Another great tactic is to drop a Feast of Seaweed Salad in open field and wait around the corner. The moment a zerg comes over to eat the food (usually stacked on the food), veil bomb them from around the corner. Works every time.
Hahaha this is funny. Glad to see Anet out having fun as well in the game they work so hard on!
I have definitely done this tactic as a commander many times. It works well, but only against goofballs. Good players can tab through the food fast enough and hit the Tactic still.
The funny part is, I use Feasts of Clam Cakes. So all those guys hitting F near the tactics now replaced their good food with 10% magic find. :-D
Bumping up as we are recruiting still! Looking to fill a 2nd raid team possibly for late NA. Our main raid team is slowly progressing towards beating our first Raid boss. We got to raiding much later than many in GW2, so for us, its a brand new experience still!
Interested in drama-free, friendly, and clean gaming? We are based upon Christian ideals, as our membership is 98% born-again Christians.
Chariot of Fire is still actively recruiting! We are a diverse group of members that share a desire for a family-friendly gaming environment. What this means is:
– No drama!
– No cursing!
– No disgusting talk!
– No disrespect!
– No elitism!
We base our values on the values given in the Word of God, as our foundation as a goal is in Jesus Christ. To many, this may seem weird, but we are a faith-based group, and we have successfully been involved in the Guild Wars community for 10 years now!
We have a strong active core that do WvW nearly nightly, either by scheduled guild raids, guild havoc, or supporting other commanders on the map. We are semi-coordinated in our approach to WvW, which means we value leader-led coordination with strong optimal builds, but we are not elitist towards those that are just learning the ropes or cannot afford the best gear just yet. We love to teach, mentor, and help each other get better as players and in their builds!
Our latest endeavor has been in Maguuma raids! We are starting with Spirit Vale, learning the tactics, gearing up our characters to be optimal (using qT builds), adapting to our team composition, and improving slightly each raid night. Currently we have enough participants with the right gear to have one raid team, one night a week. Our approach is coordinated, and gear is important in raiding, unfortunately due to the design by ArenaNet. That being said, we have assisted each other to learn, farm materials, and build up our characters to be the best they can be for the raiding team!
We are at a point where we could add a few good solid, active individuals. We value social activity, such as TS participation, chat participation, forums collaboration, and maybe even Facebook communication (not required). In a nutshell…we value playing as a team, staying in communication, and working together to improve…in a family friendly environment based upon Christian values!

We have had an exceptional month of growth! We have added a selection of 8-10 new members, which include two husband/wife teams! They all integrated quite well, are actively engaged on Teamspeak and in activities, and contribute to the community we are striving to build!
God is gracious! With that, we have increased our average persistant attendance for our WvW raids to 15-18 members once again, with about 20-25 participants as members come and go to manage family tasks and other obligations. Now, just to train up another commander, so we can add on a second official raid day.
There is some talk about coordinated open world meta activities and other PvE possibilities for events. We shall see what unfolds as our members are starting to get more involved in leading activities. Great growth, both in numbers and in quality within the guild.
We are still recruiting for Born-Again Christians looking for a family friendly home. We also accept applications from those that may have differing faith backgrounds but value the family-friendly environment we are building here and are looking for this same type of atmosphere. If this applies to you, then visit http://christianfire.enjin.com and fill out an application!
Hey bud! I am Xivor, the Guild Leader of the Chariot of [FIRE] Christian guild, based primarily on Northern Shiverpeaks, but with members on many other servers. FIRE has been around for nearly 10 years now between the first Guild Wars game and GW2, and we are still running 160+ strong. Many Christian guilds have fallen to the wayside as members get lesser active or move on to other games. We have had a revolving level of activity between older and newer players alike that has allowed us to continue to thrive over the years and still one of the more active Christian guilds in the game.
