Why dont you make a skin, weapons,outfit,minipet…. whatever. Any content that a percentage of the buy could go to support paris ?

I mean, dont get me wrong i rarely make forum post but i know some people would buy if they know that it would help others in need and i bet alots more would.

I dont even know if is easy or possible to do that kind of thig, but i already seen it for sure. Both side would win and we all could try to help with a small amount for our skin or whatever purchase.

I created this topic because i feel like the D/D skill animation on Elementalist using a Incinerator are just lame and lack beauty, the skills are dragon claws and on water its called vapor blade. ( I searched a topic for this problem/whatever i couldnt find)

Today i got my Incinerator, i got it for my Thief but i also play with Elementalist, sadly i found that D/D incinerator are poor and lack beauty. I mean on normal weapons you send amazing fire claw shaped and on water wirlwater or whatever its called. After i made the weapon and even transmute my ascended daggers on my Ele so i could keep the amazing look of Incinerator but now i dont want it anymore because of those 2 extra legendary effect.

I head over the forums to create a conversation with people who feel the same about this. I believe elementalist can have better animation ussing the Incinerator right? Also sharing my thoughts so someone on ANet to change it or improve the animation. I am not even talk about the annoying sound of the daggers, i hate hate because the sound is but to loud and annoying.

So what do you community think about this? I shared some picture of the effects.

We need more epic effects and this ones are not epic.

I have many things to tell and write but now i will just show some i have in mind. Some are already in the forum but i added some opinions and ways to get it done. Cheers

My opinion on Sub-class system is:

• The system works very well. Why? Can make professions a little more exclusive. Ex: Thief vs thief and both have different sub classes we can see 2 different play styles.

• We all know that we have guardians tank and guardians dps, Elementalists Support and dps… sub-classes could be the gate to pick a sub classes with more “power” or the one with more “utility”.

• Sub-Classes could also be the way to add new weapons. Some sub-classes have acess to exclusive weapons. EX: Thief “shadow arts” sub classe could use thrown weapons and Thief " Ninja art" sub classe could use fist weapons. I will talk about this ideias a little forward.

Things i would like to see ingame:

• Trait Templates – You could save a build to quick change if you are on wvw or pve and change if you are Out Of Combat.

• Gear Templates – Same from above but with the gear, could be combined with a Trait template in order to call is Build Locker or someting where we had the full build ready to change.

• Skins Locker : Its a must on this game Shriketalon.1937 showed a very good way to complish this.

All above could be a progression for many players… getting some builds to try on and keep them save to always use when need it. The skin locker is also a great progression because " got to catch them all".

Further on Guild Misions:

New GM:

• Build and Defend- Need to build a tower or a house or weapons ( like the tower that you need to use the cannon to get the vista or even siege weapons on Vigil Keep) and some wild and naughty npc want to murder you for helping the other faction.

• GM PvP – I would like to do pvp with my guild and could be a good way to get more people joining. This PvP could work in places like Vigil keep or order of whispers island….maybe.

• Vulcano Eruption – In Mount Mael a Eruption begins and the players would get support and protect skills like guardian shields and they must defend the citizens. (I would let the citizens die xD )

• Survival Rush – You would be in a biome hard to survive… liek underwater without the aquabreather or on land but on a toxic zone and your goal is to reach the safe area…

I agree that customization is the key, thats why i ask why we dont have options like " shwo only left shoulderpad" or glove. I like to make thief and ranger with 1 shoulderpad armored and one very lighted for exemple… same with the gloves. We could pick parts from other gears and combine this way.

For example, the flamekissed or whatever the name is. Its a reskin, but i would love to be able just to use the right shoulder pad on my character since i hate the left one. That would open doors for creation.

( Unique and more varity on poses)

For me, i dont like staying still like everyone elses, ofc if they had poses option, the odds of other people choose the same i did is huge but still is less that not having different ones. Keeping the eyes on thief, i like thiefs with the knifes aiming towards the elbow and nto to the ground, ( he does sometimes when is too long without move) but why cant we choose the animation?

Simples and easy… texturized dyes !

all my humans sound the same and all my silvarys sound the same. We need more voice packs.

I agree and would love to see this side-switching/side-hiding option for sleeves and pant legs as well as gloves and shoulders

Having textures and patterns to apply with the dyes is also a good idea.
There are already a plethora of different dyes in the game, so I don’t think it would be practical having the dyes themselves apply textures or patterns. If perhaps patterns could be applied by different means, such as greyscale overlay swatches that are applied over the armor dye colors, this would give us that option without having to change any of the existing dyes (then we would have dye * texture = x amount of combinations).

I can see where you’re coming from with poses. The game Dragon’s Dogma has a pretty cool pose slider ranging from a timid – imposing stance. Something like this might be nice to see in GW2. Also it would be very nice if every human female (for example) didn’t do the exact same hair ruffle and stretch….

Different poses would offer a good deal more variety, but personally I think the armor is a bigger issue at the moment.

In fact, ricochett.5761, i have to agree with you. ANET should think on less RNG and upvote for better self-customization, like better weapons and gear customization. They dont need to rework on the current weapons or gear they just need to create new legendarys “tier2 legendary” or “legendary gear” that can be dyed. For weapons ( color options and effects) and for gear ( Better color options and affects).That would make people to do this new legendary weapons and gear :P

Here is my problem…. i log in today to check my present from gw2 but i found out that others are getting presents and i dont. Here is the main problem. I was one of the first to go in tyria world. I waited for the openning of tyria servers all night to get in. And today i found out my account is 11 months old? lol? anyone knows anything about this? Thank you

adn the stupid archers bug need to end .. archers hitting thiefs when they are in hide mode its just stupid i mean there is no one or ability that can see hide stuff xD

since the update all the hats i bought or won on gw2 is not showing anymore… they worked fine before but now they dont show up on the character….

p.s. in the picture my character is the green silvary one…. that human was following me because of the broom! he wanted a ride!

they said you will be able to get infused with those new marks you get from dailys …. and other stuff plus they said they will add the option of asceneded drop on open world!
