Takes me at least 10 tries to start the game,. Launcher crashes non-stop. Every once in a while it lets me log in, sometimes it crashes on start, sometimes after I hit login button. If I let it download more of the client, sometimes it crashes after 10MB of downloading, sometimes 50.
Any Ideas? I know arena net isn’t going to help. so if anybody has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
WP to new map area – 30 seconds later. this map is empty would you like to go to another? – Select Yes – 20 seconds later. this map is empty would you like to go to another? Select Yes – a minute later. this map is empty would you like to go to another?
Apparently – working as intended.
Exact thing happen to me this morning.
Auric Basin : 40% participation. Map will Close in 1 hr, (ok no too bad ill build it back up), new map 20% participation. Map will close in 1 hr, (well sht) fine. Start building participation back up, Map will close in 1 hr. Raaaaaaagggggeeeee !! F A-Net and their participation (nontransfer) mechanic. Alt+f4

Still bugged. as of today, ill try the workarounds
64-Bit Launcher crashes 9 out of 10 times before I can hit log in button. reported error msg endless times.

Stop map participation wipes when map closes./Crashes etc.

Non-Stop Crashing at random places. Crashed every time right before fire Elemental fight. I don’t even go to maguuma anymore. Every crash there = loss of participation.
Crashed 4 times, only once got back onto the same map, where progress wasn’t lost
If map participation in maguuma would not reset after all these frequent crashes, THAT’d be great !!
Boss Fight is super bugged.
1 leave Map.
2 restart previous chapter
3 start sign cutting again.
4 go back to the storyline map
5 make sure you don’t have any pets/minions out or it will bug again,
6 have fun running thru entire map with no minions (or it will bug again)
and please note that when you drop the Sign cutting and restart it, it will tell you to get 4th mastery of nunoch, (SUPER LOL), but it fixes itself when you go back to the other map.

Where do you even begin.? when you restart the fight, that ball that spits dark stuff at you doesnt despawn, so it constantly damages you even through early stages. Reality rift doesnt close, you can click on it over and over and Caithe repeats the same reply over and over (lol). Sometimes when it tosses you up in the air during final stages, wings don’t always open. And to top it all off you CANT LEAVE the area without closing / re-logging. Reality rifts sometimes open mid air.
The only way to avoid all of the issues is to restart this whole chapter.
