Why bother with ranked?

in PvP

Posted by: AndyJo.8794

AndyJo.8794

Pips. You dont get pips in unranked. You dont get Ascended Shards of Glory, which give you mostly free Ascended armor, which come PoF will doubtlessly be updated to include stat combinations from the expansion like it was with HoT. Also gold. So much kittening gold and Transmute charges. Like 80% of the rewards in PvP are tied to Pip tracks, not ‘reward’ tracks.

What happened with the Marjory Outfit??

Marjory’s outfit is in the store. Unless you’re a dude, in which case you can get this outfit that sorta vaguely resembles it. Kind of. It follows the same theme, at least.
’cept we took out all of the cloth and feathers, shaved off most of the spikes, buffed out half the accents, made the hood out of cardboard, and changed the skull to be non-human and instead some sort of imp…. thing?

I previewed this on a male necro back when the chat code got datamined and it looked sick, and much closer to the female version than… whatever this is. What happened here? Where did the entire flair of the outfit go?

[PSA] 5-5=bad, Rev=fine, old comps still work

AndyJo.8794

The point OP is trying to make is that mirror cop demands minmaxing and perfect rotations on a level pugs do NOT perform at. The old comp is still better, just weaker. Mirror comp will only work with very, very talented groups.

I understand the point the OP is trying to make, I simply disagree with it.

shrug and you’re allowed to disagree with me. You, and anyone else who purposes that 5-5 is ‘the way to go’ and enforces this idea for LFG groups, may be wrong, but you’re welcome to be.

When the comps that already exist are more than capable of keeping up perma 25might, fury, quickness, regen, vigor, and protection, there’s no reason to run 5-5, especially in a more casual group or encounter. There’s no reason to soft-ban Revs from the group, and when 1 warrior can do the job just fine yes – a 2nd PS warrior is a DPS loss compared to a DD, Guardian, or Elementalist.

What's Missing from Material Storage?

Since most everything I’d want, including what I’m posting now, has been said repeatedly here, I’ll only chime in with what I beg of you on bended knee to add:

Scribe Materials; Finishing Kits, Paper, Pulp, Ink Sets, Hammers. Lumber Cores, Festive Talismans, Pristine Feathers.

Please. I know you said no to “crafted components” but I dont want every boot sole and helmet lining in; I just want scribing stuff to be deposit-able. I am the only scribe for a large guild and receive lots and lots of donations of the drop-table scribe materials, and I like to pre-make certain steps so that making a planter doesnt involve crafting 42 different things before I can make that planter. Scribe is taking up two tabs of my personal bank. I beg thee to make scribe stuff depositable.

Hello Imgurian; Thank you for the top-rating of my post. I don’t really care to post videos post-patch of these comps full-clearing all 9 bosses, and instead figured that maybe someone actually saying it instead of contributing to the endless WHaaaaaaaambulancing would convince maybe a whole 1% of people to try it again, and see that 5-5 is a terrible comp that doesnt even need to be adopted.

tldr; old comps still work just fine, tell your chrono to change their runes.

with everyone flipping kittens over the apparent heat-death of Revs as a class and the assumption that 5-5 mirror Chrono/Druid/PS/DPS/DPS is the way of the future, I have come to tell you all to calm your collective kittens.

7-2-1 and 4-4-2 and even the fabled 2-1-1-6 all still work just fine. More than fine; once your chrono adjusts to the new rotation and swaps their runes out, and your healer figures out that HP is probably a good idea now, everything is fine and there is hardly (<5%) difference in…. well, anything.

5-5 assumes your druids dont pet swap, assumes your DPSers are perfect, assumes your perfect DPSers are running a perfect DPS Class, and trades an entire DPS role for a completely arbitrary over-compensation that exists to blindly adhere to the old way of chronomancering. When replacing a Herald requires putting in a second PS warrior, a second chronomancer, and changing the way both of your druids play, how are people still sitting there saying it’s not helpful?

5-5 looks good on paper, and is GD terrible in practice – especially for pugs. Just adjust and run the same teams you used to run before. It’ll be just fine; I promise.

Can Necromancers have an elite skill, please?

in Necromancer

Posted by: AndyJo.8794

AndyJo.8794

Heyo,

In light of the recent balance patch, the time has finally come; Necromancers have no helpful elite skills that bear an impact on how they play. When it comes to Necromancer we have the options of:

Racial Elites, which are intentionally bad or highly highly highly (worth repeating) situational.

