. I cant open inventory, cant move, attack, interract, cant even open a map.
Any ideas ?

It is phantasm build im using for solo play and wvw zerging/roaming. It is simple and effective (even full regen warriors may crumble thanks to poison from staff #5)
When i looked at some racial elites i found a nice looking werewolf transformation with some bleeds, regeneration and FEAR. AoE fear with only 10 sec cd… maybe not the best racial to be used but funny like hell
If you’re asking about prices its not about tp. You can blame anet for increasing gem prices or for tax fee when selling item but not for this.
As you can see there are only 6 dusks available so the price is insane. All precursors are like that in this moment because thanks to wardrobe system you can craft 1 legendary and use it on all characters – Noone sells precursors anymore. Only those in need of gold or those who already have finished legendary and found a pre of the same weapon.
Same goes to crafting materials. There are no good spots to farm them (frostgorge train is a mere shadow of its former self) and if something is rare enough it will cost much gold.
If you would find dawn or the legend would you sell it or would you craft a legendary for yourself ?
This may not be the best LS release so far, but for a start of a new season- its great. Remember when S1 started and we were wandering the land fixing signs and escorting refugee… comparing to that, S2 is going to be epic.
Also after many months of zerg wars content it is nice to see a map like that designed for smaller groups of players. Only thing i miss is some kind of repeatable dungeon path. Like in tower of nightmares part.

In dry top, on the wall left to the entrance to the dark mine i noticed some lost chickens. The place looked impossible to get onto but thanks to the aspects time stacking i was able to jump there.
Dont know is it some hidden jumping puzzle, some easter egg or just lazyness from developers but… well…
When i tried to take one of the coins in Dry top i was interrupted by devourer. The coin is lost and i didnt get any achi. Now im 29/30, i double checked all locations following dulfy guide and didnt find any i havent found already.
Am i going to have that achi unfinished forever or what?
Yeah, if you try the “cool” names, big chances that they are all taken, you won’t be able to make a “Legolas”, “Dark Knight”, “Wild Hunter” and so on.
Thankfully i had no such problem when i called my mesmer Darth Trollface

They already stated that they will not increase the amount of hearts ingame. The new maps are going to be southsun/orr-like only with events (chained and solo) and of course, vistas, waypoints etc.
As for the cutscenes- in one of the last interviews devs were saying about how scarlett fight seem nonrewarding. In all those “epic” big boss battles there was no place to put a single character so this is why they are creating Story Journal in S2. So it can be replayed solo or with a party. With that said i believe future content will be focused less about zerg fights and more about your own adventure.
At least now before we get to fight some really big, nasty ****… like elder dragon or legion of undead scarlet clones.
Those who made a sylvari character choosing “where life goes, so too, should you” remember Malyck- sylvari born from different pale tree than the one in the grove.
After finishing story with him and nightmare court it is said that he will travel west into magus falls where it is suspected-another tree and grove is growing.
Now that we know the new season is going to start in maguuma (possibly it will open only desert at first but possible it will end up in magus falls) and that somewhere in the forest of maguuma Mordremoth is raising (a “forest dragon” as he is often called) is it possible that this character will make another appearance? He went to search for his people and promised to come back with an army to fight the elder dragons. What if what he found was the elder dragon instead? There were many suggestions that sylvari are mordremoth’s minions but because of the ventari’s tablet and the fact that dragon was still in his sleep their minds stayed uncorrupted.
Now nightmare court said Malyck was “the harbinger”. To them, ventari’s tablet is a lie that corrupted pale tree’s true purpose. What if there is a tree somewhere in maguuma with a new brand of sylvari, corrupted with dragon’s awekening and that they were responsible for the attack on zephyrites seen in the teaser?
All the puzzles are coming together… Or i just need to stop drinking stuff like red bull…
I don’t personally follow the belief Sylvari MUST have plant armor. They look fine in a number of outfits besides the plant armor.
Agreed. IMO these plant armor are like a reward when you reach 80 level and you can show that “your plant has grown”
You start as a sapling, and when you’re fully grown you start to grow addditional leafs, flowers and stuff on your body. However, even without that there are still many combinations of armor that look so nice you almost dont want to change into plant-like look. Example? I transmuted some gear to make my elementalist look less like peasant. Now i fear i will keep that look instead of cultural i planned.
Cleansing water removes condition from you when you apply regeneration on yourself or an ally. How does it work with Glyph of elemental harmony? In water attunement it also apply regen. My question is: does it remove condition after or before the main heal is applied ?
If im poisoned then will i get only part of the actual healing from glyph and then full regeneration effect or full heal?
Also, in pve is it better to use glyph or ether reneval? ER is kinda troublesome since you cant attack while casting it.
and how does that math affect arcane power and sigil of intelligence ?
Ele is one of the hardest classes in the game thanks to lowest hp pool and lowest armor. If we’d like to chase warriors in terms of dps we would end up being dead constantly so we have to always sacrifice something. Im working on my condition build currently but had to ask this one.
Is there a chance to make ele focused on power and crit damage without any critical chance? Basicaly it would be abuse of arcane skills (arcane blast/wave + arcane power) and sigil of intelligence (9s cd – next 3 attacks have 100% crit chance).

