I have been playing spvp mainly where requirements shouldn’t be as high as playing in wvw. However I still suffer of drastically fps drops and slowed animations. I will give couple examples as cannot name the issues in proper form.
If any moment skill is used I might end up teleported to the initiated point of that skill.
Some skills and animations feels completely slowed when engaged in teamfights and sometimes in 1vs1 cases. Which makes very hard to dodge or interrupt the skills which has to be stopped or avoided.
I have been playing this game since Septemper and I have not got such a problems then.

I am trying to updated my drivers as soon as the new ones come out. however that does not help.
Any help to improve my pc’s performance would be appreciated
the point is at pvp i have to depend on luck because i cannot see enemies movement nor animation especially if there is more than 1. as u said this game combat insists on having good reaction and timing if one wants to be any good. at this state as it is now i cannot improve anywhere so far ppl culling out after a sec in spvp matches.
One story, i have been fighting a guardian which used spirit weapon i couldn’t even see him casted it. even we fought 1on1. my whole screen freezes if there is a grenade engineer near me.

It is literally unplayable I cannot act accordingly to the situation since I cannot judge the opponents actions clearly. this is a lagg fest at least for me

Some skills is on delay as well as animation. Sometimes I am jumping to water 2times or double click my skills which is on 0 cd due to delay.

I am haveing a massive lagg spikes after this login server crash. Idk if it is just me or u guys have some problems too
General
The chests that spawn for The Claw of Jormag, The Fire Elemental, and the Volcano Destroyer Boss are now only lootable once a day per character.
Fixed a bug where Daily Rewards were sometimes not being granted after completing five daily achievements.
Fixed a recently introduced performance issue.
Fixed various crash bugs.
Will it fix anyhow
My fps drops so much even to 10 or so. Usually I have about 40-50 but when the any kind of action start i literally can feel how my actions freezes and fps drops to 20. The most irritating part is that in pvp tournaments where are only 10 ppl I still get lagg and fps drop. It’s so annoying. I have been playing gw2 since it’s early release and I did not have so much problems with fps, lagg, and freezing.

Here’s a quick mockup of how I could easily see Ebonhawke converted into a WvW area … Note the gate upgrades to seal in the Lord aren’t there initially and the path in is wide open until the upgrades are done.
I can see it to have a great potential just by looking into the image. Also between two npc in a right corner could be placed an enemies treb which could be upgraded by attacking side. This treb would be able to do damage to defenders and the gates to the lord room. This would add more tactical decisions which could result some significant results depending on players choices. Since defenders need to defend the lord but also attack their treb/s and visa versus as attackers have to attack the lord but at the same time have to defend the trebs. It would add some twist to game philosophy and target priorities.
ps However I would suggest some siege deployment restriction.
And yet we will have no private servers.

Will Anet implement that dead peoples could not be resurrected?

However the whole idea of downstate is to have an options on what to do.

I would much rather appreciate if devs had to put as much resources to pvp game-play. These minor changes could be implemented in a further stage of pvp overall. Since they do not require such an attention right now
In chat box, you can loose the sight pretty easy. Also it does not show conditions’ effect. I suppose it would not be that long since when you are out of combat it starts counting all over again.
After playing in Spvp, I have come to Wpvp. When I am killed, I have to count the hits and what is what in order to know who killed me. It would be for a great convenience to receive the same little board you get when you are killed in Spvp matches

I have found a serious bug. At some point when player is downed a pet would not react to a 3rd command – it does not ress the player. If I am not mistaken it is because you have activated a shout, swapped a pet or used F2 skill right before you die.
It is my theory, I might not be completely right though. However I would like a confirmation.
Because changing your utility to a res ability is amazing skill. Right.
If you choose to ress someone by switching your utility’s skill doesn’t it means that now you are stuck with only two utilities while the third one is on 3 min cool-down..
I could kinda accept with no weapons swapping during the match but why would prevent the utilities swap. There are only 3 main utility skills (I am not counting elite). So the skill cap is not that great. Being able to choose the right skill for the moment had lead players to utilize our professions better
There are wishes to increase the number of utilities from my side if Anet is going to make these changes permanent
I’ve definitely killed players in just a hasted Bull Rush+Hundred Blades combo.
It is a combo. HB warriors they have high burst but they cannot one shot anyone. With an example of a rifle warrior I was referring to the argument at the beginning.
The build is just stats if you are not able to utilize it. By the way, I have only seen rifle warriors ‘one hit k.o someone’.
It was mentioned about ele’s down state in an earlier video conference. They might remove heal from mist form. Also, they might increase the health of downstate by 10% which I am not as confident as if it should be necessarily
I have witnessed same thing. At the beginning of the match one ele rushed our save point. We got her down, at that time none of us 2 was killed who faced an ele, but for some reason the ele rallied.
It happen a week ago or something, so that is why I cannot bring more details. I remember it because it was a very close match and it was bothering me ever since
He teaches how to turn a player into a Moa. In case you will see two Moas one of them is a ranger.
It gives a little confusion for the game thought. Maybe it is because I am not used to yet. But I am pretty sure that to only two colours is the right choice to bring on next update.

Why some one would be still using D/D? In Wpvp it is all about hitting multiple targets unless you are a scout or have, i do not know, a specific role or something. That is not clear for me. What do you guys see from D/X set up?
Or you have traded bow which equals mobility and high aoe dmg for single targeted D/D?

Today I have experienced loading screen bug in the middle of the game. However I was not killed. It just put me to loading screen for no reason and it would not load a thing. I could hear sounds and stuff. This is a new level.
Yes it is a bit annoying when you hit someone in stealth. I do not want to loose opportunities to hit a someone specially if it is a glass canon. Such a minor change would be a a great convenience

However one point I still find irritating. The range of HS it just seems a little overdone compared to initiative cost. But maybe it would completely kill any D/X. Nevertheless, stealth sure is annoying but a thief is still there (he is not immune). Just count to 3 and dodge
It has been irritating me lately. I cannot normally participate in tournaments since 1 of 3 maps I mostly will be stick in loading screen. In hot-joins it is even worse. It troubles me on every map.
However I have noticed that it appears by waves. At least for me.
A day ago I started to suffer from 1-2 seconds lag. As I play mostly pvp it ruins my game completely. I cannot react to opponents actions if i do not see them. It started after the update. Moreover, I doubt that it is my computer problem because it has been working perfectly ever since lag occurred. If ,however, it is my problem. Could anyone suggest a solution?
It makes my game play unbearable.

I have not used any of my invitations yet. Although I was just about to invite my friend. for some reason it is not available. I am not sure why.
