Maybe, though we may become more of a cross server guild, were split between two pretty evenly right now (I am staying on Kaineng :P). We can discuss it more though when were able to play in game, I think we have filled the wvw thread enough with our guild convo :P.

I love it, so true XD. I also absolutely adore the temple of grenth. Potentially my favorite temple, the level of coordination needed for it makes it extremely enjoyable.

Going by this thread, funny you should ask…. :P Glad to see I still have one KN who remembers me fondly. :0. Been getting my share of loot bags, so I’d say it’s going well.

I don’t hate anyone who transferred, people can play where they want, as long as people still keep it friendly and enjoy playing with or against each other. That being said, when I get playing again, I imagine I’ll miss seeing staple names around the Kaineng server. Hope those loot bags keep landing at your feet.

It would be better for our server Kaineng to boycott WvWvW for a week and escape this imbalanced matchup. The then bandwagon (WM, CO, RISE, RE, Meow, XF, etc.) Kaineng wasn’t able go through the needle that is TC and FA T2 to go to T1. Do you expect a weaker server now void of these bandwagoners (even these bandwagoners are now on the other side) fare well with this same matchup?

I just don’t want CHIPSY and RE and KN bandwagoners to FA if there are any having the idea that what they did was right getting out of KN. Better lose rating by boycotting this just to flip KN’s finger to them and to the matchup in general.

I know it’s a game. But to be in full control of the situation sometimes you gotta be in full control of the path of the server that it is treading. You just don’t force yourself fighting the invincible zergs of T2 servers which sadly house the prolly now gloating exKNs. Boycott the matchup and let them TC and FA farm each other. Uphold your pride and honor and don’t give them an impression that KNs are walking lootbags.

I couldn’t swallow the fact that there are RE in KN while their forces are Zerging in TC. Imagine a RE guy in KN forking the whereabouts of Ajax Blue in EB to the RE zerg. This thought makes me cringe. This spying is bullcrap and needs to stop. Please RE get the rest of your people out of Kaineng.

I’ve been on Kain since I first got GW2. I remember [RE] was one of the first to join Kain (and last to leave). I remember the journey we went on together, turning me and countless others on the server from people who would attack a fortified gate with an arrow cart to half decent WvW’ers. I remember trying to interpret Jang’s Korean yelling and the first time we played against blackgate and got such a shock that my testicles shrivelled up into my abdomen.

A post like this hurts to read. I left for TC with [RE], not because I wanted to bandwagon to another server, but because the community on KN was getting so toxic and I didn’t agree with it any more. I want to be on a server where commanders aren’t openly trolled in mapchat, and you can walk through LA without some elitist calling your guild a piece of kitten. If the price I have to pay for this is being labelled a traitor then so be it. I feel bad about this matchup, it’s obviously unfair, but I miss the old KN.

Also there are still probably around 50 [RE] on Kain. Still very loyal to the server. It’d be nice if you’d understand they just want to WvW, and have nothing to gain by spying in such an already imba matchup.

Hi from a person who hasn’t played for like 2 months! I really enjoyed the previous FA, TC, KN match ups. I see this one is quite different, but hope you can all enjoy it nonetheless. Let’s try to remain friendly and civilized to each other as the week goes on ^.^. Have a good match all, hopefully I get to try some wvw again in a month or so.

I have been watching this thread for a while now, and I have to say I am impressed with your work. There are many different artists in this forum, many of which are quite impressive and unique in their drawing style, yours included.

I suppose I will join the long list of people looking to have a sketch done (I would have loved coloured ones, but alas I have spent quite a bit of money right now, perhaps another time). I actually am going to post pics of two characters here, my main (Auri Nimayil, Thief) and another one I quite enjoy (Elinea Firedancer, Elementalist). It would make my day if both of them were drawn, but I realize that is a rather unreasonable request as everyone else gets one drawn (probably best not to break the trend). Ultimately I will leave the final decision on which you draw to you (if one significantly catches your eye), though Auri is my main, so that would be my preference. This is of course if you choose to draw mine at all :P.

Will continue watching your work, hope to see more sketches ^.^

Daw, you don’t need to stop posting them because of that. If you enjoy sharing your art then share them. Pretty impressive drawings you have going considering they are done on your lunch break…..it’d take me a few years to get a drawing to look like that :P.

Myself and 2 guild members got dropped from wvw and can’t get in. We can be in pve, but wvw says we are unable to get access (Code=19:917:3153:101). Will likely post a bug report, anyone else having this problem?

Mmm, I’m not fully sure, I know you get level appropriate loot from enemies below your level (with the chance of non-level appropriate loot I believe).

I also feel like, if an enemy is above level 80, they give better loot, that may just be me though :/.

It is also important to recognize that not everyone and every build can be as effective in 1v1s. I tend to run an active support build on my thief, meaning that I actively support my team mates via revives, enemy pulls and movement hinders (rather than boon boosting) and my traits/skills are tailored to how I do that. However, this same build is awful for fights where I am the main target (such as in 1v1) and I’m not geared to be able to endure or take out others in 1v1 styled scenarios.

So while helpful in some situations (party to zerg fights) I am not so handy in extremely small scale fights. Something I have come to accept (though that doesn’t mean I don’t bury my head in my hands when I get owned ).

Yo, note that Snow is on page 3 currently, if he does pick this up again, it’ll be a while ^.^. That being said, no harm posting your pics for him to draw. He does prefer that you post them in the forum (attach using the forum options) rather than a 3rd party site link. He uses the little thumbnails to identify who wants a drawing, so it is in your best interest to do that so he doesn’t accidentally pass over you.

Some good back and forth near the SE tower in BGBL this morning. It was entertaining to try and dance around the zergs and try to stay alive. Nice takedown of hills too.
