So far autobalanced players got the win bonus whichever team won…
Yeah, sure it might be abused on gloryfarm maps…

BUT!
What will prevent players from leaving after being autobalanced to the losing team now??? There were way too many leavers even so far… what should we expect now?

I kept pushing voulenteer button, being even proud of myself if i could change the tide, so i could pick it as a challenge to increase my reward without risking it. But now I’m gonna belong to those “lets find another match” heroes…

I also discovered that boxing gloves got a transformation effect gaining the very same appearance, which i think isn’t fair towards everyone who has this precious tonic.

Gives 3 minutes of 5%dmg reduction on mounting. Duration can be stacked up for 24minutes. It is not removed upon entering WvW.

With the introduction of wardrobe system, will we get both armor sets unlocked, or those who were not r30+ will never have the PvP version of the skin? Will those function as different armor sets, probably getting a name change?

  • report afk/idling for botting as there is no other option that woud fit more -> they tend to keep moving to avoid autodetect kick
  • add GW1 feature: /resign
    4 reports on an afk player should count as +1 resign.

  • What kind of issue are you specifically having that could be related to lag?
    - When i use a skill that goes on cooldown, it won’t recharge untill the lag is over.
    - Buffs do not expire.
    - Thiefs have some weird initiative regen issues instead of the cooldowns.
  • What server are you on?
    - Seafarer’s Rest
  • Has there ever been a time when you or a friend are experiencing lag, while others in your party are not?
    - No. It’s about using skill or not. If I hold my cooldowns for later in the fight i can easily kill people who has already used all their skill, thus he cannot do anything but running around.
  • Has there ever been a time where one party in a map is experiencing lag, while other parties in that same map are not?
    - No.
  • Do you experience the lag at very specific times?
    - 50+ vs. 50+ -> Lag on all parts of the map
    eg. There was a massive fight at Borderland Garrison, it took a couple minutes for the southern-most supply camp Supervisor to lose its buff AFTER the 5 minutes duration.

How about removing all the confusion proc parts, and leave the rest (confusion duration) for the mesmers?

Most of the problems with perplexity is based on the “apply confusion on hit/interrupt”… so any profession can benefit from it without investing anything… thief.. necro..? RIP good game…

Please consider reducing pet aggro range, if it gets so many boosts.
Pets will just hunt down players, even if their master has no clue abut where his opponent is.
e.g.#1 I’m getting outnumbered at clocktower, so i stealth and leave through the window, “phew it was close, i hardly survived with 2k hp” then le pet finds me from nowhere and kills me with one hit. After its owner loaded the node he just has to look around for popping numbers to find me. …

e.g.#2 Not much to explain on this… just calculate the way the pet had to run from the roof to get to me.

Same here… for an hour my whole team in fractals had delay lags, then i got dc, and cant log in.

Agony Resist decreasing bug

When i’m dead in fractals and i change weapon or any accessory that has AR in it, it will reduce my total agony resist by the amount in that item.
I need to stay out of combat to restore my total agony resist by taking off all ascended items, but this is pretty hard to achieve if i’m at boss fight revived by teammates.

Is there some plan to break heavy classes’ dominance over pve?

Cause this game was supposed not to have a trinity to avoid people having to wait for specific classes to do parties…yet all we can find in the lfg is “looking for guardian” or “looking for warriors”, as they are the only wanted classes.

AoE dmg should be decreased compared to Single target dmg, to break the hundred blade warriors only meta.
Or at least include some “heretics” in the living story who terrify warriors by telling them the truth about Hundred Blades: the popping big numbers aren’t the actual dmg on hit, but the dmg dealt since the activation of the skill.

Maybe if they acknowledge this, there will be less “lfg fractal – no necros” party advertisements.

When “the match starts soon” is announced, the trebuchets and gates get repaired, but there is 3-5 second before ppl get ported back to spawn, so they can abuse this making gates/trebs being destroyed at start….
And there’s still not a report option “exploiting”, so what could i do? uninstal?

Great solution except when the one coming to the same node will follow you instead of loading the node… then i angrily turn back, and s/he stops, wondering why did i turn back…

Because literally almost every other game ever, especially most “triple A” titles, that have node capture game modes teach players that stacking on the capture point decreases the time it takes to capture it.

