How is this NOT fixed?? I made a new vigil player. Had no clue about the bug.
NPC still gave me the choice to pick a broken quest that is game breaking (for our story)..
The quest xp is a big part of leveling your character. There is NO excuse to not turn off the npc choice if you can’t fix this for over a week.
I really sucks that they are allowing players new to the quest line to be dragged into this mess.

The Hatchery is level 45 step in personal story.
It is bugged. you rez all the npc’s per the storyline but they will not move or continue.
Tried it 3x and same result.
This is huge bug as it breaks our ability to move the story forward.

thought of that.. But why bother.. Game has a shelf life and if that means 20 gold down the road, when you are tricked out , who cares?
Rather have it now. Plus there might not be in demand when Anet has some new skin model from x-mas or V-day or other event..

You had to know there would be something special to use them for.
Had about 25 keys. Got two skins. Made really good gold.
If you spent $200, sorry but that is nuts. About $40 in gems would get you 12 gold at least (more now). You could have done that and got stuff via TP.