We are a PvX guild. We do have a fairly decent coordinated WvW group that does regular WvW raids and havoc runs, but we do not consider ourselves a WvW guild. Most of our players are PvE-centric, and many of our WvW players grew out of PvE into doing coordinated WvW amongst Christians, which is a rarity. We have an active base that use Teamspeak for group coordination and fellowship. Since we are primarily based on NSP, we actually have a set of channels on the Northern Shiverpeaks Teamspeak server. However, you do not need to be on the NSP server in order to use the TS server with us. We have members that join us for PvE activities on TS all the time!
Our focus is fellowship and community. We have 4 main tenants that we strive for, as described in our guild vision: “Chariot of Fire is a Christ-centered, family-friendly, fellowship-oriented, community-minded guild, which is focused on building and strengthening relationships through group activities and cooperative, fun gameplay.” This description describes us. Period.
If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me here, or message/PM me in-game at xivor.8754. I will be out of town on a business trip for the next 4 days starting tomorrow, so it may be best to reach me here this week. However, we do have other officers that could also assist you in-game.
If interested, we have an application on our website, located at http://christianfire.enjin.com. Just fill that out, and our officer team will review and vote on your app ASAP! God bless!!!
https://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Herald_-_Condition_Mallyx_-_
This is a good place to start. Condi Mallyx rev’s have been coming about to both support the condi meta…and to provide the main counter to the condi meta…resistance.
I wholeheartedly agree. As a commander, when I started in my early days. I would run full defensive/healing, and I would hit like a wet noodle. I was surrounded by players with much less armor and vitality, but I was full tank. I was of the mindset that commanders should be the last to die, commanders should be able to endure, blah blah blah.
I learned that as I played, I was often pushing forward and my team was dying all around me. Yet, I was sustaining perfectly fine. I would get frustrated at them and keep trying to get my guildmates to gear up better, play better, use their heals better, etc.
One day, I caught myself taking over for someone else that died, and I was on a balanced frontline build that I used for DPS with just enough armor and vitality to hold my own. I noticed that when I pushed, I could not push as deep, as fast, and as hard as I wanted. But, I noticed that my team was right on my tails, and we rolled together. It dawned on me that my issues was not that my guild mates were that much more inferior…but that my tankiness gave me a security that they did not have.
Since then, I run the same builds my guild runs, whether it be a marauder + durability rune armor set, a crusader’s + mercy rune armor set, etc. I play like they play. Because, when I push into a group…and it is hot for me…then I know it is hot for them, too. If I cannot endure, then they cannot endure. Since then, even though I run a less defensive armor set…our group endures a lot more. Sure, I no longer am the “last man standing” as it used to be. Now, we endure together, and I no longer give myself this false sense of security in battle that everyone can withstand like I can.
So, in answer to your question…look at the “meta”. Look at your guild composition. See what you want your frontliners builds to be like. I run marauders + durability on my guardian, and I run crusaders + monks right now. I focus on stat points over pure tankiness. I used to aim for 3k armor + 20k hp, with 33% crit chance and as much power as possible. Now, due to condi meta, I aim for 2.8k armor, 22k+ hp, and still hitting 33% crit with over 2k power. On my guard, if running a mercy build, I aim for 1200 healing power. I gear up based upon our group comp, and based off stat goals. And I am no longer pure defensive.
Also, the sign of a good commander is good usage of active defense measures…blocks, leaps/teleports, heals, callouts for resistance/stab/protection/frost aura, etc. The team as a whole and their playability will outdo any single pure tank commander.
Had an outstanding raid yesterday…ran 17-20 FIRE the entire night and held down EB as main tag for the first half of the raid and then switched to take/pressure keeps in main opponents BL. Great activity brought us a lot of bags and a lot of fun! Not many groups of Christians that can bring an organized presence to the battlefield, with both experienced and new WvW players working together!
Many commanders, self included, have a specific composition in mind that has optimal spreading of boons and other buffs on a per-subsquad basis. Many of these skills/boons/buffs are coordinated, and called for on a specific basis. For example, Guardian 1 is there to provide the first stabilty and purge, while guardian 2 provides the 2nd stab and 2nd purge. That stability prioritizes those in the subsquad. Those that are trying to be a full part of the team, coordinating to their fullest on the common method of voice communications. There are many other buffs from various classes, such as auras, spotter, etc, which many of prioritize subsquad first.
