no there not. they are EXTREMLY useful in keeping the enemy off you and keeping you alive in solo based areas. You have to know how to use them properly.
The skill challenge: Defeat Warmaster Yulia does not work, he is no where to be found. I have reported this in game.

does this work across guilds? for example if you have that one annoying person you dont have the power to kick, instead you just “block” them?
So is it me or is the blocking feature broken? when I block some one I imagine:
no mail
no whispers
don’t see your a** in chat of any kind.
instead I still see them when they chat and they still harass me and I guess anet lightened up on their banning practices.
So……can we have a real blocking feature? or am I missing something?

There are no plans to flag a World as an official role-play Word. The amount of customer support overhead involved in enforcing RP names, in-character chat, etc., not to mention creating policies and rules governing RP, is a massive undertaking. We would prefer that community members self-organize.

I also focus on tailoring and Artificer which I think are appropriate to the class at hand.
