Is there any way or possibility for the Living Story events to get recycled for those who missed all the past events?

Also, could you give Marjory some sexier panties please?

Dragon Tooth=Corruption?

My theory is that Jormag could speak to someone just by touching Jormag’s tooth or by being near it, and that Jormag may even be able to channel its power through it. Bringing the tooth to Hoelbrak is a bad idea if you ask me. I don’t know the true nature of the dragons, but one thing is for sure, they do not live and die like ordinary creature. My theory is that they are pure magic, and if the tooth is from a dragon, then the thing that could destroy it is something that negates or destroys magic itself. The “gods” could give and take magic. I don’t know how, but I think they have the means to destroy magic. And since the undead still walk the land of Orr, Zhaitan must still be alive, or atleast, still exist in Tyria, since those undead are linked to it.

No, it’s not the body part name I meant. What I meant is that those servants are still linked to Zhaitan, sort of like remote beacons or something.

Since Zhaitan could make “avatars” such as the Eye of Zhaitan and Mouth of Zhaitan which are magically linked to Zhaitan himself, maybe the Jormag’s tooth is link to Jormag itself just the same way Jormag’s blood could corrupt creatures, that is to say the blood is still connected to Jormag. So my theory is that the tooth corrupts but because Jormag is a master of deception, it just doesn’t make it apparent and makes it seem the tooth in the city of the Norns is harmless. It could be that Jormag is corrupting Norn by “whispering” thoughts of power to them when they are nearby the tooth, but Jormag just doesn’t make it apparent the tooth is doing something them.

Could you make this as an option instead? Also for those with a low-range to a mid-range system, could make separate graphics settings for PvE/sPvP and for WvW. Changing the graphics setting every time one enters WvW could get tedious for others.

I agree with Insanitybg. Does Arenanet have a “scenario director” of some sort, part-writer, part-programmer.

No Sylvari Risen?

What I meant by ‘standard’ creatures is soul bound in a mother’s womb, life born from child birth. Sylvaris awaken in the world with a fully formed adult body, along with memories and consciousness. Regarding Sylvari memories, I don’t know if it’s either the Pale Tree giving out random memories to Sylvari, or these memories were just partially retaken from their past lives, if my theory that Sylvaris are reincarnations hold true.

A verification system where you are given a certain amount of time to answer a picture or typed test, sort of like a captcha, every 30 minutes or 1 hour of game time.

Good thing none of the Elder Dragons know how to replicate the magic used in the Cataclysm of Orr.

No Sylvari Risen?

An NPC mentions that the Sylvari are a new, unique race to the world of Tyria, and that the Elder Dragons only know how to corrupt ‘standard’ creatures. I think they are not completely immune to corruption, only it is not yet discovered how to do it. I’d imagine the Pale Tree is connected to every Sylvari, so corrupting it itself is the way to go to corrupt the Sylvari.

Speaking of the Pale Tree, my theory is that it is a “reincarnation machine”, and that the soul of a deceased is bound to a Sylvari body/vessel instead of returning to the Mists.

Shiro Tagachi and Zhaitan comparison?

Steel Fenrir.2791

My analogy of Zhaitan, Shiro and Joko are that they are ‘hackers’ who could manipulate the source code of the world to create malware in the system. I don’t know how Shiro and Joko came to discover how to make malware(undead) in a massive scale. But one thing is for sure, they cannot create something out of nothing, they need specific materials to create their undead army.

What exactly ARE the Elder Dragons?

Steel Fenrir.2791

Why are the elder dragons so weak in their current state? I’d imagine Zhaitan would be a match against Grenth, but I’m somehow disappointed in their scale of power. It would seem they are just like any other race, only more powerful. I thought they were not just a manifestation of the force of nature, but control the force of nature itself. Or maybe they are just “malnourished” at their current state? LOL The world of Tyria is overflowing with magical energies. I don’t know the source of this energy, if it originated from Melandru, Dwayna, etc., or it is really a natural part of the world. So maybe the elder dragons are a race that need to consume magic, and consume the world as a consequence?

Sylvaris have the most consistent, cohesive story in the grand scheme of things

About the Orrian mirror, so maybe that was what the developers intended, to experience the game as each race, for each race’s storyline is intertwined. My first character was a Charr, and in one of the last missions, a VOED device played an important role. Right now, I’m playing a newly made Asuran character, and right from the beginning of the Asuran storyline, I am introduced to the VOED device (it is actually the creation of your Asuran character’s krewe). I don’t know what my Charr character’s specific contribution, I haven’t played much to know in my Asuran character’s perspective.
