all these zoo builds make me feel as i was in pve with some trolls abusing friendly fire while im trying to kill a bunch of mobs. I’m not in PVP to fight AI CREATURES…

It’s not the first time that i met full asura teams in tournaments. Even if use tab targeting i can’t follow where are they, spirits and minions obstruct everything, and its not just the rangers and necros, but all asura thiefs and warriors take advantage of this.
I’m not suggesting to ban asuras or increase their size, but please decrease all companion size to maximum half of the tiniest asura…
- It doesn’t work while you move by holding both left and right mouse buttons. Annoys me too. This is an important combat mechanic for mesmers, or thiefs, and i always use mouse for moving in combat this way making “about face” useless….

PvP is just as Armors for Charr characters. They were made frugally, then people didn’t like it, so they don’t play them, then Arenanet neglects the whole thing because they are not popular… oh wonder why?
Everyone should have access to Hall of Monument (except for the gw1 items), where Kimmes The Historian would be selling living story skins and minis for anyone who has completed its living story achievement.

Afaik it is only available by complting the meta achievement. Neither wings of tequatl are available from tequatl chest…
Could you add more acquisition opportunities, so one can get this amazing item for both PvE AND PvP please?

Please add an option to hide both living and normal story from the UI.
- On average laptop resolution they cover quite of lot of space of the interface.
- There’s no reason to do story after lvl50 (BL key) but to hide it, cos its annoying there.
- No one cares about the living story after completing it, but its still on the UI …
They made very few armors looking good on charrs, so not many ppl make charr characters, then Developers say they don’t spend much time on making charr armors cuz not many ppl are playing it… fair point, then remove this race from the game please, and giff me race change potion
i’d love to see this come true… at least instant cast spells should work in mid-air… like necro’s spectral walk. No other profession can survive fall dmg, but necros… i’d like to do the same with other profs too mid-air leap skills would be funny as well … no advanced physics needed in a magic world where changing direction while jumping is also possible :P

mesmer clones’ autoattack won’t summon more clones, and also i think only non-mesmer professions can have unlimited clones because they are not counting illusions above skill bar, like mesmers do.
Haven’t tried it with mesmer yet, just had fun with warrior :P

even if i can’t move/scale UI, it’d be awesome to have the option to turn them off one by one. I’d like to see only the hp bar, endurance bar, and the chat… the rest is just not necessary for enjoying the game.
The target UI is rather annoying at the fire shaman fractal, when i should watch the animation of the boss if it shoots me, but i cant because its hidden behind the target UI…

Can have infinite number of clones, but its absolutely non-exploitable. It takes long time to reproduce, and they are pretty useless: casting mesmer scepter autoattack insted of behaving like warriors, dealing hardly 5 dmg/hit.

I’d like to suggest some more advanced camera options, like ‘follow terrain’. I Often encounter watching only the ground in front me, especially when walking up on a hill, or stairs… The ideal camera direction should be such that i can always see the further most part of the area in front of me, so i don’t run into a bunch of mobs without actually seeing them.
I know this ‘looking at the ground’ camera is to make it easier to place ground targeted spells, but it absolutely ruins the scenery of the game. As you mentioned in the Manifesto, you don’t want people to watch the interface, instead they should enjoy the fight. ~ This could be solved by adding an option to cast ground targeted spells right under the target (exactly how Elementalists’ Dragon’s Tooth, or Mesmers’ Feedback work)
Another thing about cameras. Its height. At short characters, or humans it’s not an issue. But Norns body cover most of the screen, the camera focuses on the middle of its back. @attachment
This problem is present at charrs too, except when they are running on 4 legs.
Please adjust camera height so the characters’ head is in the center of the screen. At the tiniest asura its also weird to look at things from such height

Please make all armor pieces able to be hidden (like helmets and gloves), and add more fur patterns/colors + spikes on shoulders, arms, knees etc to the makeover kits. So… they could look more like the Charrs in GW1. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/File:%22Charr_Group%22_concept_art_2.jpg
This would make charr players buy more gems, rather than being saddened by the armors misfitting/clipping on their characters.

You can already preview them from the PvP lockers. Just try it with CHARR character… seriously… collection of horrible skins just got expanded…
There’s more broken in this achievement line. I do have that Dawn of the Season (do you get that one by only entering a WvW map?) but I also have 6 guards killed. And I don’t do WvW…. I did do the lvl10 personal story (human, commoner), where I killed 6 guards…
This bug is present at about 50% of the story instances, yesterday i used the in-game bug report, but it doesn’t seem to be “on high priority”
Anyways that another bug, that is neglected… i’m here for the dawn of the season achievement 8(
^ yes, cannons get adjusted after 50%, they destroy its wings, and thats why he falls on the rock, and goes to the second spot.