I cannot see how you can be upset that the commander wants his organized team to take precedence for the buffs they coordinated together. Or that he places together based upon voice callouts on TS. You don’t want to be part of the team, whether you cant be due to whatever reason or you refuse to be, then do not expect to be held at equal level as everyone else in the squad.
I run in WvW without TS all the time. I have no expectations of being placed in an organized subsquad, but I am pleased when I am. But, I am not upset when I am not because I am not running the way they are. I am just joining them in-game and I get what I get.
What to expect from FIRE social activity?
========
- Family Friendly gaming environment
- Occasional faith-based discussion (we are a Christian guild primarily, so to be expected!)
- Weekly prayer meeting (share requests and pray over them)
- A dedicated group of 30-40 Teamspeak users that form the majority of our WvW efforts and coordinated PvE
What to expect from FIRE PvE activity?
======
- A ton of casual solo and small-group PvE, coordinated primarily in guild chat
- Semi-coordinated TS PvE activities among the TS users
- Weekly Guild Missions (Mondays)
What to expect from FIRE WvW activity?
========
- 13-16 member + pugs Weekly commander-led WvW raid on Saturdays
- 4-8 member WvW havoc; non-commander led, and unscheduled, yet consistantly done
- Consistent WvW support to other WvW tags, most notably PB’s commanders
- Occasional off-hours pug commanding from Xivor or Dark Blue
What we are looking to grow in?
- More social family-friendly members that are avid TS users and want to participate in group activity
- 4-5 more dedicated WvW-primary players with good WvW builds to round out our core. Non-elite attitudes and willing to support other tags while we slowly boost up new commanders from within. Looking for Guardians, Elementalists primarily. Looking for the willingness to adapt builds and playstyle to fit guild composition.
- 5-10 more PvX members willing to do WvW on a casual basis. Willingness to adapt builds and accept assistance from primary WvW members in bettering their gear, skill, and tactics.
- 1-2 more WvW commanders to be trained from within
- More coordinated PvE activity (map metas, fractals, a raid team possibly)
- PvE leaders willing to lead weekly activities and willing to push our guild members to participate
=========
No guild is perfect. We aim to become better rounded in our WvW efforts, both in fight tactics, and in supporting NSPPT. We aim to add on one more dedicated WvW raid day, once a commander is trained up and secured to lead it. We aim to increase our coordinated PvE activities, and require those willing to lead. We aim to increase our social activity and usage of Teamspeak for collaboration, planning, and fellowship. We may not be a perfect guild, but we are a forward-moving guild. Whereas many guilds falter when activity levels decrease, FIRE has always maintained a steady activity level through new members coming in, old members going lesser active, and returning members coming back. Our steady ebb and flow has contributed to a stable guild for almost 10 years across both Guild Wars games. Come check us out if you are looking for a family-friendly, Christian guild with a steady WvW core!
VII has seen a lot of growth, it seems. I am not one to want to see my enemies become harder to fight, but I am stoked to see the growth of this guild. This guild that has gained my respect.
I run with the NSP main late NA pug tag nearly nightly, and we are always fighting VII. VII seems to run a solid 25+ core + pugs, which allows their core to operate a very nicely coordinated melee ball. They are hard to beat, have solid sustain, and are very aggressive. Kudos to VII…glad to see they stayed with CD after many guilds left the server. Now that CD is gaining traction again, VII has become the flagship guild of the server, at least from my perspective.
If you are on CD and want a guild that gives their enemy a run for their money, then this is the guild to look at.
Fun times this week! New WvW team-up poses new, fresh fun! Ask how you can be a part of this awesome family-friendly community!
