agreed, harsh DP on lord (timered), or just put 5 min cd buff on lords, after 1st res.

I kind of like the “res the lord” strategy (when used occasionally, not to ensure long hour+ fights), so I’d prefer a death penalty, that way you can still have good fights with maybe up to 3-5 res in competitive scenarios.

easier on thief than necro, but both work just the same.

I wonder if a recent patch bugged something? I got 40/40 and 10/10 on day one, no issues.

took like 2 days… couldn’t play a ton though, probably can be done in a day…. even ALL the achieves outside of the mists shouldn’t take more than about 4 days.

Love the thread, I’m new to guardian and just hit 80… still not sure what armor I want.

primary : PvE + dungeon + fractals, hammer/scepter+torch(or focus)
secondary: WvW, mostly EB in medium to large scale fights (aoe tagging and support), Staff/any

I have at least a stack of each dungeon token, some more than others. Down to 2 stacks of badges (can’t do full invaders), and running low on cash so i’d prefer dungeon tokens to buying crafted.

I’d still like to see a post showing the offset of effectiveness between healing power for AH, and damage via either power or crit %/chance.

Whats the minimum healing power to be effective with AH?

predator? charrzuka? super hyberbeam alpha? spectral wave modulator?

300+ hours running baelfire runes and I’ve never seen it proc. Gotta be broken… haven’t changed runes because I’ve just been undecided in what I want to do

with a hard coded invisible cooldown it does not matter if it proc’s at 8 percent or 80 percent… you’re still waiting on cooldown.

medium charr armor situation is laughable… i’m running COF, but only because it’s the only set that doesn’t make me want to puke (even though it’s pretty terrible)

You can use this to get to LA from anywhere at any time.

as with all build links, you need to copy/paste…. but in this case I might not even bother.

roots are a joke, press Z, 1, 1. There’s your root breaker, no wasted utility skill. Of course on that fight you can stand to the side raining arrows and ignore the roots, even if you’re bound.

But I will agree that LR needs to be fixed to include that. Last night was my first TA run and I foolishly brought LR thinking that would be helpful :*/

Are you on Sorrow’s Furnace? I’ve been running the name Marshmurellow for 4-5weeks now, haven’t seen any others on my server

I LOVE the murellow, excellent balance between damage and tank, and helps to keep poison on enemies.

After the shortbow nerf though, I find myself running RaO with a jaguar for high crit damage, and a Bear for tank and condition removal (great for dungeons)… So, sadly, the SB nerf has made me shelve my absolute most favorite pet in the game. If I didn’t have to switch to super squishy for high crit dmg I wouldn’t absolutely need cond. removal and there’s no way in hell I’d be using the bear.
