All the debates over transfers that has happened is not going to change anything. Please don’t reply to such posts anymore as it fuels even more debates which isn’t going to change anything and which will never end. Let’s do postings on a neutral standpoint.

Let’s not put SOR out of the picture yet, they can and does have an impact to the fights/scores in T1. Anything can happen!

Scores are very close with few more days to go, keep fighting all 3 servers!

I’ll probably look from T4 and above for smaller scale fights. T1-T3 will have blobs no doubt.

JQ still holds the numbers to make a big push if they can rally their resources. They are full and they have a lot of wvw guilds, they just need some pushing and they be back in full force.

No worries, if we fall down, we will simply pick ourselves up and get back stronger. Pretty good and tough fights since reset, keep it going everyone!

Waha coming back is indeed great news and definitely what needs to motivate the SEA crew of JQ.

Can see that JQ is taking a backseat for today, most of their core people didn’t turn up. I believe it is also in everybody’s interest to keep scores as close as possible and to allow another server to take the lead so that it does not turns wvw to stale for all the servers in T1

Come on guys, keep it clean and healthy. We win some we lose some, its normal. Some chest thumping is ok, but don’t do it overboard or continously.

We should learn to respect each and every server for its effort towards WvW. We fight, we wipe, we learn together.

Just avoid some trolls and replace whatever troll writes as “good fights”. It will be a better day for all of us. The strongest fighter is the one with the bigger heart.

Lets keep the forums as peaceful as it is as i believe the reason why we are still wvw-ing is because we enjoy all the elements of wvw. Lets keep it that way, more happy things less unhappy things. We wipe and we get wiped, its part and parcel. Lets not stomp on each other’s pride to boost our own e-ego.

I don’t think it’s good to underestimate JQ and their huge WWW population.

Personally made me sad when we bumped up to 2nd again. Blue is lame color and even though I rarely EB, red has much better position.

Pretty sure SoR has been blue at least 80% of our time spent in tier 1 and 2.

Anet give us a regular rotation in EB and new colors please!

Red will be much more achievable as compared to green definitely =P

Guilds split up, thats part and parcel. Its already a done deal, no point crying over spilled milk. Different people pursue different things, that is why there is such a split in the first place, members made decisions to stay and some to leave. There is no right or wrong.

In the end, everybody got what they wanted, be it staying in JQ or leaving to DB. Most impt is to have fun guys! This episode should be closed by now.

I don’t think any server is able to field all 4 maps full with queue except probably on reset

very lag in WvW or even PVE i got kicked out multiple times
on BGBL

OCX guys are awesome, they do great and able to secure half a BL on their own.

I heard bout a single guild on some SO* server isn’t very well liked by some SO* guilds as well… true?

My suggestion to everyone. Inform everyone to quit WvW by exiting to LA instead of directly logging off GW2 in WvW. Not sure if it works but worth a try.

I believe if you encountered a disconnection by the server, ur player remains in wvw for a good 30 mins. If this disconnetion is often, im sure many spots will be taken up by disconnected users

i keep getting disconnected, will this occupy a wvw slot? i see everyone runs towards a certain direction and hit the wall and im disconnected

Is the culling fix pertaining to lowering cap pop for WvWs? May I know if there is a decrease in the cap?

Is the pop cap in WvW dynamic?

The change was not gradual but rather of a sudden spike/surge in the number of players in WvW. We will definitely need to regrp and replan and probably its gonna take some time to adapt to the changes.

There were some fallouts between some of the guilds. Seems to be like a political power struggle…

For those who are crashing, go to settings and set your fps to 60. it worked for me

If there is another server to join other than CD, I will say TC can be a good choice too. Problem is they are often full too

Really “nice” of people promoting their own server and at the same time putting people down.

I wouldn’t mind if you promote your own server but to put others down really speaks volume.

If you are outmanned in your own server, please do not blame others for winning with numbers. WvW is common sense when you need numbers and coverage.
Don’t go blaming other servers for having more people when you simply don’t have enough but instead focus on getting more players to be involved in WvW in your server(Thats in the past).

