No player should be suspended or banned for destroying a golem.

Don’t worry, you will not loose anything in your account!
Wait a few minutes and then restart your client if nothing happens.
It will not damage your characters if you restart the client. Sometimes it takes time to transfer to other server.

If it appears an authentication link for you to allow/deny access to your account, it means someone have your account name and password. I suggest you to change your password from here: https://account.guildwars2.com/account
I can bring to you million ways to get passwords, but no one will know how he/she got it.
Using the same password to multiple sites are the main cause.

There is a pve timer that when you are too long afk, you will be kicked, there is a timer for loot too, if you don’t pickt it up it will disappear. The only thing he can win is xp, nothing more.

Patone could be on a bad day, he got harassed and answers back with just some innapropriate words on any chat, could be on whisper too, then he gets reported and banned. It’s easy as that.

This worries me now. I just purchased a set of Armor from the TP for my wife on her account, complete with runes. I also purchased some glue and stuffing so she could make 2 Wintersday pets. I mailed all of this stuff to her and during all of that I even got the mail suppressed message.
Am I now in jeopardy of getting my account banned?
No need to worry, you can’t send more than 2/3 consecutive mails, no one can, you will get suppressed. You just need to wait maybe 2mins and you can send again.

There is a time limit to allow/deny access to a different IP to enter in your account. If you don’t allow/deny access in that time limit (i think it’s about 5-10 minutes) the system will automatically deny access and you will get an error message.
Just wait 2/3 days, they will help you and tell you why they closed your account.

You have block button in this game too, the blocked player can’t send you emails neither whisper. Not everyone gets reported every time they talk smack.

Right now is free but someday you will need to pay to change it and players are able to freely transfer between worlds once every seven days.
First: Digital Deluxe edition is an exclusive from buy.guildwars2.com
Second: Digital Deluxe edition it’s not a retail standard version, so you won’t get a free upgrade.

No, it won’t be possible.
Update on this: I tried to help the player ingame, i add him and i was able to email him, he received my email ingame, but their friends that already add him before couldn’t send him an email, even if they remove Xaras.4265 from the list and add Xaras.4267, it would still appear Xaras.4265. After awhile the support answered his ticket and told him that they just need to wait a few hours to the system to refresh/update.

but I believe you were told that we don’t change names upon request. And that is true. We’d rather have our agents focus on helping players with actual account issues than deal with secondary situations. In situations like that explained by the OP, we made a change because security was an issue.
I don’t see your name as being potentially offensive. Nor did the team, when it was discussed. I understand you want a change, but I don’t think you need a change, and we really truly want the agents to deal with issues rather than requests. I don’t intend to sound harsh or dismissive. We may offer the opportunity for players to rename in the future. I’ll ask the team about this tomorrow, but I think this display name is going to stand, out of fairness to other renamed players.

ThiBash, I’m just trying to work with the best option here. We have only 2 options in my view to this solution: option 1 – change display name; option 2 – change email adress.
If they said they won’t change the display name, you can’t force them to do it. He already talk to the support about it and they said No!
The only thing I know that they would do is changing is email adress, so the option number 2 is the most viable and fastest than to bring a discussion about the option 1.