Lich Form: Transforms, gives stability, gives Shroud, and swaps your skill bar. There is, obviously, the point of the recent nerf to this alternate skill bar’s 4: the limitation on the minions that it summons, and how this severely impacts Condition Necromancer. There is a counter point that this was NEVER the intended use of this skill (activate, use 4, deactivate) as it gives an entire skillbar, but the point of this usage has to also be mentioned: It is the ONLY skill on the ELITE skill-bar worth using over your regular weapon skills, as it is the ONLY skill on the ELITE skill-bar that has MORE impact than auto-attacking with a non-elite weapon. There is obviously a problem there, especially when paired with a 180 second cooldown.

Flesh Golem: summons a fairly beefy minion that does ~700 damage on its first AA hit, followed by ~50% more on the second hit in its sequence, with a very slow attack speed and a frequent bug that makes the golem not actually attack at all. But the AA Damage is not why this skill is taken anyway: It replaces the summon with an activate-able ability “Charge” which deals ~1500 damage and – more importantly – performs both a knock-back and a 2-second knock-down (the tooltip is wrong). This is a significant amount of CC and is a potent source of damage against break bars. This entire skill functions primarily as a 40-second cooldown anti-breakbar ability that can die and go on a longer double-cooldown, like Warrior’s Headbutt if it didn’t give you any self-bonus and would randomly double its own CD.

Plague Cloud: Is bad. It’s just objectively terrible. It has a 180 second cooldown, gives you a pulsing condi effect with duration times so low as to be ignorable, the condis it pulses themselves are weak, and using this skill is in all situations and circumstances an abject loss compared to using your NORMAL skills and utilities from your weapon and bar. This might not be THE worst elite skill in the game, but it is a serious contender.

Reaper: Chilled to the Bone: A 90-second cooldown AoE Shout with a 1.25 second casting time that can be blocked/evaded/blinded, but does do a 2 second stun (although it actually applies its own effect; https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Reaper's_Frost I am unsure how this interacts with sigils/runes) on each target hit as well as provide stability to the necromancer, as well as dealing very minor damage. It is functionally an AoE stun that also applies chill, and while its effects are decent, it has a 90-second cooldown. A minute and a half. While in PvP this skill can catch someone off guard and be used as an opportunity to burst them down, most often the target simply has a form of stun-break on a much shorter CD and pops right out of it. This skill has almost no application in PvE at any level.

So I ask; Please. Can Necromancer just have an elite skill? Just a single elite skill that is actually worth activating in most situations, or at all? Failing that, can we just slot an extra utility skill in that elite slot if we don’t want it? Something needs to be done with elites – not just with necromancers either, though it’s the example used here – as they do not feel very ‘elite’, especially when the act of actually using them hampers a class rather than enhances it.

A suggestion for raids:

Once a wing is cleared, allow specific bosses to be spawned, either instance-wide or inside the instance itself. Example: When Spirit Vale has been cleared by someone (Vale Guardian, Gorseval, and Sabetha are all dead) allow that individual to open ANY instance of Spirit Vale (with one of those bosses alive)

My guild has several groups of raiders in it with various experience levels, and it’s really hard to practice specific aspects of fights or even specific bosses that people need more face time on, EXPECIALLY Matthias or Sabetha. This would let us actually practice bosses and compositions.

NOTE: I am NOT saying to let us repeatedly kill bosses for more rewards.

Training Area (DPS meter) requires HoT?

in Fractals, Dungeons & Raids

Circular argument much?

How is this circular? Raids are exclusive to HoT, the DPS training area is exclusive to the Raid Lobby, therefore you cannot enter the Raid Lobby and in extension the DPS Training Area if you do not have HoT.

And why is the training area exclusive to the raid lobby?

Because Raiders are the ones who requested it, and Raiding is the only area where it’s actually of use.

Gem Store Skins / Outfits only require a single art team, maybe even a single artist, and one dude to make the in-game models. We’re talking 2-3 people, dinking around drawing and meshing things.

