^problem with being toxic player is some player go to have fun well some player try really hard to do well. since skill level is all over the place in WvW people tend to get trigger over small dumb things.
like if any of you get a chance to WvW you see no matter where we stand i will fluid map chat with information for new players. LOL

sounds like everyday life for thief. one time i used shadowstep on hill bridge i teleported threw it an fell to my death…..

if you want to duel all the power to you but if you do it in middle of path of a zerg an you die that your fault for dueling in a dumb spot.
could you remove shrouding mist from the game <- it garbage trait an make it so when reverent heals allies they gain barrier for 5% of total HP heal.
So if rev hit 5 allies say at max heal value of 20k pre player at 100k total that mean each player gain 5k barrier.

i feel all problems with weaver is attuning so i suggest making elite 20 second CD. so you just keep comboing

One in the Chamber: i think this should trigger stolen skill then give a new one.
Sniper Cover should have a 10 second CD so it not used as a source to stack stealth.
overview on deadeye. it dmg output is alright for single target. mercy make some interesting build with out requiring trickery.
so how diminishing return i willuse bleed as example.
1 to 10 0% diminishing return
11 to 20 10% diminishing return
21 to 30 20% diminishing return
an so on.
if bleed = 100 damage pre stack
1 to 10 is 1000 damage pr second
11 to 20 is 900 damage pre second
21 to 30 is 800 damage pre second
31 to 40 is 700 damage pre second
41 to 50 is 600 damage pre second
51 to 60 is 500 damage pre second.
with diminishing return total damage would become 4500 damage pre second.
an with out diminishing return total damage would of been 6000 damage pre second.

do not forget the 15% dmg to power an con <- is better then deadly art grandmaster lol.
my view on the crit line after spending a little time with it is i like it for P/P you build yourself pretty tanky with it i do not see how it would be really useful any other type of weapon set.
CS also works fine with staff due to the cleave and the AOE. A P/P Staff build does much better in CS.
Two Unloads can now fill my might to full this lasting a full 13 seconds. I can switch over to staff and stay in it until the 10 second cooldown gone running at 25 might even as quickness kicks in for 10 seconds each out of lesser haste or haste.
Choosing either NQ or IP works equally well dependent on how the rest of your build structured. With that quickness running while in staff the heals from IP can really ramp up OR you can ensure full time fury will in either weaponset.
If I open from the flank my initial unload will load 10 seconds quickness, 13 seconds fury and stack on 14 might for 13 seconds with one attack. If the channel hits for the entirty (and the quickness helps this happen) I am refunded 2 ini for a cost of 3 ini total.
A swap with QP puts my INI back at full with staff now having all those goodies with all my other utilities as yet untouched. (this WvW as I do not PvP)
yeah if you are going p/p you pretty much gotta commit to quickness but yeah i pretty much agree with your view on crit line.

the way you rank fast is always be fighting always be cleaving.
reason anet increases speed of projectiles is because if you side step really fast side to side you dodge range attack. by tricking engine of where your position is.
as an example you try standing at 800 range of rapid fire ranger if you step side to side really fast with your strafe keys you notice not a single shot will hit you

rev is very much like thief it does not deal well with face tanking damage a lot of it weapons come with eva or def mechs if you rotate them in between dodges your tackiness will skyrocket

you should try playing around with sword thief you will find out quickly a thief cant do it as often as it seems. best way to fight a thief is to have a way to deal with blind after that you just trade hit.
deadly chill itself is not strong what make it strong is how meta fight most battle are done in 30 second interval means most of nerco CD come up everytime they do short trade. an yes it is a big burst of dmg. but only do big burst once every 30 seconds is that OP?. no that just simply knowing your match up.

300 range is mid range interm of melee attacks.
i could see it used in zerging with some kinda cluster bomb build.
i am including what class can do by itself not runes / food or blast finsher. guess if i did rev would be slightly higher in though numbers.
i will keep this simple reason druid is not used in WvW is because it condition clear is good enough enough compare to ele or rev well it healing still output exact same number of a ele or rev.
so my suggestion would be to buff druid. condition clear by adding remove 1 condition from 10 allies when casting Comsic Ray.
just to give a little math behind it so you guys understand difference in con clearing.

ele can remove up to. 54 con x 5 allie = 270 condition over course of a minute
rev can remove up to 60 con x 5 allies = 300 condition over course of a minute
Druid can remove up to 45 con x 5 allies = 225 condition over course of a minute
could be worse i seen people tag up an afk xD
with out seeing it cant really tell you what you are doing wrong. But backstab has 180 degree angle of whatever you facing to hit at 130 range. do note though if they move 60 degree outside of the 180 well you hold right click it cause the skill to fail. could be your problem?
such as if they move 120 it will cause self LOS if they move to 240 it auto miss.
it very common way to LOS player in point blank range work on any skill that be channeled.
another possible one it could be is you where immobilize does not allow your char model to turn around could result in same issue of being LOS.

best way to phrase thief is if it can win a match up it normally destroy it. if cant fight it get totally owned. no middle ground for thief it either you know the match up your get face roll trying to fight something you cant probably why people hate thief.
let talk about dodge because a lot of people say"thief can dodge forever" is not true not even close with out gearing toward it.
thief with daredevil gain 3 dodges + 1.5 if they land steal dodge refund at 10 seconds pre dodge so at 3/4 eva pre dodge it .75 + .75 + .75 = 2.25 second of dmg immune – punish frame. so if we add signet of agility is most common source of extra dodge it another 1.5 dodges so that 2.25 + .75 + half a bar of endurance. = 3 seconds then apply weapon swap sigil of energy another + 1.5 dodges +75 3.75 + endurance we gain from 2 half .75 = 4.25 seconds.
goal to beating a thief that rely on dodging is force frame traps <- assuming most of you do not know of what a frame trap is. at start of a dodge roll and at end of a dodge roll there .15 frames where thief will be open to take dmg it very easy to time a instant skill to land in between though frames.
Let talk about movement. again thief is not a fast class at running away that not true at all. shadowstep used is most likely only def skill a thief run at all time will have a 1 minute CD. Yes it put him 1200 range away seem extramly far then he spam short bow to try escape But fact is if you can catch up to a thief after he used shadow step an land a simple stun 70% of the time he as good as dead.
Now to talk about stealth the way you deal with it is fire sigil will blow up on top of target it hit in stealth leaving a small aoe. <- do not want to use fire sigil k fine if you use a whirl finisher near a stealth player the whirl bolt auto trigger to that player an they will aim toward him. k do not want to use whirl finisher OR fir sigil it ok bro i feel you
your weapon if you strike a target in stealth will slightly aim toward them from game auto correcting animation.
Thief is not a strong class it need to play to near prefect an still result in many losses if you lose to thief it not because you are bad most of the time it simply because it was a free match up.
as an example i will use rev vs short bow thief with 100% posion dur rev can cast anything but if it does not run ventari stance. fight will end in 10 seconds. because thief can 100% up time +5 stack of posion. <- is that OP ? no it simply understanding there nothing rev could do to fight it.
one thing most people probably do to not know that shadow shot skills have extramly low hit box so if you ever use one always jump first an it lower the odd of it getting LOS.

tablet has strong con removal but it reason he running tablet + glint is you need boon to roam so you take glint but demon tablet is 1000x time stronger.
he also should of been running over his healing orb he probably could of beat you if he did .
