Hidden Arcana LS did not complete or give my character a reward to move on.

Still unresolved.

I recently completed the Hidden Arcana step of the LS, ( by recent I mean a couple weeks ago) I was in a party with a guild mate. At the conclusion of the story, he received the rewards for completion. I did not. We had gone through every other step together. I submitted a bug report through the client, and I also submitted a support ticket. I am writing this now, because I just received an email from support asking me to rate my “support experience”. YOU HAVEN’T FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Bad support.

Maybe someone could just adjust my LS so I can move on to the achievement portion? god I am sick of this “game”

OH, and btw if there wasn’t 30 minutes of fluff at the beginning of that story step I might just go through it again, instead of waiting on support to fix their glitches.

This heart is broken for me also, when NPC hands you ‘potion’, you become unable to move.

god this game is becoming more trouble than its worth…

I’m trying to play this game! But you won’t let me. First one part of my personal story glitches preventing me from continuing until you fix it after 3 days. And now I get to Rat-tastrophe and the story stalls after I kill the destroyers. I tried 3 times and it fails at the same place every time.

This new trait system, in my opinion is poorly thought out. I can not get the traits I want because I can not get through the storyline. Or I am not on at the correct time to get the traits that require a Zerg to acquire! Traits should be a personal acquisition, not relying on others to obtain.

I do not have enough skill points or gold to buy this many traits, while others in my guild and people I play against already have all the traits unlocked. My character is at a handicap.

This rant could have been better. but I’m worn out from all the bugs in this game, and the lack of effort put forth by the developers to fix them. Stop adding new stuff until you fix the old stuff. Especially if the new stuff is just going to add more bugs. Transfer your Gemstore team to Bug Fixing, close the gemstore until you get the bugs fixed if you have to.
All the advertising in the world will not keep your business afloat if you are selling a lemon of a product.

Just fix the dang personal story.

I have zero mail in my mailbox. This bug is not from a full mailbox.
I put in a support ticket yesterday. I have not gotten a response. ( ironic…)

1. There is no mail for me to read.
2. The person I was running the story with, moved on to next step fine, NO mention of any mail. ( Identical story, and character creation)
3. The Content Guide setting in the Options menu does not remove my personal story ( which I can’t continue) from the upper right hand corner of my screen.

I am also suffering from this problem, the client does not remember passwords across restarts.

I was thinking about this the other night… the difference between gw1 and gw2 is:
They made guild wars 1 and it was a cool game, then they added stuff to it, they expanded it.
Guild Wars 2, they started with a game that was too big, and now they are removing/remaking content. Fixing bugs and exploits, trying to make stuff work just well enough to be playable. They do a Feature patch, its not an expansion of the foundation of the game, but rather a alteration of the game. making it unrecognizable from the original.

Discipline Trait line, Mobile Strikes X.
Movement skills break immobilize.

What does that mean? What is a ‘Movement’ skill, and how many times does it work? Could the dev’s please be a little more informative?

How do I know when I haven’t talked to the correct NPC, or the event is just not activating because of a Bug? This game is so frustrating, its not fun.
Is there any way to get a written log of what I need to accomplish to achieve the goals that are stated for the story?

I am 4/5 of an achievement, How do I know what the 5th part is? Is that part broken? How can I find out what to do next?

There is a word for what I am asking, but I don’t know what it is. Intuitiveness? Maybe I am just too stupid to play this game, I don’t know.

I’ve said it before, this game is a Ferrari, with no engine – it is really pretty though.

Anytime I run up hill or even at an angle, this is visible. I do not have to change my camera angle on purpose for this to be seen. You assume I am a guy? I doubt any of the perverts who play this game would take the time to post a screenshot and request a change. But I bet they do enjoy this glitch.

Can we fix this please, It looks like I split my underwear down my buttcrack.

I think the general consensus is that keys are extremely unlikely to get you any monetary reward, and very unlikely to get you an aesthetic reward. ( i’m not really a fan of skins, my eyesight isn’t good enough to see them)

I see no reason why a key couldn’t be added to the higher level dungeon rewards.

Is it because they are a low level item, more fitting for a level 10 personal story?
Or are they just a 1337 item that you should have to buy with gems?

So it takes me, from character creation, to completely empty inventory 30 minutes to farm one black lion key. I know there are people who can do it faster than that. I suck at this game.

I was about to start a run and a guildee was asking for people to do a run of AC dungeon. Someone asked how long the run takes – he replied 15-30 minutes.

Made me stop and think. I could do a run of a dungeon and get the rewards from that, or I can do another key run.

Which reward is worth more to you?

Would more people be doing dungeons, and discontinue the mindless repetition of key farming, if they could get a BL key from it?

I think it would be more fun. What do you think anet?

I think this is an awesome idea!
Anet doesn’t seem to currently have a seamless way to incorporate the games such as keg brawl etc. into guild wars 2, They put them on a rotation because they didn’t know how else to keep them, without actually keeping them.

By giving more control to guild leaders they will be killing 2 birds with 1 stone, they will empower the player base, making them feel like they are part of the game ( not just forced to do it for achievement points) and they will make those mini games more fun.

Our guild can then give rewards to the winning person/team – (something a little more gratifying than a worthless green weapon)

I think anet devs should get together with guild leaders, guild leaders are really the ones holding this game together after all.

I seriously doubt you will get a response from any developer on their biggest fail that is Tequatl.
