Seems to be working for me. Do you have any more details on what exactly is happening for you? You are casting flame wall and then using magnetic wave inside the wall, correct?

Please make sure posts in this forum are actually bugs. We do want to hear your suggestions about the skills in our game but this is a post that should likely be renamed and placed in the Engineer class forums.

There were no intended stealth nerfs. Only tooltip bugs. It may just be that the text incorrectly describes the skill or trait. Be sure to report any of those types of findings.

Bugs have different priority levels. If you can imagine the skills team has a ridiculous amount of things on their backlog/sprints. So when you see a dev response at least you know that we have it logged and will get it out fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately that’s about all I can say about it. We can’t really give you updates on when exactly something is going to be fixed.
It is however important to remember that we do read the forums and investigate most every issue that is posted on that section of the forums. So it’s VERY likely that the bug will get fixed for when its planned to be.

If you queue up attacks prior to the player stealthing, they will still land. Ranged attacks that is.

Thanks got this one guys. I actually kind of like that it doesn’t use up both CC’s at once with this but I can see how that is inconsistent with how it used to react.

All sigils share cooldowns; this means you want to mix and match your sigils. Try not using two on swap sigils on one weapon set.

The Necro trait requires you to be in combat for it to activate, caltrops on dodge works out of combat however.

Yeah our intention is to have all skills that put negative effects on the enemy put you in combat. For example it’s not very fair to be able to immobilize a player and stay out of combat.

Like Puffer said, this is when a new game build aka patch is about to be released. During this time PvP servers come down until the build launches. I would advise you do not attempt to PvP during this time as you can sometimes get stuck trying to accept a match and earn a loss received on your record.

You can pretty much guarantee that on patch days we are constantly keeping a close eye on forums as well as online most the day in-game. This however is basically an all day every day occurrence. We do our best at finding issues that pop up from the release as fast as possible.
Reporting bugs that pop up on patch days are incredibly useful to us. To ensure we know about it you can always pm me or Josh, we can give you answers. This forum space isn’t really the place for debate about bug awareness however.
Right now you can get the skins and bring them over. You do that by getting the tickets for the black lion weapons vendor.
I can’t release information on our rewards system we are working on but I can give big emote smiles about it! 
It was a high priority issue that was not known prior to the patch. However it was something we were made aware of almost immediately after the release.
The daze change has impacted a few different skills/specs in our game (assuming you are talking about this change) that is not an example of a bug. Anyways, regarding that, the skills and balance team has already brought it up in some discussions today.
This will be fixed soon. I do encourage that you accept that we do actually read most every post here. Making us aware of bugs is a good thing you can continue to do so, but the forums don’t need threads trashing ANet employees and assuming we are not aware of issues that we are aware of.

Remember that bugs can’t be fixed instantly and that hotfixes that come out have changes that all teams at our company need to get in as well.
You cannot earn any of the Halloween skins from PvP alone this time around. Once our progression/reward system is in place we will be in a much better place for dispersing gear for PvP accomplishments.
This can occasionally happen and its why we also warn you that the patch is inbound. Each patch brings the PvP servers down which can cause some odd occurrences for those who managed to bypass our servers being down. Additionally there is never a state in which tournament match statistics are not recorded. It is one of the reasons we give you a warning that the patch is coming shortly.
The random map rotation is working as intended it looks like from our internal query results. It’s inevitable that players have different experiences with map pops. Please let us know if this continues to be a trend for you and if everyone starts experiencing the same thing. We can pull up the numbers reasonably quickly.

Yeah it has to do with the autoface mechanic of using skills while moving and simultaneously attempting to dodge. Thanks all! Hope to have a fix as soon as programmers can work it out.

This should only be because our servers are resetting. Note that 10 or so minutes prior to a build, PvP servers will shut down and restart.
You should be able to get back in now.

Yeah we think its a lag related issue regarding the Skyhammer portal as it is not reproducible internally. As for the treb, that one is also very tricky tech wise. Basically if you are turning the treb when someone attacks you off of it, it will continue to rotate. So.. ya.. get off the treb when someone is coming for you! For the time being we have made a small tweak internally so that the trebuchet will only rotate 90 degrees instead of 180 degrees.

Right now the most common way to not hear sound from the treb is to start outside its voice over range (1000ish) and run inside it.
