TL;DR (kind of, as i’ve read almost every post during the typing, but you don’t care, i know :p )

Jeremy Soule is a really good composer, but I’d say that he is better at creating ambient background music than writing themes. So overall, his music geso well in the game it’s written for, but it won’t last in your memory… Unless you’re a hopeless fanboy like me ^^

Secret of Mana’s music composer, Hiroki Kikuta, is – or WAS – way better at writing stong themes (just listen to Soukaigi OST <3 ). I still keep whistling them today.

Yes, a specific theme for a specific boss would be awesome.

I like the mix, every pieces go well together, though i’d have used more vibrant colors. But you match Eir and Zojja like that ^^ so 9/10!

That makes me think there should be some log or window in game that lets us know the current status of these world events when we log in. I haven’t been able to fight scarlet since the end of clockwork chaos.

Nope, even with highest quality settings, this effect triggers once in a while. I don’t know why either.

You can always assign a key to switch to clothes when you want.

I chose Vizunah Square because Jade Sea was already full when I logged the first time in early access (had a hard time, coming from a dedicated luxon guild ^^). I could have ended on a worse server, I might say.

Lag problems here too, since friday evening, and today was particularily hard…

I used the same leggings for my mix. Here it is :

There were some in Kourna or Vabbi, 250 years back.
Maybe the could just have a little bit of interaction with the toon (emote), or be somewhat useful in costume brawl?

I’d prefer pay in gold (another sink, yay) than in gems, but i like the idea.
But some skins would have to stay soulbound (the orders’), even if i definitely want the whispers staff skin on my priory ele

The orangey named ones are. Well, maybe not all of them, but the risen priest of baltha is, for example, and every special event ones too.

Digging out the topic because I was having the same problem.
I think the overstacking bug may occur when you have the same runes on your sPvP armor and on your actual PvE armor.
Actually I runed me ele with Sup runes of the Elementalist. That’s the default rune on my pvp armor, and it shows 12/6.

EDIT : Although the game only uses only one set of equipment for counting bonuses, the tooltip notification will display numbers as if adding PvE with PvP gear. Similarly, the tooltip will incorrectly add bonuses for both headgear and breathing apparatus.

Playing since launch, my main toon reached lvl80 mid September I think, and I must have dropped 4 or 5 exotics in 2 or 3 months of regular (but not daily) play.

I guess you had to attend the final fight against the ancient karka to be qualified. And even then it’s not 100% sure you will get the reward. >_>

Another thing I wanna know : I changed my home server last sunday (map completion in WvW ^^), and plan to get back to Vizunah tomorrow. Does this change count in any ways for the mail?

Did the event on Vizunah Square, but changed for Arborstone last sunday. Now I can say that it doesn’t count for the mail. ^^

Yep, I think that would be a good angle to replace Trahearne, and rebuild the pact forces, AND yes, definitely take Dougal out of Fort Marriner is a good idea. ^^

I had exactly the same problem. Game crashed when I was near the steam wall, unable to log back in for 10 minutes (trying non stop). When I finally logged in, I ended on another overflow server where the event was already finished, unable to join my party (server full). Then I could join them… After the battle! So no chest, no final fight, no super interesting (°o°) cinematic, no nothing, just a feeling that I wasted my time tonight. I like cats too much to fill the end of my post with swear words, but I’m deeply dissappointed. Why so many server issues 3 months after the game launch? I don’t feel like playing again. What’s the point?

Testing for a few days now, and like many players here I appreciate the change.
I’d modify or add a few things to make this cam improvement perfect to my taste :
– more zoom out (mad king bug <3)
– first person view
– a slider that would modify the cam vertical position (like the horizontal one… that would help see something as a norn when cam is near)

Another thing I’d like to be able to modify is the HUD, something between the actual possibilities and what we could do in the 1st GW.

Feels oddly good not to be the only one… My staff and my scepter are still named whisperer, but they look like mighty ones.
