Hi, i got perma banned from the game but I didn’t violate any user agreements etc, didn’t use offensive language, racist char names. I submietted 2 tickets, one from 1.09 and the second 2.09. No response yet.

tickets id 120901-006919 (i thought it was just a misunderstanding) and 120902-007398 (a realized my account could be hacked so I created this ticket woth correct issue type. No one aswered so i prioritized it with 120905-003552)

i’m 5 days without game I paid for. Please do something with this

I posted this ticket on the 2/9/12 but you’ve mention all prior to that date has been completed, well mine hasn’t even had a reply yet and don’t say I didn’t write it by the guidelines because I have. My account was wrongly banned about a week ago now for “advertising an innapropriate website” and I’m getting more and more frustrated with waiting. My friends are out leveling me and will probably have worn out the game by the time I get back on, can you please sort out my account, I’m losing sleep because of his and I bet I’m not the only one.

One week ago I got permanent ban, saying I traded gold/items for real money which I didn’t, they said a Senior would be reviewing my case and that he would contact me, but 5 days have passed and I wasn’t contacted yet.

My friend, who trusts me enough to give you a simple reference number, asked me to make a forum post on his behalf.
He is still waiting a reply on his account being lost with reference number 120831-021636
He would have done it himself but since he was unable to access his account, there was no way for him to log into the Guild Wars 2 forum.
It’s a little ridiculous that you would make people have not only a Guild Wars 2 account, but access to the game in order to make a forum post. Maybe add a “guest sign in” area so those with lost accounts can still get help?

I was kicked from the server and permabanned without warning or explanation/reason beyond “violation of the user agreement and/or rules of conduct” last night- I’ve had no unauthorised login attempt emails, nor was my account’s email address changed, so I’m not sure as to how it could have been a hack. My password’s now been changed just to be on the safe side. Thanks.

Day 2. Permanent ban for no reason.
Day 3. Banned for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money.

And afcourse I havent done any of these things. Just played for a couple of hours.

It changed every day. Ticket is 1 week old now. Already got an answer to my ticket but I only had to provide some information, nothing has changed yet.

Hello there, I’m writing from my friends account. I’m Deathel.5380 and this is my story…

30.08 my account was hacked. I wrote a ticket (ticket number – 120830-007078) and after 3 days (1.09) I got a reply from “GM Wyrtas” with new Account Name and Password. Problem is, Mr. GM Wyrtas gave me invalid account name. Such as he wrote does not exist. I wrote a reply in the same ticket but after waiting 3 more days with no reply I wrote prioritized ticket (ticket number – 120904-003063, written yesterday) and I’m waiting to get my account back. I’ve been waiting almost a week to get my account back. The one who hacked my account has also changed server of my account, and now that we cant transfer for free anymore, I’m stuck on some annonymus server due to a mistake of a GM. As I wrote in ticket, I beg you to transfer my account back on Ruins of Surmia and quick response.

Hi I am writing this as per what my friend told me
My friend got banned, ticket number 120905-001506
Description:
When he woke up and tried to login, both the client and the website both stated “The email address was not found”, checked his email and saw that anet sent him an email when he was asleep that the email for the account was changed.
He also created a previous ticket with the number 120902-003780, but didn’t get a response so he created another when he saw according to the game status update that his ticket was not prioritised correctly

So I will come to this thread and whine about my tickets also. I don’t know why multiple tickets takes extra time. At the very least it shouldn’t take any longer than the last ticket, but whatever. If I missed the part when making tickets where it said that, then I guess it’s my fault. Either way, I got hacked on the 29th and here I am a week later still with no account. The last ticket I submitted was on the 1st at your direction. It has the “Hacked Account – Ticket submitted August 29 – Ticket number 120830-003200” in the title. The full list of tickets is as follows:

Im sorry for the multiple tickets im posting this for my roomate because it will not let him log onto the forums. These are his tickets for support help. He posted the Logging In ticket under login issues and the other ticket was posted under ask a question. When he tries to log into his account it tells him that his email has no account associated with it. He has been playing the game fine and had leveled to 42 and on monday morning tried to log into his account and it told him his email had no account on it.

A week back i reported that i had about 2g missing in my inventory, thinking it was a glitch but i reported it anyway in-game (so i assume due to all the bugs fixes my report went missing) So today i wanted to play but and error appeared stating that my account has been permanently banned due to gold selling. I sent a ticket. But during that time a friend who was in-game said that my Character was online. So i sent another ticket to the Hacked account category. I didn’t get any emails saying that my account has been logged-in with a different IP so i don’t know how this could have happened. I assure you that I AM NOT A GOLD SELLER and i have a lot of friends who are playing GW2 that would vouch for me.

Had to use a friends account because website claims mine doesn’t exist.

I tried to log into my account after 2 days of playing and the game claims my account doesn’t exist. I never got any unauthorized access emails or anything else.

I’d just dispute cc charges and buy a new game but you turned off digital sales.

All of those who are awaiting help, please heed this message from Mike O’Brien, posted tonight:

“We have now completed prioritized requests submitted prior to Sunday, September 2. If you have an older ticket for a hacked account or blocking login issue that has not been completed, that means it’s not correctly prioritized. Submit a new ticket using the above instructions, and in the title write, “Blocking Login – Ticket submitted <date> – Ticket number xxxxxx-xxxxxx” (fill in the date and ticket number of your existing ticket), and we will prioritize your existing ticket."

This is my second time submitting another prioritize ticket. I would love to know that this actually does stuff.

Not sure which ticket to close as they all seem to be ignored.

Best thing to do is to support them, i myself is just as frustrated, but kicking and screaming will not make their job easier.

I will admit though it would be nice to get an update once in a while in regards to “Progress” of the tickets, eg: “Currently handling tickets 120xxx-xxxxx” At least that way you will have some sort of idea of when you can expect assistance.

But for now, we will have to wait patiently for the ticket backlog to stabilize.

Still waiting, I got my box on Friday and had to submit a ticket shortly afterward as my “Guild Wars” account name was different than my Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase account name.

I’ve also been keeping the “unwanted” full-registered account clean of characters (didn’t even pick a World). My assumption is that it will help support fix the issue with less hassle, but I’ve not seen that confirmed anywhere.