That, and Guild Wars 2 has no tutorial or any sort of explanatory device in game that ever tells players to the contrary.

I mean, we still have players who believe that channeled skills are showing you “per hit” damage instead of a running total, and things like this are supposedly less complicated?

I totally get the frustration, but it would be a much different issue if there was a game mechanic that explained these things to new players, instead of just throwing them into the mix and making them figure everything out on their own.

Now, for propositions:

- build variety + benefits are not worthy: packed toghether cause my proposition is aimed at both. Better benefits shouldn’t be “MOAR POWER”. More utility/convenience. And you’ve done it with legendary stuff so there is no “technical limitations” excuse now.

Exactly.
Character progression in Dungeons is not progression.
Current dungeon running requirements are DSP & dodge well or kick.
And it’s reasonable because it’s the best /fastest/ way to do them.

  • Support skills/traits should be improved further or more should be added so it’s worth to bring them to dungeons – like guardians’ empower. (thief venom share is not viable because mobs die faster than they could be reapplied to the next mob)
  • In the current meta if some profession does not have needed skills (reflect/projectile block at necro? anything beyond stealth at thief? massive aoe dmg at ranger?) they are excluded from certain parts of the game.
  • Dungeons’ / later Elite Dungeons’ (fow, uw etc) mobs and bosses should be more defensive and deal more damage than being able to faceroll by 5 berserkers. Don’t make them defensive by invulerable buffs, but add them high healing power and constant boons that should be removed/counterplayed by players. Like… the Legendary Imbued Shaman in Fractals, or Kanaxai in GW1. Maybe allow them to dodge, but not like rolling in a place if the are immobilized…. that’s just not counterplay.
  • Defiance should be a 10sec long boon applied by CC, stacking up 5 to 10 times and when reaching the maximum it would gain stability and outburst for aoe dmg and 500range aoe blowback in 100range radius. Maybe use this in PvP too?

What I personally would like to see:

~ Improved & reworked rank finishers to make them look more astonishing and incredible, with better animations and graphics (currently only shark is cool). Phoenix and tiger from gw1 are better than gw2 finishers.

As an improvement for rank emote, its animation should be tied to character (instead of placing on the ground) so you could take your tiger/bear etc on a walk … GW1 Tiger finisher was even more awesome because of this

offline players are getting auto-kicked after 5-10minutes even if they were the hosts, so the party an get a 5th person instead. So Do Not Kick manually…
being afk but online… is leeching. =(

Please copy the consequent match win reward increase from GW1.
When a team wins in Solo Arena or Team Arena they should be queued up for the next match immediately (leaving queue at this time is allowed) so good teams will have a chance to fight together again as long as they win, multiplying the reward each time.

This would improve ( /create) PvP community , reward good players instead of farmers, also letting high end ranks faster to level up.

Please also add an AFK option to “report” so you won’t have to spend extra time finding out if those players were really botting or just simply AFK.

Because it’s on the second tab of PvP interface, and ALL the new players who open it, they will see “oh? that’s pvp! lets give it a(or more) try”
Most of the low ranked 1-5 players i asked on tournaments didn’t even know that’s it is the ranked game, and they asked where to practice…

Yes, NPCs have the name PvP Browser and Tournament Master, they could function perfectly… except that people enter Heart of the Mists by using the PvP interface, and so do they start looking for matches.

There should be a rank limit like 5 or 10 to enter tournaments, or at least swap the tournaments and the game browser tab’s place on the pvp interface. Please! Now!

Every solo arena win/lose depends on the number of low ranked players (no, i’m not talking about 15 or 20, but 1-3-5 and so) who doesn’t care about leaving, or capturing points, they wander around like ‘what to do here?’ … it’s not only annoying to their team mates, but as an opponent i don’t enjoy killing them…

Tournament is not challenging/fun to play at its current state.

a guild mate just got her first fractal weapon after 650runs, i have 9 fractal weapons with 500 runs (i’m the luckiest in the guild) and none of us got ascended chest… so i think you shouldn’t be so worried about drop rates….