Please fix its texture, it has a white sole part (unaffected by dying) and it is transparent at certain parts. This bug was introduced by the Tequatl patch, then i used the in-game bug report, but it still looks like this…

Are they returning to gemstore? I didn’t notice them so far. They were mentioned in the patch notes:

Please don’t make any style-items at the gemstore available only for a limited time. I want to pay 800 gem for that Mad King costume any time of the year. Same with some Wintersday bundles Those items won’t influence the trading post, but when new players see them, they just wanna buy it at any price.

Conquest mode is kitten. Matchmaking is broken. When most people want to play PvP they either quit to other games or they go to WvW to have fun hunting ppl.

This game has a perfect dmg-or-bunker balance, if you are not skilled enough to evade attacks and focus on dealing damage, then roll a guardian or warrior and just survive and support your team. Being squishy in this game is definitely not for you, if you can’t dodge, nor escape at the right time.
If you observe someone skilled, you will see that the most important thing is to be at the right place at the right time. When you play a berserker thief, most of the time you will have to flee from 2v1 situations (unless they are kitten brainless warriors) and look for teammates in combat, emerge from shadows and kill the opponent of your mate.
You obviously can’t do everything with one build. If u want to be tanky, u have to build for it, and its price will be the -% dmg. Don’t expect A-Net to make (more) professions being tanky, dealing high dmg, and requiring no skill at the same time. (well it’s the minion master necro)

ArenaNet please retroactive remove all the glory obtained in skyhammer since the map has been introduced. Only the farmers will disagree with this, the real players will love you. Please do it.
This is a great solution, but I don’t see how they could do it. Is it possible to determine how much rank points you got from a specific map?
Nobody cares abut glory, all they can get from that are dyes. Or kitten armor/weapon.
The problem is about the rank.
Consider this: If the gear-grind is insane, maybe you are looking at it the wrong way. Maybe the devs overlooked the importance of rewards, but perhaps some players can’t see anything but the reward. It becomes an absurd cycle.
Imagine if all ranks were removed, and only leaderboards existed … .
Those ppl don’t farm it for the rewards. They do it for the rank, for showing off “ima rank 50-70 im so pro at pvp, look i have shark finisher” whilst players playing tournaments are just kitten ed off by insanely slow leveling.
Even if they got only glory for that, i wouldn’t bother at all, they can forge all the stuffs equivalent to their rank, but come on, rank was the only worthy thing a pvp player could struggle for.

- WvW -Small scale guild raids(5-10ppl) could have a chance against blobs, encouraging people to divide into smaller groups rather than risking running with 60men and being wiped by more organized small group of ppl.
Dodging, applying vigor would become more vital, skill could overcome numbers.
Could the engine manage this? I mean removing aoe cap from only the elites would mean a few more arrow cart for the server. /Just like mesmer Feedback?/
- PvE – Dungeons where difficulty scales with number of enemies could be handled more easily – People would really need to consider which elite they pick, and use it wisely.
Elite skills becoming too powerful this way should be balanced by reducing their radius, or if they were applied to the only one target then they should be applied to the target and additional foes standing at the same location. … Or make them having (50-100)charges like conjured weapons, but they would lose stacks each time they hit an enemy.
I could imagine a night effect like in the Ice Elemental fractal’s forest. Not too dark, but fairly limited sight range.

I have 8 fractal skins, 2 of them are staff, and those are the 2 that i never use. They are just nothing special, people won’t tunn around and ask woooo what’s that staff? sword,hammer,bows,gun,daggers are all awesome
If only they copied all Heroes’ Ascent maps and its game types from GW1 I wouldn’t EVER leave sPvP… but they don’t, so i don’t play sPvP.

It would be nice if Obby armor made its way here. As long as Heavy Armor looks better than Warrior’s Obby from 1. Sheesh, that kitten looked horrible.
whaaaat warriors obsidian armour was my favourite set.
I used to love warrior obsidian helmet, but the rest could get some… renovation.
IMO its the elementalist armor that should be copy-pasted into GW2
I feel it highly probable that you are working on the obsidian armor (no sources) since in GW1 it needed Obsidian Shards and Globs of Ectoplasms, that are also available here. I suspect those changes with the karma potions are not ‘just because’. =)
By adding the Obsidian armor set with similar ingredients would restore the value of karma and ecto. /also it could be the first set of ascended armor… maybe?/
