Im guessing this is to stop groups of people at say a boss fight, getting downed, leaving the fractal ( zone to LA ) then rejoining there group ( or exiting the game ) and logging back in to rejoin and be instant alive again, as the update that went into place to stop that rush in kill style of play,
It can be annoying though when a player is downed seeing as it seems to be setup that when a boss downs someone they go and stand on them until they are DEAD making the battle even harder but hey.
Take this time to finally fix the hints complete one, and the pumpkin carver,
Master of Overkill i got last night, and it never awarded any points at all, it says 0 points at max level, ( its maybe supposed to be like that i dunno )
I can verify this, it does seem to have rolled back the achievements mentioned, i noticed the pumpkin carver one the other day but figured it was a text bug, the update last night/ this morning seems to have rolled back near all max titles by 1, it also seems to have removed the points awarded with these titles also.
While your in there fixing it, can you finally fix the hints completeled bug also, ive got 100% done but it says im 81/83.
