Official update on the issue would be great.
You had one about two days ago in this very thread saying that they have found the issue and is working on it.
No point giving any more updates until it is fixed.
They can at least give us some basic information weather the problem is hard to fix (unknown ETA) or something we can expect in near future.
They should really make a universally available passive run speed for all classes. Playing a guardian and a mesmer is sometimes a real pain the kitten.
Official update on the issue would be great.
Thoughtless/Selfless potions were not meta achievement rewards. You needed to get 250 Heirlooms (not that easy) and pay 10g to buy it.
I think it was intentional they got left out at this point.
Dragonites are too common. I get a stack or 2 per day. What they need to do is buff Empyreals, because I’m lacking in those.
Dear Anet, please nerf stones, paper is fine as it is.
Sincerely, Scissors.
hahahahaha
I dont know how you’re gonna differentiate between people who have got the reward and who haven’t as I know some people, myself included, have the completed achievement, i.e. the “x place in season” achievement in WvW panel, but have not received the reward chest
Well they could simply search inventory database of users who are flagged for the reward and check who do not have tickets and/or reward chest on any of their chars.
The distribution of WvW rewards is the problem, and fixing it is probably a very high priority issue for the WvW team. I expect this to be a matter of days at most.
People who still lack rewards for wvw season 1 laugh at you.
Until the reward distribution is fixed.
That pretty much means we’ll never get those shiny weapons.
The cap is so nibble to death by cats (thank you Londo) isn’t a viable way to defeat a boss.
Why is that a problem anyway!?
Given the hp and other things a boss has, even a full berserker build will have to “nibble it to death”. How often a berserker build can one- two- or three-shot a boss to death?
You do understand the capacity for damage that Condi builds are able to achieve, right? When geared correctly at “endgame”, a necro that is able to consistantly, and solo, maintain a 25 stacks of bleeding on a target will inflict over 280,000 damage over a single minute. And that’s just from bleeds alone. Combined with Parasitic Contagion (Close to Death does kitten-all for Condi Damage), that’s self-healing of 14,000 without touching a heal skill. Adding in direct damage and other incidental conditions, you’re looking at minimum of 50,000 damage.
And that’s one necro. Imagine 5-10 of them if conditions were not affected by a duration/stack cap.
Edit: Lulz. I forgot about the disgusting damage spread caused by epidemic.
Did you even see what a few “end game” warriors can do with 100b? Why do you think there’s so many zerker war melee speedrun groups in LFG tool.
So 100% of players must suffer because a minority didn’t get their chests? What kind of flawed logic is that?
I’m so very disappointed i can even describe it.
Something needs to be done that’s for sure if conditions are to be usefull in PvE.
If nothing else give everyone his own personal 25 stack limit for conditions that afflict damage.
We Desolators are absolutely not crying, fighting the Sea Fairies and Birate Bay at once made us stronger than ever and united the whole server even more.
We even finished 2nd despite being spied on in TS, had our golems sabotaged and were constantly double teamed.
Thank you for making us stronger.
ps. Let’s not forget Sea Faries and Birate Bay shared TS channel

I was in an organized pavillion the other day. I only typed boss hp %, pretty soon i couldn’t say anything …
Pretty annoying to say the least.
Most would include WvW titles. I really wish they kept their promse from over a year ago and make them attainable.
So, there’s a lot of confused people asking where to find the famed WvW weapon specilist.
Any feedback where or when he will be available so we can claim our rewards?
I don’t understand what’s the point of “craftable” Mistforged weapons if their cost in tickets is same as if you buy them directly.
Why use 300 tickets + mats to craft a Misftorged weapon if you can simple use those 300 tickets to buy the weapon directly, or am i missing something?
I still say NO TO precusor crafting. Legendaries are common enough dont make it more common…..
You misunderstand the market. If precursors suddenly fall from the sky for everybody, T6 will fly universally. Imagine if you can save 800g by crafting Dusk compared to it’s price now, the majority of that 800g would just shift onto the cost of T6.
To elaborate on this, since T6 impacts MANY markets, not just legendaries, the shock to the entire game economy would be pretty significant. Imagine exotic and ascended gear, top level potions, and sigils/runes being several hundred gold each (around what we pay now for Precursors on the TP) because of the increased material prices.
That’s why any type of Precursor crafting will come with a LENGTHY time gate.
Lengthy time gate is better than pure luck and gambling we have atm.
The only reliable way is to buy them and that’s just wrong.
They could also add a completely questable way to get Legendary items in addition to 100% exploration with multiple stages without using standard craftable mats. That way it wouldn’t influence T6 mats that much (except maybe make them slightly cheaper)