With legendary weapons and their journies we have;
- Story Writing
- Precursor Skin
- Legendary Skin
- Player Aura
- Footfall Effect
- The SFX and lighting for the above
- Creating the collection tiers themselves
- Creating the items and achievements that go into those collection tiers
- Creating the events and interactive elements that go into those items and achievements
- Picking open-world areas and events to tie to the collection theme
- Fixing any of those events that need it
- Testing all of the above

The two processes arent really comparable.

the maps are small enough without mounts. Mounts in general are a great big new system the devs would have to spend time developing, testing, meshing, resolving clipping issues on, dedicating an art team to…. the list goes on.

Personal I’d rather have all that time, money, and resource spent somewhere else like a new Living Story chapter, Raid Wing, or legendary collection instead of letting a hoard of people spam jump on a dolyak.

Amazing Job Anet

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

Posted by: AndyJo.8794

AndyJo.8794

Guys, the amount of grief being given out over things actively costing less is kind of insane. This patch is amazing over-all, seriously. It:

- Made HoT more accessible to New AND Old users
- Greatly Increased player freedom via new reward system
- Made WvW Relevant to non-hardcore WvW’ers again
- Gave Regular WvW Players something to work towards
- Took a hammer to “Taxi Wars 2” with some meta changes
- Split the old grind-core of HoT into a fraction of what it was
- Made vendors and Hero Points more accessible at any time
- Made Mastery Points easier to acquire via Adventure tweaks
- Made Scribing not only affordable, but SUPER affordable.
- Made Dailies relevant again
- Made FOTM relevant again
- Made Dungeons relevant again
- Gave everyone old and new a thank-you gift

Like, that list is amazing. Outright incredible for a single patch. I came to the forums to see what people thought of all the new changes because it honestly feels like logging into HoT for the first time again after a patch like this, but all I find is people complaining, and about what?

- Getting a free thing that gives gear because they already had to make gear
- Scribing being cheaper because they already made things
- HoT being easier because they already did stuff while it was harder
- Getting a free inventory slot because they ’don’t like how its on top’

For real guys? This? This is what we’re doing? We should be applauding Anet for making HoT the game it always had the potential to be, but we’re griping over free stuff? Let me run a few things down:

- The free gear is terrible. Soldier stats are Terrible. Even if it wasnt terrible, Exotic equipment is not expensive nor hard to get. I have a level 80 of every class except Engi. Most of those classes are already wearing ascended gear. I used my level 80 boost on my newly made Engi, and then went and made different gear anyway because Soldier stats are terrible. There is no reason to complain about this.

- I spent 6,000 gold to level scribing when it first came out, in a non WvW guild, grinding level gaps out with backpacks, refinement, and whatever I could find that didnt require Balloons or Mortar. Once I hit 400, I immediately dropped another 400 gold EACH on 6 God statues because I thought they were cool. After that I spent 600 gold to make an Elaborate Wall Panel because I wanted to see what it looked like. Then 1,500 gold on 3 Library Shelves, 300 on a grandfather clock, 200 on some chairs, 700 on a banquet table, and some change on a few candle rows because I wanted to decorate an area as a study. Nobody gave me mats to help, nobody sent me sand or slivers or pigments, I did it entirely out of pocket because I thought it was cool and I wanted to do it. I knew it’d be cheaper eventually. I knew it’d be cheaper in two weeks when the prices dropped and cheaper still a month after that when they dropped even more. I don’t want nor expect anything back from Anet, because I spent gold on the TP to make things I thought were cool. You did too. Just enjoy that scribing is now literally ten times cheaper than it once was, yeah?

The last two points I just dont understand how anyone can even complain, and have decided that its probably just LOOKING for something to whine about. Maybe dont do that. Enjoy that things are easier now. Enjoy your more casually minded friends coming back to the game. Enjoy that you only need 1 Salvage-o-matic for your ENTIRE ACCOUNT now. Just enjoy the wondrous new state of the game; things are probably the best they’ve been since LS1.

To the Devs: Amazing job, really top notch stuff. Dont let the hate get you down for this one. This was an amazing patch that gave new life to areas of the game I had long ago abandoned out of disinterest. This was a really really outstanding effort by everyone involved, and you should all be proud of the work you accomplished on this. Now please make white mantle outfits <3

exactly, so “git gud” doesn’t even apply because all you need to do is to put up map chat and lfg asking for help on an HP in the middle of nowhere and hope 20 people come help you so it can become 11111 fest. But i guess it is challenging content indeed when everyone else is either in SAB or has removed the game

Literally 3 people. Hell, two can do it if they both know what the word “kiting” means. I have never once had to LFG a hero point. So yeah, going to go back to the above image on that one.