With that said, I welcome DB to a refreshing tier 3 and look forward to the new battle against FA/DB in the weeks ahead.

Moved from FC to CD 2 months back, CD has grown and improved tremendously over the past few months.

I also seen increased participation in WvW over the recent weeks.

IOJ had a mass exodus of guilds and about half of those guilds have moved over to FA, and the above post just shows the kind of people we see in forums. Chest thumping and at the same time putting people down.

I do see potential in CD if we can be consistent in our WvW showing.

huge difference it made… im guessing more than 50% of IOJ that shifted out are those that are WvW centric… becos im guessing dropping tiers has no impact to those PvE guilds out there

It is evident that CD has become the target of both BLs just by looking at the map. Left side is always harnessed by FA and right by IOJ.

IOJ has been constantly aiming CD for sometime now and likewise CD on IOJ. FA as they claimed being outnumbered tends to be a bit more passive by attacking whatever others are attacking resulting in seemingly a “double team”.

Another view is that CD’s defense is not as great as the other servers whereby there are scouts in their neglected BL and often theres not a single CD within camps towers to notify incoming attacks which make us an easier target compared to the other servers.

perhaps if we do manage to dmg the thief, the number should show…

The 1st placing will always want to ensure they have a healthy lead of 2nd place, where 2nd place will think of reducing that lead. 3rd placing will want to be more objective and aim where 2nd place is at. Therefore, being in the middle will always suffer a 2 pronged attack.

We had a healthy lead from 3rd placing yesterday but when the score is this close, seeing that TC has gotten themselves a bigger lead and FA closing on us, the next logical thing to do is to safeguard our own interest first which is to maintain 2nd before aiming for 1st. Speaking just for myself tho, not a commander or guild leader~ Just a capt obvious!

Those who posts at the forums probably can’t play for some reason or don’t wish to play becos of getting outnumbered. Its an avenue for the winning team to boost ego and the losing team to whine…

There lies one problem, the people that think winning is everything.

So when your numbers don’t help you win, why don’t you guys try anything other than smash harder or give up? Edit: I hate to be the person saying this (again) but it’s one of the reasons you moved down the tier. You’re winning against populations with fewer numbers but when you face the same thing, you get your face kicked in and seem to not learn anything.

well, people are complaining CDs are using numbers to win.

And stop asking CD to stoop to a lower level by restricting our own numbers just to play your game. Why not complain about you guys not having the numbers and try to bring it up so that we have a level playing field?

For ppl who keep complaining about 10-1, go find another 9 from your server.

if we take a step back and look at the conversation from a 3rd person perspective, we are all losers in 1 way…

WvW is always a numbers game when you need team effort and coordination, something you can never do without the sufficient numbers.

We have been outnumbered against other servers before but us not getting the numbers should not discredit the other servers for winning over us. Instead of asking them to reduce their number to fight us, we should probably increase our own numbers to fight them.

As for the “fight club”, shouldn’t it be done in SPVP? You can’t set your own rules in WvW and expect EVERYONE to follow. There are specific avenues for you to play with those set of rules, if you choose to play SPVP in a WvW environment, chances are there will always be people opposing to what you do and there is little you can complain about.

What constitute a no-fun guild? Not having fight club? Its subjective, to me having fun with server mates is to secure our objectives and win the game, not having some personal fun 1v1-ing in a WvW environment.

Those are my personal opinions.

and ppl will start complaning about the advantage that lower tier servers are gonna have. bringing upper tier servers down to their lower level tier to play

transfers work both ways, guilds transferring to a winning server and guilds transferring out of a losing server.

you don’t need guilds joining your server but its the same impact as guilds leaving the opponent’s server

Actually, cd has pretty much lotsa cmders during NA primetime but they are not in wvw. Having commanders without troopers mean nothing. Only during our asian primetime theres a few commanders together with their guild capping and fighting