The reason precursors are reaching sky high prices might be connected to high ammounts of hacked accounts recently.
Friend had his account hijacked a while ago. Durring that time his gold was used to buy precursors from TP.
Combat Mode does much, much more than 1:1 keypress and is allowed to be used.
ArenaNet does not and has not ever reviewed or approved any third-party applications. Combat Mode, as are all other third-party tools, is very much “use at your own risk”.
And to further clarify my reply from earlier, from the Guild Wars 2 Rules of Conduct (emphasis mine):
20. You may not use any third-party program (such as a “bot”) in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering gold or items within Guild Wars 2. You may not assist, relay, or store gold or items for other players who are using these processes.
Using AutoHotKey to map multiple key functions to a single keypress, regardless of the intended use or outcome, is a violation of the above rule.
That means that users who play the game using the official The SteelSeries Guild Wars 2 Gaming Keyboard violate your own rules.
Or is in game advantage only reserved for players who pay you for the privilige?
Official description from your page:
“The Guild Wars 2 Gaming Keyboard features a visually stunning design, vibrant red illumination, raised macro keys, a fully customizable keyboard, and more.”
What i would like is to have port to my home instance skill/item. Limit it to once per hour/30 mins use.
Combined with above conveniances it would be awsome.
I’d love to see how you enforce this. Many thieves bind multiple buttons
Well i do hope anet can see this and do something about it.. These days eles are super fast! Blasting multiple skills at once for big bursts attacks. And i dont say they all use it but some does because they are waaay to fast for pressing those skills at once.
Then they’d have to ban users that use their official GW2 keyboard too. Not that there is any legal way for them to detect weather someone uses Ah or not.
So all in all: No one knows nothing and there is no clear answer if its official allowed to use things for pressing keys.
Official rules say you can automate key presses only if 1 key press does 1 action. If 1 key pres does 2 or more it’s not allowed.
But then they’re also selling GW2 keyboard with in built in macros that does the same thing Autohotkey does actively breaking their own rules.
It’s a gray area, but most likely they won’t ever ban anyone for using macros.

There’s absolutely nothing they can do to distinguish autohotkey pressed buttons vs manually pressed ones without breaking the law.
That’s neither hard nor illegal to detect a constant 300 millisecond delay between identical key presses in a game which transmits user key presses to the server as part of the game mechanic itself.
Yet they still have no proof that you actually used a cript to do it, and not like you can’t add a small time variation between key presses …
(edited by zMajc.4659)
Unless you are pressing one physical key per each individual action, it is not permitted. Anything that presses multiple buttons per single user button-press or key-press is not allowed.
many ppl are doing this and apparently there is nothing you can do about it.
There’s absolutely nothing they can do to distinguish autohotkey pressed buttons vs manually pressed ones without breaking the law.
3D graphics designer put it in the artificial water with a mouse & keyboard. Mystery solved.
Can you also make them drop giant eyes?
They need to implement a filter that blacklist accounts who send excessive ammounts of whispers/email in a short period.
I don’t know how they do it really. Yesterday i zoned into Divinity’s reach and got 2 gold selling spam msgs less than 5 seconds later. Later on i saw the same lvl 2 spam bot (with less than 100 AP) standing around in a totaly different side of the town.
How the heck did they know i zoned into the zone and sent me a whisper mere seconds later? is there a command that lists people in the same map? If yes why not simply disable it?
When legendary items can be gained without gambling /playing the TP, you know by actualy playing the game. i’ll maybe consider doing one. Untill then i don’t consider them legendary but pathetic.
I don’t want anything handed to me but i want a reliable reward for hard work.
I think it’s about time Anet gives us some tangible feedback when next content will be released. It doesn’t have to be 1 week before release .
please don’t keep us in the dark for so long.
Yes, because of all those thousands of players no one except you has come to the idea od using 60 tomes of knowledge …
I’ll never understand what’s so hard about fixing those achievements.
Megaserver is awsome. If you have problems with low frame rare town down your graphic settings a bit.
Do you still not get it?
Season 2 is not there for the sake of players, but for the sake of Anet buying time for their next living story.
They don’t wanna lose players yknow.
Sad but true. I was thinking the exact same thing when i saw how long season 2 lasts.
Far too long, jut to buy time.
Deso:
1. Ins For Da Wagh – one of the best wvw commanders i have ever met, hands down
2. Rox the Fourth – very skilled leader and very funny to listen to.
…
Honestly on reset everytime we moved for your hills js went for our bay so?
…
Except when you double teamed us on Hills the other day and we demolished you both at once.
There never was a PvE version of PvP Masquarade armor and since pvp changes it’s not available at all anymore. I really hope we it gets added to the game in a non Gem shop way.
They will NEVER put a bank in mists for a simple reason … it would be infinitely more convenient than convenience they’re selling via ship passes.
heh …

All look quite close to realistic greatswords….
The choice is there, you just have to look.
Real world Gratswords are up to 2 meters (78.74 inches ) long. I think in game greatsword resemble that length quite ok.
There are also many skins similar to real greatswords, most just don’t choose too use them because they look too plain.
I was doing hotjoin last night, mostly i got into into a match as a spectator or got error massage “World you are trying to join is full”. Then after some time i was put into a private server i was kicked from in less than a minute.
Please increase number of ArenaNet run servers.
They should make every 2nd tier box a armor skin box instead of a pointless random green trash items. Would solve everything.
Do you get 1 piece of armor for 1 armor class (heavy, middle, light) or does it unlock 1 armor for all three?
In any case they really should up number of armor pieces you get per path.
The new UI windows are confusing and lookl ike they were made 10 years ago.
There is no “non-precursor” version of Hunter. People who unlocked it via pvp have it without owning the precursor, you can’t get it that way anymore though.
The new runes changed ….absolutely …. nothing.
There’s still few small ammount of runes everyone will use with 80% of them being utter trash noone will even look at.
Two thumbs down.
You can’t acquire them anymore. Until they implement a new way you can get them that’s about it.
Well said OP, i have been feeling quite similar lately.
After the LS season 1 ended i suddenly realized there is absolutely nothing i have to log on for.
Wardrobe is nice but it feels more like an additional cash grab than anything else.
Its something I am sure they will fix but I actually hope they don’t. If it even makes it so there is one less kitten pinging their gear in map chat I am all for it. People can see your weapon, only you can read what it is called unless you go around showing off in map chat.
It will result it less bragging in map chat for sure. ><
Yes, good job in making zerkers even more desired in groups and everyone else even more worthless.
