I’m on the EastCoast of NA and have been having those issues for the last 3 weeks. Game is getting worse each day.

Since the update a few weeks ago I have been plagued with severe lag. This is my gaming laptop.

ASUS Rogue, 2 years old and everything is updated.

GPU GeForce GTX 770m
CPU Intel core i7-4700 HQCPU @ 2.40 ghz
Memory 1600 GB Ram ( 15.92 GB available)
Driver 368.81
Windows 8.1

Is it time for a new one..hint hint to husband or can anyone see something I need to address?

Ping isn’t frames per second….. if you have 6-12 fps then you need a new video card.

I wish I was joking but I’m not. The highest FPS I get now is 39 Not normal for my PC. It started since the patch I also get the slow loading of graphics when entering a map. Funny to be standing in the air until the graphics catch up.

The thought of going through the new story instance multiple times on my other characters is not something I am looking forward to. Is there away to do it on one character and skipping it on rest of my characters to get the wp open on the ship?

RNG hates me, thousands of hours in game and no precursor, the grind for mats and forcing me to play parts of the game that I never will. Won’t craft a Legendary, just like I will never finish 2 of the collections in game because the game forces me into fractals, I know my limitations

You need to type /ip in the game.

Take that number and download ping plotter. Put that number in ping plotter. It will show us if it’s Anet or something else. Anet won’t do anything without this evidence.

Comcast in Northeast,USA. The forums seem to be much slower loading also. Not able to log into game.

Ok, I have checked tax laws here in Massachusetts. If the business has an office or warehouse in the state they must charge a tax. Now as of yesterday I was charged a tax on the TP front for gem purchase (never charged a tax before) Does ANet now have an office/warehouse in MA.?
When I purchase a gem card at nearbyTarget store no tax is charged.

The hero Point to the right of Treacherous WP won’t register as done after I have done it over and over.

I did it 1/2 hour ago and no Royal Tradition cheev and have 3 key fragments and chest won’t open. Only tried to open chest 1 time. ( I know we can only open it once a day)

My last resort was to try and restore my laptop back to last month. For some reason it solved my FPS/Ping problems. If any are having those issues give it a try, worked for me

All drivers are updated and have a new router. Comcast is my cable supplier and I live in New England,NA. Comcast has checked the modem,router and wires all are in working order.

I have low FPS and high PING since the last patch/update last week. The game is unplayable and if it isn’t fixed will have to get a refund on the new expansion.

Very disappointed I love this game…….

The wedding dress look awesome on sylvari EXCEPT for the clipping/texture in back of dress. The headpiece fix does work but I don’t want the headpiece to show
Hopefully we get a fix for this problem. 1000 gems is a lot for this item with flaws.

First, this week was the first time we tried private, custom arena in PvP. The first night our dailies worked. The 2nd and 3rd night they wouldn’t finish off the PvP dailies. None of the settings have been changed. Don’t know if you need more info from me but any help would be appreciated.

Another here with Portal stone and no beta character slot, no beta access…

Wow…thought I was an old timer at 52….no offense intended.

I put ancient references in chat to fish out the old fogeys….like lyrics to songs from the 70s and things about 8 track tapes and The Rockford Files….

You have to go back to at least the 50’s and 60’s songs to fish out us older gamers.

Played in stress beta test, beta character slot now gone and tried playing for a beta key this weekend in The Silverwastes (no luck there)…no chest

My error, live and learn and I will be more careful in checking things out in the future. I couldn’t quit GW2 just a heat of the moment statement. Now on to play for fun

I’m almost positive there was a title, I never would have set out to kill 1000 giants if there was no title for completing the list… lol Guess I wasted all that time for nothing now. I need a break from the game before my husband kills me after he finds out I made a horrible mistake

There was a title for slaying giants, fire imps etc. etc. etc. in PVE and the last one was for 1000 giants (God I hate those giants now) and at the time there was a title when you accomplished all of them Now the list has been added to. I know I checked it maybe a month ago and there weren’t any added kills for added enemies, now there is. I’m just bummed for the time I put into that.

I am soo upset..I worked for over a year to get the slayer title and finally finished with the Giant. No title for me!! Come to find out, sometime (recent;y) ANET added more slayer kills to the list. I have often wondered why players quit playing GW2 now I’m a little more understanding…

I must have glitched as I was inside the wall and all the NPCs were outside and there was no way for me to get the flame.

Same here problem here. Couldn’t get the flame, NPCs were behind the wall and I was inside running for my life….

I’m in MA. and have Comcast for internet. The last 2 nights (after 6:00pm) was having disconnects after 15 mins. of game play. Now today 8:00am the problem is back again. I get disconnected after major lag. Haven’t had any log in issues with the game but the GW2 forums load real slow. Not being a techie person I don’t know how to do ping testing any help in that area would be appreciated. I have windows 8. Any other info needed?

It is 7:00pm EST. and the last 2 hours I have been having lag and getting disconnected with 7:11:3:191:101 message. Anyone else having this issue tonight?

TP not working for me @ 8:47 pm EST. I can buy, but not sell anything on TP. Also I can’t send mail. I keep getting an error occurred message.

Must be the good old RNG working against me (as usual) because I am not getting the good stuff like some posters above. I’m lucky to get 1 key for 4 hours playing I get loads of greens and blues, a lot of bloodstone dust and dragonite ore ( which I have to destroy now). After 4 hrs. play I received 3 exotics. Wish I had the luck that other players are receiving lol Please don’t nerf I feel I am already playing a nerf loot game.

Been happening the last 2 hours. In the North East and is 6:43pm… I get to game for 5-10 mins. and then the Client Lost Connection CODE=7:11:3:191:101 pops up.

Nice to know so far we are all in the same boat..low numbers …I haven’t seen anyone with the title for this achievement. Wonder if anyone has it. I now have 44 mind numbing, grinding Giants. I am going to tame my OCD and pass on grinding this one out. Maybe those with the power (cough,cough) will realize the mistake and lower the number needed. 1,000 just boggles the mind when they are sooo scarce in the game.

Please tell me it is a misprint and we don’t need 1,000 Giants. I am ..cough,cough.. 67 and it will take me 2 lifetimes to get 1,000. I only have 15. I have the other requirements completed.

What annoys me the most (besides the size, too transparent) is it only stays equipped for 60 minutes. If you waypoint or take too much damage, it is gone and have to equip again and again.
