By this time next year anet will have a currency for all the fractured posts >.>

There are countless things I have not done, such as world completion – but I have no desire to go to those locations unless the f/f story takes me there. Which it hasn’t. What have I done?

1. Finished the personal Story
   -> Explored All Maps to 100% that are involved in this.
2. Finished the F/F Achievements, except for the third lost item as that’s no out yet >.>
   -> Explored All Maps involved in this.
3. Achieved Level 80 (obv)
4. I get My daily every day at 5pm (my time) – I have ten laurels.
5. I have ran maybe 3 fractals, 3 dungeons. (300 cauducus coins)
6. Explored (a bit) the SC – where the refugees will head too. – Need to finish this before the next patch.

Now I just log in and do my daily, I have no need for WVW, PVP or World Map completion…. I have one character that I had since launch, no alts. My mes never gets nerfed

Are you guys in the same position? finished the main content now you just log in and do dailies? what do you think anet should do to fix this?

thats actually not true, the could come out with some other kind of armor that scales to the best stat and adds 10….

it seems with the 50 thousand million billion zillion trillion ga- do we get the point? – currencies and the cost of everything being so ridiculously high, I have decided to save every piece of karma, every laurel, every token, every scrap of gold (that one is a joke) just so that this time next year I can get all the latest gear.

For the flame and frost lost and found. I found the first two and got the first 2 tiers of the achievement. where is the third for the final tier of this “content release”?

no they dont they are fine as they are. I with my mes can solo all of them

Its like the game trys to be a holy trinity setup but then says they aren’t.

There are 3 things people do in this game.

Full dps = zerker gear and full dps trait lines
Full defensive = bunker…. fancy name for ima tank (mobs even aggro to the highest toughness)
Full Support = buffs/heals/support boons etc etc.

Sorry if im a bit slow but thats the trinity right there. And you are pretty much limited in this game to doing one of those, there is very little room for hybrid builds because of the way the traits are setup. Traits are currently setup so that you basically need to go down 30 points in many trait lines for a skill… and those trait lines themselves are geared towards the holy trinity…. 2 dps lines, 2 tank lines, 2 support lines.

And many viable builds REQUIRE you to take the traits just because they are must haves…..

I am also a balanced Mes, I use full zerk gear with a shatter like build but also have support via time warp and null field.

Southsun Cove is getting a huge makeover and will become an amazing paradise for the refugees and players. This will make the area more likable and much more will be added to make explorers want to come here more often. It will look more like a land of travelers and less like a land of monster infested black hole of death. There will be more quests, events, and npc’s which will fill the area and make it more interesting overall.

actually no the refugees in LA are stating they are headed to the SC

if your fps isnt 60 all the time, theres something wrong….

none of you answered my question. is there a third missing item for this achievement or not? because the wiki only shows two npc’s that lost two items….. yet the wiki also sais these items can be found in tons of locations so is there three items? three npc’s or what?

ascended is meant for fractals, for pve it gives you 1-3% increase. for pvp it would be the same. calm down

I was told this achievement cannot be completed because the third item has not been released? why is this? I know 4 others will be released later on but why cant we get all three in this patch?

apparently all the refugees are making their way to the SouthSun Cove…..Lets speculate on why – there’s nothing there but kracken… are they suicidal.

theres no lore, no story, no real reason for the fl and the dredge o be doing this….this whole extra content reminds me of content at the end of GW

who agreees – agree with me, enough so that anet will fix this back. why? there is a fractal dungeon where you need the whisps to open the gate to the mossman. Well thats no longer able to be done with a mesmers help. as the trees block the path.

How difficult is it in this game to start a guild from scratch? I see a lot of them have these sites and these mumbles and so on and so forth but is it really required. whats the general status of a guild in GW2?

I find it simple to solo, I soloed everything in GW1 and 2 except the last story mission as that was a dungeon.

we need a level increase. how ever 100 should be max, as anything past and well be worse off then we are. 5 levels an expansion

you might think thats good in bed. but at any one time there can be 5 instances of you in GW if not more, now the bed room would be fun but imagine all that nagging, “is the house clean, did you get this?” imagine 5-6 pmsing clones, pregnant clones………moody clones……..ya not that fun….

Mage classes in a world without magic aren’t. Of the rest… thieves are not exactly condoned by society (even if they can be profitable in the short term). Warriors (and magicless Guardians), as any profession centered around violence, aren’t safe.
That leaves a ranger, but i like cities, and i am not going to keep a grizzly bear in my apartment and a shark in my bathtub.

Sorry, what? How exactly would being a Mage be useless? Merely proving the existence of magic in the correct manner would make you famous and riches could be obtained in quick succession in a billion different ways. Think of the advances to science that could be made. Choosing a non magic class in a demonstratably non-magical world is silly.

I have no idea what the OP is talking about, I ran SC last night and it was fun it was so easy. I was ONE person doing events and doing stuff and it was easy peasy lemon squezy! So gear up, buck up and stop complaining?

I am not one to farm, I don’t find it fun. Running dungeons is fun…..sort of. Depends on the group you get. fractals are ok – again depends on the group.

I don’t have exotics or ascended – yes my mesmer does just fine, well I lied, all my weapons, swords, staff and underwater weapons and one piece of gear is exotic.

I run a 20/20/0/0/30 build, DS/Staff – Shatter “Like” build. With Zerker gear. So im pretty good for surviving alone or in groups.

But last night I finished the last orr map, I finished the story – really dull by the way, good job on fail Anet. But I wont get into your “story.” A week ago I finished the Flame/Frost jazz and I finish my daily in about an hour or so after I get them >.>

Now there is probably a ton I can do, One thing I am doing is exploring SC (Southsun Cove) and running the odd dungeon with the guild.

But i feel bored. There is so much from achievements, gear, maps (I explored, fully, every map involved in the story path and the flame frost (along with a couple others) and crafting (no where near maxing).

So one could argue I have TONS to do, and it’s true….

but i’m bored. It was more fun when I had a story to do, it was more fun when I had a goal to achieve and I collected things along the way….

thoughts?

The game is fun, no doubt and I love logging in……but alas im bored….