Looking for some good, quality members still! We have plenty of PvE-only players and are really looking to gain a couple more members that are willing to expand their horizons and embrace WvW in a non-elitist, friendly approach to the gamemode. Good gear and meta builds are not required for membership. However, we love those that are willing to adapt in order to improve! We work together as a team to assist each other in gearing up, learning battlefield tactics, and becoming better players are our professions!
Currently, FIRE has 2 experienced driver/commanders that lead weekly, 2 experienced havoc leaders, and one up-and-coming commander that is training. Our focus is always fellowship over performance, and we strive to find a balance between good fights, and increasing server PPT for the match score.
WvW only players are not necessary. We are not a hardcore WvW-only guild. We are a PvX guild that has a ton of PvErs that do small group activities, and a core of 25ish that really enjoy WvW on a regular basis. Our Saturday commander-led raids receive an average ongoing attendance of 14-15 as of late, and we often have 5-8 man havoc groups on other nights.
Family-friendly is a must! We dont want those that get frustrated and curse up a storm with a bunch of expletives! We are a very family-oriented guild and often have little ears near our speakers! And, of course as we are a Christian-oriented guild, we strive to be Christlike in our conversation!
Fill out an application at http://christianfire.enjin.com/page/293091/recruitment if interested! Even if you never want to do WvW, do not let that push you away! We have a guild of over 150, and not all do WvW!
Really, the argument over which is better, a Revenant or a Warrior is a pointless argument. Both have very different roles. In the current meta, Warriors are straight up DPS. They bring strong self-resistance vs the condi meta, and pack a huge punch. Even better as a Berskerker.
Revenants do not do as much damage as a Warrior can, but their role (similarly to the guardian) allows for some decent damage + a lot of team buffs. If running Glint, the Herald can provide all swiftness, most might, and fury to the group. Guardians could essentially free up staff, because empowers and swiftness symbols are not needed, and can run GS/Hammer or Mace/Shield/Hammer. If they run Jalis, they give a nice damage reduction on pushes, and support with additional stability. If they run with Mallyx, then they give an awesome resistance skill, which is pretty much necessary in the current meta.
I think the type of gameplay makes all the difference. I command primarily, so I have spent thousands of hours on my Guardian, and recently switched to commanding on my rev. I have also played Warrior. Warriors hit like a truck, and they can move in deep and tank a lot of damage. But they are not the only member of their team. Rev’s build up the team and allow everyone else to be more effective, in addition to their own DPS. Hammer 2 is solid DPS. Hammer #5 is a nice knockdown. Staff #5 is a nice way to scatter the backline that do not have stability. Desired role means everything. I think they are both great.
Activity has been good! WvW has continued to see a lot of activity as we move through the winter. We are training a new commander, Speedbump, and we have several players switching up their classes and gearing new professions so they can be more adaptable for the party composition.
Every week, we still take a short time to take prayer requests from within the guild and pray with each other. This is the catalyst of the guild, as this builds the bond that we have as Christians.
If you are looking for a Christian guild…or just a family-friendly guild, where you are more than just a number, then check us out. Most of our scheduled activities currently revolve around WvW coordination, however there is a LOT of PvE sprinkled in between. We love to teach on how to best play classes, builds, and roles in PvE and WvW both. It is part of being a community!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and exciting holiday season! We are back in full swing, and are proud to announce that the return of one of our most awesome Commanders, Jordan! We had an awesome time last night with me starting the raid, and him taking over! In addition to our commanding, Eleyna has kept the group going in unscheduled havoc runs at night.
We don’t have a lot of coordinated PvE right now, but tons of casual and small group PvE, and are looking for a few good members dedicated and maybe willing to coordinate some scheduled PvE activities! Open world PvE activities would be the best!
5 new members in the past couple weeks. And they all seem like awesome guys! We are loving the activity of our new members!
We do not accept everyone into the guild that randomly PM’s and asks to join. We have a selective process though our website application that weeds out the lazy and lesser committed potential applicants and brings in quality members. We love the dynamic this has helped us grow our guild!