It’s how the paywall fence works with HoT. On one hand it keeps those filthy F2P and core-only players out cause they didn’t pay. On the other hand its a fence that keeps you trapped inside if you want to make progress or get anything new. I really think this is a large part of why HoT feels so small; players have been stuck in SilverWastes 2.0 for months.

Literally no point on this post made sense… silverwasting wouldn’t help you get anything discussed in this thread.

AutoLoot on Raids problem

in Fractals, Dungeons & Raids

Posted by: AndyJo.8794

AndyJo.8794

If you forget to Press F on the reward statue, RIP your weekly reward, and you will not be able to get the reward for the entire week.

Maybe… dont do that? The idea that this is a “problem” is just astounding to me. How on earth do you walk away from a raid boss and not say “Oh yeah, I didn’t get a LI and magnetite and drops”? That’s not bad game design, that’s just… terrible player awareness.

Magnetite: Per-Wing Cap

in Fractals, Dungeons & Raids

Posted by: AndyJo.8794

AndyJo.8794

I think the 100 shard per week cap is fine. I would not want it raised for the next wing of this raid. Ascended items aren’t supposed to drop like candy; they’re the endgame item goal. The intent is to give a reasonable reward even to players who got unlucky with raid drops.

Currently a full set of ascended armor costs 1300 shards. This means you will get the equivalent of a “free” armor set with any stats every 3 months, plus you get random drops from raids (including minis) and from fotm, and from open world if you’re really lucky. That doesn’t seem unreasonable, given the gold cost of an ascended armor set.

Something I could see being done is reducing the cost of certain pieces of gear (chest, leggings, 2H weapons) so that their magnetite/gold ratio is more in line with the other options.

As far as the skins go, yeah the cost is pretty steep, but the prestige of having these weapons has a lot to do with how difficult they are to get. Lower the cost too much and a lot of the incentive to buy them in the first place disappears.

The only one that seems totally ridiculous is the backpack, as there is no “regular” version to get with certain desirable stat combos. Fortunately the backpack provides so few stat points that it doesn’t matter that much, but I can definitely sympathize with people who want to finish their character’s item set and have no other option for a vipers/assassins/whatever backpack.

It shouldn’t take anyone 3 months to get a set of ascended armor, but beyond that point… raiders already /have/ ascended armor for the most part. They /definitely/ already have ascended weapons. I dont see why drops from ‘other places’ are even factored in towards the magnetite cap.

As far as the skins go, this wont decrease their ‘exclucitivity’ in any way. There is no difference between myself and someone else who has the skin other than RNG Drop Luck. You cannot buy skins from bosses you havnt killed in the vendor, you cannot get Magnetite without consistently phasing and killing bosses, so you cannot get the skins unless you are a persistent raider. 5-11% of the population of the game will have these skins, regardless of magnetite cap or their magnetite cost. 300 magnetite, to a non-raid player, may as well be 10,000 for how obtainable it is.

Increasing the Mag cap – Or, as I said, offering a “Skin only” version of the items in raids for a cheaper price – only helps even out probability for people who regularly do raids.

I dont need another pink dagger. I already have all the pink daggers I will ever need. If I could pay, heck, even 400 – more than 50% of the cost – for “Sparking Dagger Skin” instead of 600 for a stat-select-able ascended dagger, I would. I hit the 100 Magnetite cap by Tuesday night on a slow week and by the time I go to bed on Monday on a fast one. This leaves me doing the only content I really enjoy anymore for a full week with no rewards, and my situation is not a unique one by any stretch – is that really a good way to be?

Ascended Grind?

There is not such a thing as an “ascended grind” – it’s only a grind if you make it one. I’ve been playing for 3 years, I saw the introduction of Ascended equipment. In about a month, I had my first set. I didn’t change my behavior at all – I just salvaged literally every blue and green and white drop like I already had been doing. Now 7 of my characters have ascended sets, and a couple of them have more than one. I didn’t go out of my way to make them; i just made my dailies and traded types with guildmates.

I’m not sure where the concept that asc. armor is difficult to get came from.

