Lol this guy is from Dragonbrand. My guess is SoR or BG has approached his guild and is offering to pay them. I know SoR has been making their rounds with the oceanic/sea guilds in T2 recently, not too sure whether BG has been doing it as well (though I wouldn’t be surprised if they were).

The state of NA T1 is just plain sad.

Yeah looks like we’ve been hearing the same things. I have heard from multiple contacts on multiple servers that SoR is offering massive amounts of gold to OCE and SEA guilds. They already bought a bunch of guilds, what is a few more?

It has been bugged since the patch where they changed the values. It doesn’t seem to add the crit for me until I enter a new zone or it keeps it on after removing signets, etc.

Ok so i went back and watch the vid. All I seen was a lot of fights that were cut off in the middle with no real winner. Here is a nice picture from earlier today of BG running away from their tower as we cap it without resistance.

BG was outmanned at the time and had multiple towers being attacked at once. If you notice, they are running to the other tower.

I’m still laughing that you thought a screenshot of the 10 ppl on the map trying to defend multiple objectives was going to be a good chest thump.

Unfortunately the game was not designed in such a way. And it will never be that way short of a complete and total overhaul of WvW as a game mode.

I used mace/shield and greatsword, with about 75% crit dmg. Use unsuspecting foe to get 100% crit chance and forceful greatsword for more damage. If you need extra stability, Last Stand trait is an option.

Try coming out of your towers once in a while BG. The only time I see you out of them is during SEA and Oceanic when u 1000man map blob every map all at once, and even then you still drop field siege.

Theres two parts to T1: JQ Has both.

Theres #’s/Covarage: in which TC has more of then JQ.
Theres t1 t tactics on how to take a t3 sieged up keep with 15 sup.
AC;s inside firing down.

For coverage – TC Wings t1 Covrage
For Tactics – JQ Wings by objective knowledge by far

Honesly, I cant remember the lsat time TC came and got a BG/SoR keep. This is a big part in ppt as commander need to grow up and learn how to take a t3 garry wihth 5000 AC;’s It can be done. There are select commanders on BG that can do it, and there is 2 guilds on SoR that have vasp expereince in takign t3 Garri keeps.

They might have people but until they l;earn to schout/siege./coordinate how to troll the cirlce they can never fully immigraate into the t1 community as much sa we love them as competitiors.

when people play for the fights, tjeres two types, open field, and kitten chaos trying to take a borderland garry. well if TC Cant take garry, they arent reallty running what the T1 metta’shave learned to due best. JAHA has proved he can many times, stop rating coverage over server gwg knowledge.

I don’t know about this week as I havn’t been on much, but the previous time when TC faced SoR, and SoS; TC nabbed SoR’s garrison at least 3 times when it was T3. (I was a part of it, and we were outnumbered as well)

I do agree, TC probably shouldn’t be in T1, it has nothing to do with skill because frankly, when we face SoR and BG (at least in prime time when I’m on), we have no trouble taking them down in open field fights, even if were outnumbered. TC shouldn’t be in T1 because they don’t like to mega-blob everywhere. TC at most runs with maybe 35 people max in a zerg with the rest of the map being havoc groups or small group roamers. Usually it’s only 25-30 to a zerg.

The numbers we put forth tell the story; traditionally TC numbers are stronger during the week (as opposed to the weekend). The previous match-up (before queen’s jubilee), it seemed 3 out of the 4 maps I’d log into during prime time, we were outmanned, which is unusual. Then when you look at reset night where the numbers are even, what do we see; TC with a healthy PPT lead for 90% of the night.

Reset night, where all 4 maps are always que’d, we see where TC stands with even numbers; but because TC doesn’t like to mega-blob around in SoR does, they really shouldn’t be there. I cant comment much on BG because they only seem to come out at night when everyone is sleeping.

I like Blackgate. They’ll actually do open field fighting… without dropping open field ac’s and siege creeping. They are also far more respectful than SoR… who are often disrespectful to their own players from the ones I’ve talked to.

honestly most hardcore wvw guilds (like ZN the one i am in) spend every waking hour in the game WVWing. it gets boring fighting the same stuff over and over, GVG keeps guilds like mine alive, it gives us a challenge vs just blob vs blob, ninja camps and towers, and defend for no reward but feeling we did something useful the 4-12 hours we spent in wvw that night.

if there was no GVG happening in WVW there would be no few guilds left in gw2 let alone wvw. and when /if they add a GVG system (which i really hope they do because it would make setting these kitten things up so much easier)i feel WVW will be taken alot less srs and might possibly die. just my opinion as a hardcore WVWer

I am sry to hear that is the state of EU wvw, but it’s prolly the reason iron went to sor. Here on na we have amazing wvw communities that fight hard every day and night. lol about the gvg I doubt they would dumb down there own content when its a the masterpiece it is, but if they ever did I think you would find that it’s trash you talk about being tired of wvw imagine an instance where only 20 guild member could enter you would be in que for hours your two groups would smash into each other then its back to que. Imagine trying to maintain a 20 man roster have you guys even thought about these things its soo funny. After a losing streak how many players do you think you would lose? kitten think of how many guild members you would lose over it.

@ benjimen About coverage the top servers all have 24 hour coverage we each have strengths in diff time zones and for the most part very skilled commanders. Each week is a battle of who wants it more. It makes me sad that in tier 3 you don’t even try or at least that is the way you make it sound because on black gate we fought tooth and nail to rise through each tier not so long ago. Hopefully your just a bad representation of the people who put time in on your server.

Great video of RE and TW trying to wipe us at the same time. We utilized the bridge as a choke with the numbers they had on us. The fun part was positioning RE and TW between each other during the fights. Was a hot of a time.

Just a fyi type thing since I know a lot of warriors use these. It actually properly adds 5% to the Hero Screen now so make sure to not add an extra 5% like we used to.

It didn’t work for like a year straight.

(tested in spvp only, can anyone confirm other game modes?).

Also, note that when I mentioned the hit box, it was in response to the post before mine. I didn’t have time to quote and make it fancy. I’m fully aware that it’s not completely to do with the hit box.
