Looks like it will be a new week for us Gandara. Let’s hope this week will have less interfering in the GvsG were some guilds decides to flag on and bring the entire zerg from the map, cough, cough IC, cough got wiped, cough. And a lot less of the /laugh after you kill someone in a 2vs8, especially when you are couple hundred hp from getting killed, cough, cough, looking at XxX mesmer, cough.
Looking away from a lot of this stuff, it’s been a good week, may the next one be a lot better!

The emote “harassing” in this match up is really bad atm. I can take the occasional /wave and stuff if I run from a group, but the corpsejump and laughs are just pathetic

Hills are the only well designed keep in this game. It is supposed to be hell to siege a keep. That was the main idea about designing a keep. Not that you could buttkitten the place from 8 different directions.

The thing I cant understand with KISS is that, are you a guild or alliance? Sometimes we can meet a KISS group that is good, coordinated and hard hitting. Sometimes we can meet a KISS blob that think the #1 skill on their character is god-mode in their glass specc that melt upon impact. So inconsistent.

Also AG. Please keep up the corpse jumping/dancing and emoting. So entertaining <3

You really dont get what I am trying to say Wamgor so I will just start mention on the forums everytime I see TUP adding to a fight aswell. Cause this is the definition of blobbing from your point of view. I saw a TUP in a WXP train yesterday btw. Didnt know TUP only played for the wxp :/

I only encountered TUP on your eternal pursuit for Woodhaven tonight, and for those fights I know we did all we could to come alone atleast. Usual things on our TS was
“bah pugs ruining a great fight”
“Nice fight until pugs came from spawn” etc etc

All I know is that we want fights on a even field! Getting them as defender where only threat on the map is TUP is hard. Being the only group as invaders being a threat is even harder. See you later TUP and deep down you know we want to face you alone. So no need to bait!

As for the no commander thing. Running no commander as a invader is a huge difference from running no commander on home map where no other commander is present. One msg from Lloantix or Kali in our chat led Gandara pugs on a epic quest to find us to tag along :p

Hey Wamgor. Try being on home map without any commander present, as the only guild group running event in there. We had no tag, but recognizable commander names in our ranks in addition to the DIUS tag. Everytime Dius approached TUP we did so after waypointing to get rid of pugs. Everytime Dius and TUP clashed we got orange swords. Those were the only orange swords that popped on our map the entire evening almost. Where do you thing WXP kittens would go?

We even asked for GvG to get fair numbers and you said you wanted roaming action instead, on a map where only two guildgroups was running it seemed.

When we felt we outnumbered you greatly we even pushed out of combat so you got more even numbers.

I was only online until 2200GMT so if things happened after it I cant comment, but still.

I don’t get this, shouldn’t the pvp in wvw be more balanced towards small groups? It’s impossible to balance well for small groups and the zerg in wvw unfortunately. I’m worried they might ruin skillful play for the benefit of those that like to mass up, which is fine but I’ve seen games balance small encouters very well but large numbers change the dynamics of combat in ways that can’t be helped.

Well yeah. I do not like to mass up and from that perspective there is no way to do adjustments on classes anyway, but adjusting classes in a 1vs1 scenario is also wrong for WvW. Lets say warrior. Not much in small scale, but in a group a warrior shine.

Anet needs to remove the AoE cap or atleast increase it to 10. They need to close the gap of damage going out from a button mashing zerg to a organized smaller group! WvW should not be a numbers game, but a game of units working closely together. Sure there will be pugs and randoms that mass up, but organized groups should be able to outsmart then, not be kittenblocked by a AoE limit

Or to the more organized groups of 15 – 20 people? Those groups do not find confusion to be a problem because we simply cleanse it or pull back.

Why do even people try to find reasons to why they lost and blame these reasons? And why do people describe a SERVERS playstyle based on personal opinions or some kitten you read on your guilds forum. Just kittening stop it. You are making a fool out of yourselves.

If your server lost its because you kittening LOST! Not because you play a class that excel at 1vs1! Not because you saw a Gandara and BB zerg run past eachother once! And certainly not because you didn´t have the “numbers”.

I am on Gandara and we lost this week cause we got outmatched by BB in our low coverage hours and, well lets call it co ordination, during prime time.

So tin foil hats of, excuses put to rest and heads out of kittening kitten AG you lost! Gandara we lost! I hope AG gets some more guild action going with their recent transfers for god knows it is needed. For BB congrats on your promotion. For Riverside. Nice to see you again. Amazing kiting at EB tonight as Kinky says They just kept growing bigger and bigger and just followed us. We lost about 5 guys. The zerg actually stopped one time. And that was to get wxp from a sentry. Then they all tumbeled nicely into cannon range at our keep so Dius could finish them off. Quick 70 kills right there

Cheating kittens will always be around no matter what server you play on. When we get notice from other players, see cheaters ourselves or noticing something fishy going on that benefits us score wise I can only talk as a individual of Gandara and for Dius that we do our best to not contribute to defending a tower, take it or kill enemy players around it if its taken by cheating! We despise them.