Raids are right about the only game mode where stat-changing would actually be even a little bit helpful, to be honest. Even so, none of my raiders want it because it can change stats; we already have multiple ascended sets for any of our raid toons that need them.

Even then, you can make about 50 ascended weapons for the price of a legendary weapon. I don’t expect Legendary Armor to be cost-effective as a means of getting multiple sets of pink-stat gear. I expect it to be shiny. If the people in this thread are complaining about it being “locked behind content” they’ll just complain about how “it costs too much” once its out anyway.

Don’t want to raid? Live with not getting legendary armor.

Dont want to raid but dont want to live without getting legendary armor? Buy the raid wings. More than enough people sell them already, and sell all the achievements to go with them.

Why do you make a WvW problem to a legendary armor problem?

there is no legendary armor problem. it’s tied to raids, so do raids to get it.

Erm, did you even read the criticisms? That’s exactly what people are saying the issue is, that it’s tied to raids.

Anyhow, the claim of critics is that legendary armor shouldn’t be tied to raids. Agree or not, but at least respect those who feel that way.

I dont. Lots of stuff in GW is tied to specific gamemodes. Dont like the gamemode, deal with not getting the stuff. I dont like sPvP, so I wont have the legendary wings. this entire thread is multiple pages of pointless QQ

I’m actually wondering what if you could just sell the precursor/legendary armor that you get from raiding? Wouldn’t that fix two problems?

1. Non raiders would be able to get legendary armor.

2. The reward for raiding could become extremely good.

Then WvWr’s would never get the legendary armour as we have the worst rewards of any game mode. PvP could do a giant reward track and it could work, but the gold sink in WvW is to large to purchase anything exclusive off the TP. WvWr’s would have to do even more annoying PvE grind to get the armour.

Anet, please enable us to buy multiples of Furniture Coins / Super Clouds instead of having to click, move mouse, click for every single one. Just yesterday in a couple of hours, I traded in for over 360 of them, and now today I am clicking away another 354 of them. If my mouse survives, my hand may not. PLEASE enable us to buy them in multiples of 5, 10, 20, whatever. Literally anything more than 1. Please. My hand begs you.

Magnetite: Per-Wing Cap

in Fractals, Dungeons & Raids

Look at how it works already. People grind the raid multiple times just to hit the shard cap. If they raised that cap, people would grind more. The intent of Magnetite Shards isn’t to be a grind, and it certainly isn’t to make it a fast process to do so that you can buy rewards. Raising the cap actually heightens the grind because people want their shinies, and the more people grind the quicker they burn out on the content. I actually think 100 shards per week was a very good strategy by ANet to extend the life of their content while still giving people the ability to get rewards if their RNG is terrible.

I don’t mind the 2nd option presented here, though, but since the skins are the ‘ultimate’ rewards ANet likely wouldn’t buy into it. I, honestly, believe that the skin is what you’re paying 600 shards for and they give you the ascended weapon for free.

This may be how it is for groups that beat the bosses on their first try. In my pug groups, it usually takes 1-4 tries to beat the boss.

Now with wing 2, I never need to go back to shard cap. I think it would be beneficial to provide some incentive to help groups later in the week.

This is one of my biggest concerns. I am the Raid officer for a guild and my team 1 helps numerous people get kills throughout the week. We are all usually capped by Tuesday night, leaving us with a majority of the week to test, experiment, practice, and rotate with zero rewards on our end. It’s a tad frustrating.

As for what was mentioned earlier: My proposed option two would not replace the item-versions of the weapons. There would still be:

Sparking Dagger – 600 Magnetite
but also:
Sparking Dagger Skin – 300 Magnetite

In regards to drops; I dont think i’ve yet met a single person who got 6 minipets in a week. Most I have personally encountered is two, and it was like the best kitten week ever for me because that kind of drop luck is just astounding for my account. Ive also never gotten a piece of ascended anything from any of the boss chests, and have gotten one ghostly infusion. Maybe I am exceptionally unlucky, but members of my squads have all mimicked a similar experience for the most part. I understand that magnetite is not meant to be the primary way of getting rewards, but for many players (in my circles at least) it is so far the only way.

