About a dozen chest and 0 keys. Pretty much a useless increase, if there was even an increase at all. Do we know what the percentage was so-called increase, did Anet ever mention it?

If you can’t afford crafting Bolt of Damask then what’s the point of trying to craft Ascended?
Exactly. Exotic armor is fine, the extra 5% is negligible, you can play just fine without them. Besides, if you are at the point of crafting ascended, you should have enough golds and material already in storage. The only problem you should have is the gated material, it’s tough waiting out the days to get everything. But hey that’s part of the fun and when you finally craft it, it would be so gratifying.
NO NO NO….don’t change anything. It’s meant to be hard, it’s like a side thing to do after you are finish the game, otherwise it would be so boring if everyone is running around with ascended weapon or armor.
Play with Exotic if you can’t afford damask, it’s only like 5% difference. Stop being lazy and asking Anet to give you handouts.
Also, how would it feel for players that has already crafted their ascended then it’s changed, they will feel jaded.

My concern with the healing though, is how would a Druid get credit for an event/kills/loot if they are solely focused on healing others?
This is especially crucial for WvW fights as an example – those on the Druid would receive significantly less credit for doing more work.

druid won’t have a lot of problems tagging, except maybe when zerged by enemies. At least a couple of the staff abilities do attacking and healing at the same time, including the autoattack.
The question also might be…does it do enough damage to get credit for loot. Dedicated healers generally don’t dish out a lot of damage.

People like me never played for loot. We actually played to enjoy a FANTASY game without any competition. This is called role play game for a reason.
If you wanna loot or rewards start a MMA or Football career.

You rangers get shafted by Anet constantly…are they trying to eliminate that class?
HoT will introduce Tryia-Masteries and you will be able to level them after 80. The XP bar will be replaced with a mastery-bar.

Note for weekly days: I’m guessing the Key drop from level 10 story resets with other things that reset weekly (like the gold cap on mail or guild bank withdrawal). I forget what day it is but I think it’s Sunday?
Good question. I was thinking it was based on the game knowing that your last key from that was 7 days ago. But it’s most likely at a weekly reset.
I’m thinking it might be effective after the update. Like if you just did it yesterday, than you can do one tonight after the dl. Or am I wrong?
I never did any key farming before, but I think I’ll be doing that once a week key now.
LOL…I think more people will be farming it once a week now that they are aware, whereas before it was only a handfull of people doing it. I think it might have created an opposite effect on what Anet intended.
How about geting keys from completing Triple Trouble, maybe this will finally get people to do that boss.
You get 1 BL key from TT wurm for AP completion? would make more sense if they gave you BL for total decap everyday that would make people do it more and really feel like they were getting rewarded that makes sense but no anet just wants us to drop money for gemstore…. boo

Really?!?…after the worst event in the history of GW1 & 2, then follow by the worst anniversay sale and now you go do this? I have spent a lot of money after introducing my son to this game and buying everything he needed. I feel like you have just slapped every veterans in the game. I personally can’t wait till another game is release and both of us can abandon this sinking ship. I’m so disappointed in Anet.
Anet increased the bloom in yesterday update and they saying they can’t fix it.

For all the hype, for all the talk, and for all the times that HoT has been used as an excuse for not dealing with current problems, it is going to need to be the god of all expansions if Anet wants to survive it.

This had got to be the most boring event ever, I did 2 event and left, couldn’t force myself to do it anymore. I thought it was suppose to be fun but it turn out to be like a chore.
Who at Anet thought of these events, pink slips need to be given out because they wasted developers time that could have been use elsewhere.
I miss playing with thousands of different builds in GW1. How many build is there in GW2, maybe 60?

Well the 10% spike in the exchange rate certainly looks like players are converting gold for these. This may be an interesting experiment, will more gold get converted when it’s something very cheap gem wise due to a massive discount Vs a “normal” 20-30% off sale.
People are foolish if they are using gold for gem at the current conversion rate…they are paying for more then double then what it cost.
Does anybody know if Anet will do an Encore where they will bring all the sales back on the last day…sort of like what Steam sale does.
