Yes, warriors > overall damage than guardians. My tank warrior did greater damage than my knight/valkyrie warrior even in terms of skill and normal attack. Love them both <3

It is a frustrating way to play against for the underdogs, to be sure. There’s this sense of inevitability (and futility for the outnumbered defenders) with the repeated omega rushes, and I’m hoping it doesn’t become the new dynamic of large scale WvW.

Well, like I said, it’s all so cheap now that it will indeed become pretty standard to just fling Omegas around.

It’s not “pay to win” or “cheap tactics” or whatever, the stuff is just so low cost and readily available right off the Trading Post now that anyone can do it.

I’ve seen wonderful tactics from JQ. They’d split their zerg. Hit the mid of our zerg. Then move as one and doing a snaky train that cleans our scattered players. Well played.

Our main SEA guild [DPS] is primarily Filipino, but they got people from all over asia.

We thought we got klovan because it is open, then it was filled with a swarm of JQ!!! Man, I felt like every JQ player in the map was hiding in that tower.

JQ sea time is definitely giving us a run for our properly, which is fun too. I wish TC BL is playable for me though, for some reason during that time I can’t skill nor do anything, and just DC, but I do well @ EBG or any other borderland.

For JQ players sea time. Any constructive criticism on our performance(Tarnished coast)? You can pm me or assessments on how our players are doing, like if we’re squishy or what not. So, we can give you guys a better fight.

TC, I think it would benefit you as a server if you looked into moving to a dual-tag kind of system. Maybe you do already, but I know I generally only see one big ol group. Have your main group off doing X, and your second group doing Y. It requires both groups to tighten up their play, as obviously you have less numbers, but you can get more accomplished than when you’re confined to one large group. You’re essentially hitting multiple objectives at once, and forcing the opposing team to choose which they wanna save. Pretty much being a pain in the butt.

This will help you a lot in the long run, and especially for when you’re finally playing BG and SoR.

Please don’t take this as a slight, or coming from somewhere mean-spirited. I think you guys are verrrrry close to kicking kitten in T1, it’s just things like this that would get you even closer. I understand that you probably don’t have to do this to win vs most servers, but try it out anyway. Hell, do it to us for practice!

Overall, I’m having fun fighting both TC and FA. It’s nice playing with people who are just in it to fight.

Thanks for this advise. It is not unwarranted because I did ask for it, and I am sure most of my server mates will think about this because it is an assessment from another server and not just from one of our own.

TC is doing great. I have been waiting for this match up forever, mostly because I know I will be hunted by your CRZY guild. But TC is a pleasure to battle against. I havent seen any hacking or cheating, its been good clean battles. The forums posts are pleasant and fun. In the field, I would love to see TC become more organized and confident in zerg fights. I see you guys trying new things, and Im hoping it all comes together and I will be a running loot bag for you! You kept us out of your homeland in EB this morning so that was great! You guys never give up and fight with great heart. I think in a few more days the TC fights will evolve and I may/may not drop a precurser for you!

knights armor with ascended celestial trinkets and weapons <3 tough but can heal good. and do consistent damge. :p With your defensive weapons as knights too whereas offensive weapon as celestial.

As for TC in Tier 1; the reason SoR dominated you was not numbers. On Friday night all 3 servers had queues and SoR just took a huge squat on both of us.

It’s the fact that they roll in with a 100% WvW guild like TSym with numbers in excess of 50+ people; and they do that on 4 BLs simultaneously.

RE, CERN, or TSL will roll in with about 20-25 core members and at least another 15+ mish-mash of other guilds. They don’t play with each other regularly, they aren’t using a cohesive strategy and they win because they typically outnumber their foes and/or the other group is even more of a polyglot than they are.

TC has the numbers, they have the skills. They just need to have their strategies in place and greater discipline in the ranks.

Like I said before, TC-JQ-FA will actually prove a few things.

Oh, and if by some evil design (aka the devs on SBI still kitten ed at us) it ends up TC-JQ-SoS; you can rest assured that we will play the 2v1 (on JQ, in case you think we have any ill will).

You say TC wants to get better ? Recruiting more numbers isn’t the answer. It definitely helps, but your style of play will dictate that you will need a much larger population to beat any specific server….and I am not talking about skill. You’re fighting skills are fine. The passive, avoid fights at all costs when you don’t out number your opponent, play style will prevent you from getting to where you want to go.

The Art of War is a great read, but even Sun Tzu sometimes said kitten it, get ready to rumble.

New blood bring new strategies into the play. So, it always helps to have more people in. There are things I still don’t know about wvw that I learn from new opponents, and players. Always fun.