Magnetite: Per-Wing Cap

in Fractals, Dungeons & Raids

AndyJo.8794

Hello,

Magnetite, our beloved (or maligned) raid currency is A-net’s way of providing unlucky players (such as myself) with a means for getting the boss-specific drops. Presently this currency caps out around 100 per week. I say ‘around’ because I keep track of my Magnetite per week – my entire squad does – and this cap is not always 100. Sometimes it’s around 80, sometimes it’s around 130. All ten members of my team have observed this fluctuation week over week.

This leaves us in an interesting position: Unique skins take 6 weeks to get, a Ghostly Infusion takes 10, a tonic takes 5. With the introduction of the second wing, this expands into quite the daunting process even with minipets being sell-able for an extra 40 magnetite per week.

While I appreciate fully that magnetite was even cited by the devs as the secondary way to get these drops, I have a couple of suggestions to limit the extreme frustration that is being a Raider on an account that seems to be shunned by our mighty lord RNGesus. I, for example, have cleared Vale Guardian every week since release and have never gotten the dagger or the greatsword as a drop, nor any trinkets. I have gotten 3 minipets and a lot of rares in that time.

1) Make Magnetite Cap a per-wing system. 100 for Spirit Vale, 100 for Salvation’s Pass, 100 for the third wing when it’s out. This way, people who are primarily interested in raiding and spend an overwhelming majority of their time there aren’t spending most of that time completely bereft of rewards. At least they’ll make it till Wednesday.

2) Make a skin-only option. I dont think asking 600 magnetite for a skinned ascended weapon – at least on two handed weapons – is terribly ridiculous. It’s only 100 magnetite more in the case of those two-handed items than a basic selection. It’s a bit steep for the one-handed weapons at more than double the cost of a basic one, but I suppose as long as there is a pink item under the skin it’s likely fine at 600. But I already have ascended weapons. My raiders already have ascended weapons. We don’t need more, and paying for them doesnt make sense. Making a skin-only option – even at a steep price for a skin, say 300 magnetite – would be welcomed. I dont actually need another pink dagger, but I wouldn’t mind the sparking skin even if I had to save up for a few weeks to get it, you know?

TY, I may hit you up on this. Hoping to see the wiki updated with the new decorations so I can plan out how much I can afford in materials. I’m guessing they can be crafted all year long? It’s just some time sensitive base material that’s only available during Wintersday right? Then I may dump everything into that base material and wait until later to craft them

Correct; if you are concerned with the long-term ability to craft the rather than getting them up for this season, just LOAD UP on snow-piles. Like, tons of them.

Up to Level 375? I’m only 130. I was hoping to make some for my guild. Guess I gotta level up my scribe quicker than I thought!

Any chance you can say what levels are needed for each of the new decos?

Holiday Wreath – 75
Festive Streetlamp – 175
Snow Maker -275
Wintersday Tree – 375
Reindeer Ice Sculpture – 400

Turns out it’s up to 400, not 375

Hello, great big community.

AndyJo here – commonly known as ‘Laz’ in game.
I am a level 400 scribe for my guild, Charter Vanguard.

I have seen several posts lamenting the fact that the wintersday Guild Hall Decorations require up to level 375 scribe, meaning many guilds will not be able to craft them. Scribing is extremely expensive to level – I know.

I also have a guild slot open on my account, so I figured I might be able to help solve a problem. If your guild is out there and wants wintersday decorations – and can provide the materials for them – please feel free to contact me in game. Let me know why you’re contacting me and what you would like made, and I will hop into your guild and make it for you.

I am doing this with some hesitation, as I don’t know if this is going to make my in-game PMs blow up or not, but I figured I would offer my services as a scribe of tyria. Just to be clear, I AM NOT CHARGING FOR THIS. It’s wintersday, and in the spirit of the season. Just let me in, provide me with the materials and the request, and I will gladly create the decorations for you if your guild lacks a scribe of the correct level.

I managed to hit level 400 scribe last night, but where are all these ingredients? They would have made things much easier along the way, and I still cannot make half of the decorations because they are just nowhere to be found?

-Essence of Light
-Wood Glue

These are the big three, and I am not sure if there are others.

A condi Reaper running full Vipers gear is part of my regular raid group. They keep the DPS high even at range and more or less never die. We don’t have to worry about the reaper. He just exists. If a CC bar pops up, he will break it. If someone dies in a bad spot, he will fix it. Just kind of does his thing, no management needed.

Not a bad class at all.
