Hmm. You can get an awful lot of healing power from the salvation tree.
20% when health > 75%
Minor Trait always 15%
20% for 10s when you swtich legends
1.5% for every 100 healing power.
Not sure how they stack but that adds up to alot.
What I would find interesting is would a healing spec rev would viable. You could easily run a power build with full zerker gear and get 100% boon duration with food/runes.
Well, first of all you get 65% boon duration already between Facet of Nature and a minor trait in Herald. Second, boon duration is capped at 100%. So at most you can use another 35% before hitting the cap. At the very least you can switch to zerker accessories

Sword auto attack is very powerful and applies vuln. Lots of skills with evasion to avoid dying horribly. Class is great solo.
I was taking on two +8 mobs no problem with it last night in my high 40’s.
I run sword/axe and hammer. Start with devastation traits and then pickup invocation.
I’ve been using sword/axe, hammer, and devastation traits. Grab OH sword if you need the block.

I don’t see the nerf. If I wanted a condi build, I would use king of fire.
But torch offhand sucks compared to sword or shield (unless you run sword mainhand, in which case RIP burst).

Yes. Block + 4 bleeds and 5 torment > a bit of burning.
For single target damage assuming you get to block within half a second or so riposte does more damage , but it takes 24s with 100% bleed time.
Impale and Blaze Breaker are quite comparable unless your target is moving or you want to hit more than one.

You can’t afford to stand still, so torment is stronger – not to mention the pulsing which makes it perfect as a cover condition. You can already cover a good uptime of burning with traited Outrage and F2 (add Headbutt if you want).
For sPvP, sword would be better, no contest.

Can King of Fires exceed the 100% increased duration cap? If the tooltips are any indication, it seems like it may work like the Necromancer scepter trait. I haven’t had a chance to test the actual duration, and I’m only getting to a theoretical 118% duration, so it will be hard to test, but it would be good to know if the tooltips are just wrong.
You can never trust the tool tips, that is the only constant. Honestly, warriors just can’t apply conditions fast enough to make a condi build good, not compared to the power builds.
Well the power build warrior taking berzerker got huge buffs for DD. The extra burning duration and 7% condition damage is nice, but I don’t think it will ever be competitive with power, sadly.
I’m not sure how to feel about Blaze Breaker yet. It does decent damage as power or malice and has 5 projectiles for procs. For malice builds the CD is too long since sword 2 and 3 are useless for DPS making for a super boring rotation.
Flames of War does a ton of damage for a malice builds, includes a mobile fire field, and a condition cleanse but pays for it with a huge CD. I guess you could use it for an easy fire field out of combat, but its quite poor for a power build so I don’t see it ever replacing sword/shield.
Suggestions to improve berzerker.
1. Move “Heat of the Soul” to adept.
2. Make “savage instinct” part of the base berzerk ability. This gives an element of timing on when you activate it for all builds.
3. Make fast hands a baseline warrior ability
4. Reduce adren loss. Something like a 5-10s delay before it decays and have it decay more slowly.
6. Increase health gain from “dead or alive”
7. Increase berzerk duration by a few seconds
8. Lower the CD on berzerk to 10-12s base, around 8s with the trait.
9. Move burning arrows to another tree OR make the burning part baseline.
Haha, wow, Druid spec gets 33% movement speed when their movement is not imparied and reduced duration of those effects all in one trait?
CI and Fast hand both baseline +
-Rush is now a real leap
-100b = mobile now but with 50% reduced movement speed
-Counterblow is instant and also applies blinding
-Skullcrack has small leap now
-Earthshaker now works on uneven terrain
-Duel shot, reduced aftercast by 0,25 sec
-Cyclone axe, increased dmg by 75%-Thick skin now also reduces projectile dmg by 33% above 75% health