With nearly ten years in Guild Wars over two games, FIRE has proven itself to be a stable and resilient guild! PM me if you have any questions.
Welcome to the guild, Shaddrach! I look forward to playing with you! Also, welcome our other recent new members, Zera and SpeedBump!
As a player that has had team-ups with Darkhaven and against Darkhaven, I can attest to their pug population. They provided a lot of support to NSP commanders when we were teamed up, and it was very noticeable when our team-up ended. Some decent players on the server.
Darkhaven lost all its anchor guilds. A couple good guilds in each time zone could really make a difference, especially if they run open raids or also pugmand outside their guild’s raid times. These are my observations as a former ally and an opponent of DH!
Good luck, Darkhaven!
Got an old friend in VII (Kead); love poking at him when we battle. As a resident of and a commander on NSP, I will say that I love fighting VII. They are highly skilled and persistent, whatever the cost. One thing that stood out in a fight I had with them was that no matter how many of them there are left, they will battle until the last member of VII is dead. I remember our group of 30+ fighting them in garrison one time, and the last remaining 4-5 stacked up, empowered, and just dove into our group. Sure, they died, but I admire their heart and dedication!
Good guild here. Much respect from me, and I am sure many others on NSP feel the same way.
Hello there! I sent you a message in-game. I look forward to hearing back from you!
Chariot of Fire [FIRE] is a Christ-centered, family-friendly PvX fellowship that is located on the Northern Shiverpeaks server in Guild Wars 2. Originally created in 2007 in the first Guild Wars, the [FIRE] guild has a rich history within the Guild Wars community. Our members share a common goal: to enjoy the game in a God-honoring, family-friendly gaming environment. Our guild is based upon four major tenants that define us:
- GUILD FOCUS -
Christ-Centered
The very essence of our guild is a relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our goal to be a Christ-Centered community and we desire to honor God in all that we do. It is our belief that our faith is primary and our gaming is secondary, and we have a strong hope that others we interact with see Christ shining through us.
Family-Friendly
Our goal is for every member to play in a comfortable environment where they are in control of the conduct they absorb. By maintaining a family-friendly environment, our gaming fellowship is safe for gamers of all ages. We have established a Biblically-based Standards of Conduct that aids in maintaining our family-friendly environment.
Fellowship-Oriented
Fellowship is what drives us to play with each other. We are more than an in-game character, but a real person that lives on past the log-in screen. We encourage fully immersing into the social experience that comes with our fellowship, which includes in-game collaboration, website communication, and Teamspeak communication.
Community-Minded
Jesus met with people where they were at, and He built relationships with those people, regardless of stature. We are not an exclusive guild that wishes to hide away. We wish to build relationships with those in the community around us, and use our Godly example of Christ to positively influence them for Jesus. We regularly interact with others in our server community, and we hope to continue to be highly regarded as a friendly and helpful community.
- GUILD ACTIVITIES -
[FIRE] members engage in group activities in all areas of Guild Wars 2. Our guild has a active footprint in WvW and are steadily working to improve our effectiveness on the battlefield. In addition to WvW, we have a healthy level of casual weekly PvE activities that we engage in. Our desire is to have a healthy balance between WvW raiding and PvE activities. We will accept new members from ANY server, but those that wish to participate in our growing WvW sector will need to be on Northern Shiverpeaks or be willing to transfer to NSP from their current server.

FIRE has seen a few returning members as we embrace the holiday season. It is so great to have the fellowship and fun within our community, and we are thankful for all the blessings God has bestowed upon our guild.
Merry Christmas to you all in the Guild Wars community! And do not forget to look past the gifts, snow, and Santas to recognize Jesus’s birth! He is the reason for the season! If there is anything we can pray for here in FIRE, just message and I would love for FIRE to pray for your needs!

Bumping up. Been a blast lately. Looking for some new friends!
FIRE has been getting a bit more active in WvW once again. At one time, we were raiding several times a week, but with changes in WvW, the new awesomeness of HoT, and changers in the guild, WvW fell to the back burner. Lately, however, we have seen a little surge of activity in WvW once again.