This forum needs more screenshots of everybody blobbing and ingame we need more sad /emote heroes. Match up also needs more elementalists that have read the “SO OP” threads and cant hurt a kitten (same individuals that use emotes btw). Also 100 blade glass cannons. Oh and also wannabe instagib thieves. We need more of those. To the Baruch Bay thief in EB. Y u stand in my AOE try to kill me? Well was fun. Almost had to use my heal. If we then can get some more posts here about how this server blobs and not the other one we should be good to go. Or wait. We need some more posts about guilds that run large numbers to complain about even larger numbers. Oh and some posts about how your bags are full and you started to print out tokens since your bank is full.

Rumours spread that the Shadows havent left the Skritt infested area in BB borderlands for 2 weeks now

Ok everyone. School is over in BB borderlands. Hope you all learned something from your mistakes tonight. I will mention them so take notes

- Stacking up on gate portal when a fully buffed guild group charges from the inside is not something you want to do. It will hurt you and today it wiped you.

- When a smaller group of players kite a larger group of players it is to stretch your sorry kitten out so we stand a chance. Do not be the hero that haz all the range closers and try to kill them alone. This is not a tunnel vision simulator and we can see what happens behind us.

- When you try to sandwich a smaller group of players, do not charge in with your own small group if you do not know when large group is about to charge. We wiped the small group before big group scattered.

- Do not stand close to edges. This goes out to about 15 or 20 of you.

- When you charge alongside a wall there is the rule of 3 S’es STABILITY, STEALTH and SMARTNESS. If you are lacking 2 out of 3 do not charge. Someone was thought a good lesson in that today.

In my final statements I will congratulate We Vanquish Worlds for passing their exams in being a very well played and a very fun guild to fight against. Your server should learn from you.

Oh if gandara is in AGs tier next week, could you let us know if you plan on having a presence at reset? :P Cause its a letdown, we get hyped up for insane action, but your server doesn’t do resets en mass like Riverside and BB, even FSP for example.

Believe me. I was the female guardian that tried to stay in the middle of you guys as much as possible. Must have downed like 10 people, but you are very knit together and ress good. But when 5 of us charged at you, 5 others flee away. And the fact that we totally lacked boon stripping hurt us bad against a guild group. I could run at you from flank with 6 boons, then wtf do you know, 1 left

We were the lesser numbers though (not at the beginning, but you kept gaining people), or you kept res rushing like champs, anyway was an interesting fight untill that point.

There is no challenge in being 12 – 14 randoms versus 12 – 14 TUP! We had one mission and that was to deny you taking that camp. If that ment res rushing and kite you guys around in the circle then yes, that was what we would do. But after 10 minutes (3 defend events went out) The blob was close and they came by We didnt call them in via waypoint, but they had just defended sunny and came up. If it would have been 12 – 14 Dius there we would ofc not do such a thing cause I enjoy fighting you guys to much

Defending a supply camp is boring as hell and not fun versus a group like TUP when they have even or a few more, so we just wanted to get you away. Held it for long though

Logged on after having been skiing for the reset weekend and all I find is this YOLO guild cluttering up every queue. No chance to get a guild group in anywhere. From what I heard they have good presence at all hours?

Gandara is really t7 server but we have sharks in water and quaggans are good so we focus them but we also have many pugs and we cant afford upgrades in our towers but also we can only use arrow carts to take down doors since rams are bugged on gandara and we also just wanted to lose about 35k rating this round so yeah thats why!

I will. Just give me material. Anyway. Welcome Baruch. Have been wanting to fight you since you just used Gandara as a stepping stone during our last clash And AG. Nice to see you again and again.

I actually enjoyed it today. It took them like 2 or even sometimes 3 wipes until they lit up the bat-signal to get them all to one spot.

I do not really care for who started the blob and who did not. And there is already a small zerg nerf in the game cause it seems like the general IQ level of a player decreases when running in a group above 30 people. The urge for tagging becomes greater than the actual use of skills in a fight resulting in open air sword swings and ranged not noticing people hitting them because they have to use. WAT? Y U HIT ME WHEN I DO METEOR SHOWER GO AWAI!!

I am by no way defending my own server here and I know Gandara blobs up just aswell as anyone else. I will however state the fact numerous times over the next weeks just for the hell of it! People will eventually learn not to take me serious anyway.

The numbers Are you all actually having fun running with those numbers? Do you experience your character cause all I see is alot of autoattacks. I was on GBL tonight and I am very disappointed in some of the numbers being run. Its like botting to level up. Same mechanics. Still, Anet dont do kitten to make the zergs less effective so its a good way to play the points. Anyway. Thanks for the 14 gold from 3 hours.

Yeah Ironvos. Was aimed for all three servers Hopefully it was just a one time thing cause those numbers will kill this match up. Dius had 12 – 16 people running around. We had some fun and enjoyed that we could see stuff now. Could plan ahead of every charge or incoming attack. Still. Some numbers are just not doable :p