Those would just makes warriors abilities suck less, not over powered.
OP would be: 100b can now be used while moving and reflects projectiles.
You don’t seem to be getting much from tactics. You could go discipline instead and pickup WS, BR, and MH.
What about replacing shake it off with outrage? Stunbreak on a 10s CD seems pretty good.
All attacks apply burning when you are wielding a torch.
Bal runes give malice and burn duration, pretty nice and dirt cheap compared to some other alternatives.
The Balthazar runes are good, no doubt, and the cost is nice.
I think having a 10s delay before any decay would be good as well. Have it decay at 1 pt/s after that.
Only adding a 20% duration does seem a bit low for a grandmaster trait. How exactly does king of fires proc work? Chance to proc even more burning seems a bit overkill.
Extending the duration another 5s sounds good, lowering the CD to 5s with the trait sounds overkill.
Last blaze definitely needs some help, or maybe the rage skills just need to be better.
More health from dead or alive wouldn’t be a bad thing.
Defense zerker does seem to have some great combos for being stupidly hard to kill. I’d be nice if burning arrows wan’t in tactics…
Not losing it at all would be great. Not losing ridiculously fast wold be acceptable. Say
1. Does not degrade out of combat for 10s.
2. Degrades at 1 pt/s after that.
So if you had a full bar it would take 40s to hit empty.
We had the warrior that wanted to keep a full adren bar and it sucked. You literally never used burst skills. There are some traits alone those lines like “Dead or Alive”, but the spec needs some work still no doubt.
1. Burning arrows needs to be moved into another tree, tactics does not have synergy with berzerker.
2. Remove/lower adrenaline decay out of combat.
3. Make fast hands a baseline ability
4. Last Blaze needs to be buffed.
5. Some of the traits that buff berzerking should be made baseline. Without spending major traits you don’t get alot from it. Maybe make savage instinct a baseline and move burning arrows here,.
Gotta say that it was probably the best boss in the game to date.
Those present mobs are crazy OP. They have much higher DPS and HP then equivalent on level mobs. They are also ranged, ranged mobs in this game in general are much stronger than melee as well.

It stacks additively, however last time I tried it in beta I could not get the duration to get up to 50% on my warrior to get the bow skills to have 3s burning instead of 2s using sigils either.
Yeah the cost for the backpacks is insane. A full 250 stack of T6 fine mats.
RNG loot for required progression gear is a terrible design.
CM is over tuned on difficulty, as such nobody wants to run it. They need to make it a bit easier.
The rings are RNG drops too.
Well, I gave FOTM a try, took an hour to get into a Lvl1 party, crashed on 3rd stage boss (first ever GW2 lockup). No credit.
Took another 40 mins to form another Lvl1 group, 1 player crashed half way through Stage2 and never returned, gave up eventually.
Decided to have a look at the cost of some stuff, seen as I had amassed a whopping 15 tokens; let out an exasperating sigh. Surely this is some kind of sick joke ?

in fairness to the player who left you CAN’T return to a fractal once you d/c right now. If you lose a player you can either 4 man it or you have to exit all the way back to LA and start over.
Yeah, I don’t understand why the events are not repeatable like all the rest of the content. Make the final loot chest once per account/character and let the events run all day.
Wild speculation is ANet’s own kitten fault. They added the beginning of an entire new tier of gear without any warning and people are rightly losing their kitten over it.
Adding a gear treadmill to this game sucks. I came here to escape that. Exotics were reasonable to obtain and then we were done, unless you really wanted that amazing looking legendary. Even a basic infusion is going to use a freaking eldritch scroll.
I’ve had that happen in AC as well before. I submitted a bug report on it.
Magic find gear should have no effect in dungeons, it will encourage people to wear it instead of actually useful things that benefit the party. Food should work as normal.
Despite the difficulty and time it took I did kind of enjoy it. The worst part was that pause where everyone grouped up, it made it really hard to consistently make the jumps right after with enough speed to not fail.

Maybe if the zerg did something besides attack SM from the front all day.
If they fixed a few of the issues with mantras I would find them more usable. Losing your charges at the drop of a hat is lame. You lose when:
1. Go underwater and don’t have that mantra equipped.
2. Any zone changes.
The constant having to recharge them is annoying as well. If they automatically recharged when out of combat they would be alot more user friendly for PvE.

Is the passive effect of Signet of Rage bugged or I don’t understand the effect ? It says it grants adrenaline regeneration as passive effect, but my adrenaline is at 0%. Does it only grants that effect during combat or it should grant it always ?
It gives 1 adrenaline every 3 seconds while in combat. Its mostly useful for the buff.
Tactics: Quick breathing does not convert conditions to boons. All it does is reduce the cool down by 20%.
Trait: Forceful Greatsword does give might on crit for spear skills.