We have one scheduled commander-led raid each week on Saturday evenings, but we have seen 3-4 days a week with havoc teams setting up and running an impromptu activity. We could definitely use a few more Christians that would like more exposure to WvW, whether experienced or brand new. We can teach the tactics, give assistance on builds, and teach the fundamentals of capturing objectives and group fighting. We pride ourselves on having a family-friendly approach to WvW, so if this is what you are looking for, check us out! No elitism, just friendliness!
Our application is at http://christianfire.enjin.com.
Word on the street is, only 25 TW made it over…and Dods wasn’t one of them.
Still recruiting! All play types!
Small ops and havoc? Since when? You guys were running 25man groups on NSP!
Bumping up for exposure! Looking for a few good men (and women)!
Had good fun on Saturday. Working with Nealie to refine some builds to offer as best-in-class builds for WvW so we can be more effective on the battlefield. Offroadtwo has been leading near daily Bloodstone Fen squads for nightly farming! Been some good times with FIRE!
This Saturday will be a blast. If you are on NSP and looking for some WvW fun, look for commander Combat Medic Barbie, and come play with FIRE! Join us on TS for some fun and fellowship!
Chariot of Fire [FIRE] is going strong! Maxed our guild hall a few weeks ago, which was an exciting achievement to complete!
Right now, Raven is leading Raven’s Random Adventure on Thursday nights, where she lets each participant pick an activity they wish to do, placed them in a hat, and draws. The winner is the activity that everyone will participate in! This has been a popular event, and guests are welcome to join in the activity too!
WvW is coming back! I will be commanding on Saturday evenings from 9pm to 11pm eastern time. Its been a while since we have had strong commander-led WvW on a regular basis, so I am expecting activity to be fairly light starting out, but as the word gets out and members get acquainted with WvW again, I think we can get back to our 15-20 man raid once again!
As you can see, FIRE brings a variety of activities. But honestly, its our love for Jesus that brings us together. These activities are just the manifestation of our fellowship with our common bond in Jesus. We are a family. If a Christian family is what you are looking for in GW2, then we would love to consider you for membership. Our application for membership is on our website listed below in my sig.
Bumping up! Check us out!
Bumping up for exposure! Still actively recruiting!
Looking to add a good 10-20 active members this spring! We are looking primarily for born-again Christians who are looking for a fellowship of like-minded people. We also are looking for people who enjoy WvW (without the elitist mentality) or are willing to learn WvW. And finally, we are looking for the same for Raids…those who enjoy Raids (without the elitist mentality), or those that wish to learn. Both are areas we wish to build up in our guild and 10-20 well-rounded members can make these areas successful!
More importantly, however, if you are a Christian looking for a home, and neither of these things interest you, do not be dismayed! We desire family-friendly fellowship over any and all in-game activities!
Bumping up. Level 56 guild hall, and flying through the upgrades. Pretty soon, we will have our GH fully complete!
Bump for the week! Looking for a few good men and women!
Good job in your resurgence, DH. Always like to see you guys do well. You are like my favorite enemy! Too bad all your fight guilds abandoned you months ago. But, at least you can now prove that you didn’t need to hide behind the “Fights Server” mentality to solidify your rise! Well-rounded is better!
FIRE is actively recruiting again! We have been running WvW twice a week, and have recently trained up a new commander within the guild. Additionally, we have been graced by the presence and leadership of one of our former commanders coming active on our server once again to do some leading for our groups!
Looking to build up a PST Raid Team for Friday evenings after our 2hr WvW event; have 5 signed up, looking to fill it! Led by yours truly!
There are always things to do in FIRE. Even when there are no activities, there is still fun and fellowship among Christian brethren!
Hey there! Sorry I missed your message! We do not necessarily recruit based off class or skill, as our primary focus is community and fellowship. That being said, if you were a good fit for our guild in those respects, then I am sure one more Mesmer would be very valuable to the team!
