The events to protect the settlements on Southsun Cove (that eventually allows the Karka Queen to spawn) is not showing up. The events seem to be running, since a lot of crazed karkas are spawning all the time, but the event is not showing up in the UI, thus making it impossible to get the Karka Queen to spawn.

As we only have a limited amount of time to do this event, I’m worried that I might not be able to get the achievement in time. I’m on Aurora Glade.

I’m sorry if this has been asked before, but is the reward that you get from Canach’s Lair (the solo instance) supposed to be able to be gained daily (once per account) or merely once and never again. I was under the impression that it was once per day per account (and I hope so, since I’ve done it twice… I’m very sorry if that wasn’t the case).

What bothers me the most isn’t that she’s gone nor that I have commendations left that I didn’t spend. What bothers me is that I did read the patch notes but somehow missed this anyway. Still, I understand ArenaNet’s point of view and why they’re probably not bringing her back, but they really could have communicated it better.

I had this problem myself, but have now actually managed to get a character to 80. For me it was mostly a matter of finding a profession I really enjoyed (the thief). Dungeons are also a great way to level; lots of experience and some nice loot I kind of skipped the world PvE during level 40-70, because I did dungeons, WvW and personal story ^^

I got two chests and completed two achievements at the same time. Should I not open any of them, open one or open both? It’s really annoying with the little chest moving at the bottom right corner of my screen, but I don’t want to get banned for exploiting or anything.

Yes! A native client for GW2 would make me so very happy It would be a lot easier and more convenient.

Can Halloween recipes be discovered after the event is over?

Depends if you’re looking for a US or EU server. Aurora Glade is an English speaking EU server, with fairly high population and nice people

Well, there is two reasons why that could happen: You returned fast enough, so the event was still going on or a new event had started there.

I think the bags are fine as they are, but badges should definitely be at least a little more frequent.

The second bug is a known bug. I heard that it can be fixed by relogging.

I know that there are some costumes that you can keep permanently. Which are these and are they Gem Store only?

Seems likely. Something is definitely happening there, at least.

I agree. The items which you get from the Halloween event (as well as the shards for example) that is used as ingredients should have a slot in the collectibles tab. It’s simply too much to keep in your bank.

Aurora Glade is mostly english. There is occasional messages in other languages, but very few. Fairly high population on the server, though it has shrinked a bit recently.

Where can you find candy corn? I haven’t seen a single node to mine.

Okay, thank you. Does anyone know what part of the personal story that introduces you to the dungeon?

I recently hit level 30 on one of my characters. I was under the impression that you’d get some kind of letter, and then be able to do the dungeon (Ascalonian Catacombs). Is this incorrect? Do you only have to find the dungeon in question, and have the appropriate level, to be able to enter?
