You got Skill Points for leveling after 80, those were converted to spirit shards during a certain patch. Spirit Shards themselves were never given for leveling.

Nevermore turns the projectiles that goes through Druid’s staff 5 into ravens too.

Revenant and Thief dont exactly have any projectiles so not much to change with them unless they wanna turn the trail from Thief’s dust trail skill thing into a raven/rainbow

People with white names who arent logged on you have added to your friends list. Its inconsistent on whether or not it shows character name or not when you hover over em.

I do everything you said is dead or boring, aside from WvW. My guild also does alot of things together in game, even if it isnt actually playing it like playing werewolf in the guild arena.

The game is not supposed to be about numbers. It is supposed to be about playing together, playing the way you want. You know… friendship, unicorns, rainbows and all of the good stuff.

well atleast a personal dps meter would be fine ? i mean to see atleat how we done and check the dps changes by changing stats

A personal DPS meter would be a fantastic addition, at least for me.

The entire set is supposed to be account-bound on acquire, known bug.

Im pretty sure its the Runes that become account bound after you extract them.

Sun Spirit should be brought along for more burning, Frost Spirit for a general DPS increase for party.

I can usually almost fully break a bar using D/W Water 4 and Air 4.

Mesmer’s niche in the game is their CC, cant really compare theirs to other classes.

Guild Hall Arena upgrades use like 200-500 for alot of them

I have bought the game just yesterday and didnt had a f2p account before.
I only installed from the 2 discs of a friend of mine which are the dvd’s without the expansion, and used the code that came with my expansion disc only.

So does this mean, all restrictions are gone after 5 days, or should it be that i am f2p for the normal game, and that i have no restrictions for the expansion?

Or should it be all 2 combined together?

New accounts are also under the restrictions for the first 5 days, so after that time period everything should be free for you to do.

PvE is pretty much the same, if you can stomach the visual nerfs you should be fine.

If you’re a PvPer though, no, don’t come back yet, gw2’s pvp is going through a dark phase.

I was a pretty balanced player near the end. I probably did 1/3 pve (guild stuff mostly), 1/3 pvp, and 1/3 wvw.

A good amount of skills got their visual effects reduced, the most notable are auras which are very translucent eggs now with different colors and some type of stuff at the bottom to differentiate em

As much as I absolutely love charr….Their animations for melee skills are so odd.

I like my invisible auras though, people dont every notice shocking or magnetic and die cause of it.

The MOST important Item I have is the Home-Portal Stone.. I use it 50+ times a day.. It’s excellent for so many things, like gotta run to the restroom but you’re in some crazy map away from a waypoint? Might get killed while away? Port over to your home, then jump back to your spot when you get back to the computer. (800 Gems)

Other than that I’d say the Copper-fed Salvage-o-Matic and Mystic Salvage kits for rares/exotics.. Black Lion kits for gear you want to keep your rune/sigils from.. Endless Tonics, Flying Carpet, Seaweed Salad & various Utility foods.

Mostly the Home-Portal Stone is the best Item I own. After that would be Watch-work Mining Pick and Salvage-o-matic.

For a free alternative to the portal stone, you can just enter the PvP lobby.

From what ive seen in videos and other stuff, Warriors are top tier because of their might stacking ability + their banners + their relatively high damage.

Its been like this for me for the last several days, would just lag out for 2-3 minutes at a time usually ending in me being d/c’d from the server.

I only started happening a small bit ago to.

I’d assume it changes 1, 3 and 4’s projectiles to sharks like all the others. Wiki says it shows the shark heads on crit for 2.

Play for Free would be a better term, since its more like an extended free trial instead of being truly free, like something like Runescape