FIRE is still active! We are adding a 2nd WvW event starting this Saturday after our Guild Missions, slowly returning to our force we had last year! Several new, great members in the past month, and some spring cleaning of inactive members. Looking forward to what the new season will bring to Chariot of Fire!
We are currently fleshing out our membership roster, looking for those interested in coordinated WvW, coordinated Raids, and other coordinated content. Casual players are still invited, but we would like to build up our coordinated gameplay teams. Players that have little experience but have a desire to learn the mechanics and tactics for coordinated WvW, raids, and other content are especially welcomed. Most importantly, we are looking for those that wish to be social! Interaction on TS, on our website, in Guild chat, is essential for building community and fellowship! As Christians, we thrive on a culture of relationship-building, and we wish to bring in new members that appreciates these same things!
If you are a Christian, check us out. If you are a Christian who plays casually, check us out. If you are a Christian who would like to grow in coordinated WvW, HoT Raids, Dungeons, Fractals, and large-scale open-world PvE events, then DEFINITELY check us out! These are areas we are striving to grow in as well!
For those that know us from the past, we have a rich history in WvW. We are actively rebuilding our WvW roots and hope to add on additional weekly raids in the near future. Currently training new commanders to bear the load of the battlefield!
NOTE: I focused on describing where we are at in WvW. Trust me, our PvE is quite healthy. Plenty of room to improve in sPVP, however, lol. But, we do own our own custom arena!
Also my wife says you and your husband sound a lot like us, lol. I swear, it felt like my wife wrote your above post…
Hello there! I am the guild leader of the Chariot of Fire Christian guild. Though we originated on SoR, we did transfer to NSP after the community and WvW fell to unfixable levels in 2014. We were very active members in the server community there, and we are now very active members of the NSP server community.
We are a PvE community with very deep roots in WvW. In the past couple months with the HoT release, we dropped from 3 organized, commanders led WvW nights to just one. We hope to increase that up to two organized raids in the near future, as we work to train up new commanders. We are not a hardcore WvW guild, but we are Christians that like to do organized, competitive WvW on a weekly basis. We also offer regular PvE activities, both as scheduled events and impromptu activities. Our main #1 priority is providing a family-friendly community, whilst being an example of Christ through interactions with others in our server community.
We have many parent/child, husband/wife, brother/sister families in our guild! You would fit right in. In fact, my own brother plays in the guild, and my wife is one of our officers!
Look me up in-game. I’d love to chat with you. As well, check out our videos and information on our website at http://christianfire.enjin.com.
God bless!

Unity. Friendship. Brotherhood. Fellowship. Community. Social.
We are a Christian guild that is looking for members that desire the above traits. We want our time online to be meaningful and uplifting. We want members to become engaged.
If you are looking for a Christ-centered guild and share a desire for the above, then do not hesitate to reach out to us!
Bumping up! FIRE leadership has gathered together and refined our vision as a guild! Our aim is to ensure a quality experience for all our members with a balanced game focus. Below is our newly refined vision for the Chariot of Fire guild!
“Chariot of Fire is a Christ-centered, family-friendly, fellowship-oriented, community-minded guild, which is focused on building and strengthening relationships through group activities and cooperative, fun gameplay.”
In doing so, we have cut back on some of our more instanced or higher-level oriented gameplay in order to focus on activities that nearly everyone could participate. A renewed focus on Open World activities as primary guild activities has increased the fellowship we have with one another. Additionally, we have lessened our WvW activities due to unhappiness with the new WvW map and the state of WvW. One of our more recent changes is the addition of a weekly Bible Study as well!
Chariot of Fire wants to be a guild for those of all game types to find fun and fellowship, with a refined focus aimed at improving relationships. Those that focus on one game type specifically will not find their gaming needs met, unfortunately. New members can expect a push from leadership to participate together, rep the guild more often, communicate in guild chat, use Teamspeak, and collaborate on our website. Activity and communication breeds community!