Thanks for opinions, i did some changes to the build and hopefully getting close to making this build useful.
First i decided to change wep set for D/D simply because i always like more AoE attacks. Also it provides some nice utility like frost and shock aura, earthquake and of course cleansing wave.
After that i changed traits and gear a bit. Added some healing power to the build and went 4 into water magic for all-favourite heal. I really liked obsidian flesh on previous configuration (becoming invulnerable while finishing oponents was delightful) so i changed signet of water with mist form and added reduced cantrips cd (it can be changed with armor of earth- i see no problem).
Finally i decided to roll sigil of battle and sigil of doom for might and poison (since we swap attunements on this one more often) and if playing pve in open world, it is good to keep 1 dagger with sigil of corruption instead of one with doom.
I also replaced runeset of the undead with scavenging- we’ve lost around 100 toughness but gained nice life steal on it. If any1 doesnt like it, change it to whatever suits you.
As for the elite- It is really a matter of taste. I choosed sylvari’s turrets to boost bleeding damage but human’s Reaper of Grenth is also very nice (since we’re into close combat). From non-racial skills i think only elemental is worth the slot. Or maybe FGS if only its useful with no-power/crit focused spec.

The idea was to combine 2 most powerful condition damagers (bleed+fire) with survivability.
For pvp encounters best way is to use scepter+focus (magnetic wave and obsidian are great for finishing oponents on the ground) while on pve it is a matter of choice between S/D, D/F, D/D (S/F lacks AoE unfortunately).
It is a really simple build, for those who dont like swapping attunements (from time to time you can swap to fire and put some blast finishers to stack might).
Ay, grenth hood for the effect of the mask under the hood. armor-like boots can be taken from magitech armor (also gemstore). Pants from human T2 or studded (beginner loot level 2-15 i guess). Hands from human T3 for blades. For chest i would go for CoF armor cause it fits grenth hood nicely. Look like the hood is covering your shoulders aswell (and that fire effect while not on concept art is really Jack-like if any1 played Fable1)

Well, how much time it will take to get precursor depends on amount of time you spend playing. When i was making my juggernaut i was doing 4/5 dungeons per day (cof p1+2, ac p1+3, se p1+3, coe all paths and fractal). I was making around 30/40g per day by selling all collectibles, buying rares/exotics for dungeon tokens and salvaging them for globs of ecto (which i also kept selling). Depending on parties whole run was taking 4/5h.
Judging from your “300g in few weeks” (which can be obtained in about 1 week) its go harcore or be patient. Or be lucky… after finishing my juggy and doing some dungeon running with guildmates i looted dusk as a first pre in my career.
If they ever make a new type of weapon, it will be along with new playable race/class (and of course in some kind of DLC/expansion). For simple LS/patch content it is a bit too much. We’re talking about new skills, new animations, and new balancing. If you look at all new skills that appeared lately (mostly healing skills) they all use animations that were already used + some new effects.
Maybe its lazines, maybe lack of funds or time but… adding new weapon type just like that-not gonna happen.
